They're not enough stars for Nami! 2nd sit and visit, i hope she comes again to visit us! My kids love her as much as the dog does! Kevin is my baby and is always by my side.. accept when Nami is here! He loves her so much, which clearly shows how caring she is towards the animals when we are away. Nami sends regular photos and videos so we all know the animals are well looked after. I HIGHLY recommend Nami to look after your furry love ones. Darlene and Darnia came to sit my dogs for 10 days whilst I was away. We had great communication before the sit and they were very happy to accommodate my slightly changed dates which was enormously helpful. They also kept in touch with any house issues whilst I was away. I would normally always ensure I am here to greet any sitters and show them around the house, area and some walks, but unfortunately I had already left by this stage and my sister who was visiting did the handover. Overall I was pretty happy with the care of my dogs and house but there were a few issues mainly revolving around the locking of the house, which did result in the dogs being left for an extended period of time without a walk or company, and on another occasion the house being left unlocked. This wasn’t entirely their fault as I didn’t realise they would need an explanation on how the doors lock/work here, but I’d not had an issue with any other sitter so hadn’t realised I needed to. I think I will include this going forwards to ensure there are no issues again, so a learn from my point of view too. I would have liked more feedback about how the dogs were getting on as I did feel I needed to ask as opposed to being updated. Buddy is more of a worry and takes more time to warm to people, hence them asking my dad over to see him, and my keeping their routine with their dog walker. I’m certainly not someone that needs constant updates, but a bit more would have been preferable. The house was pretty tidy when I came home too. although there was a large saucepan mark on my wooden countertop which I did contact them about. Overall I’d recommend them as sitters with a full house walk around first being a good idea.
