I can not find any fault with these amazing people. The daily updates and reassurance that my little Tori is being well cared for and is very happy staying in her own home is honestly the best feeling. I never worry that something will be missed and if anything ever did go wrong I know it would be told to me immediately and dealt with as best as possible until I could return. You can tell the individuals,in our case the amazing Andrea, actually care and enjoy spending time with your pet. The amount of love and care put into each visit is obvious and how happy our lovely Tori is when we return just shows the fact that having a cat sitter instead of a cattery is the best decision and I'm really glad we found First For Pets as they are simply fantastic. As the photos show one very happy little girl with her friend visiting daily

We are delighted with the service and professional organisation of First 4 Pets They were recommended by a dog trainer in our village. They are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble We have used them 3 times already and it’s great being able to relax on holiday knowing our two dogs are together and enjoying themselves in their own surroundings. First for Pets is a professional, reliable, trustworthy and friendly company. They go above and beyond with messages being replied to even out of hours! We are thrilled with Andrea our sitter. Andrea, keeps us up to date everyday with photos and updates. Our French bulldog is highly sensitive and has separation anxiety so finding a sitter who is more than capable of looking after him and putting up with his demanding attention and the need for constant belly rubs is wonderful. We were able to leave him for 12 days and take a holiday abroad for the first time in 5 years. Andrea and First for pets gives us the confidence to have holidays and breaks away now. We had a leak whilst we were away and Jeff the owner came around immediately to check things out. I highly recommend First for Pets.

We have been using First for Pets since our dog was a puppy, and the service is always brilliant. Donna is really responsive and co-ordinates with our lovely dog carer Sharon. Our dog feels really comfortable at Sharon’s and she is great at keeping our dog entertained, well exercised and keeping us updated throughout his stay there with pictures and messages. We will continue to use First for Pets and Sharon for home boarding. Highly recommend!

First for pets helped me so much through a very difficult time. In the past two years, two very close family members have been ill and died. I live a long way from both and was able to call on First for Pets.to take care of.my two pampered cats while I had to travel to be with my family. The sitter not only feed them and played with them but sent me photos of them to cheer up very dark days. I also found parcels I had forgotten were being delivered had been taken in. A above and beyond service from a very dedicated sitter. I cannot find any fault. I do not give 5 stars likely.

We recently used First For Pets for the first time, with Andrea looking after our five month old kittens, Benji and Willow. We were kept informed how they were doing throughout the time we were away and had multiple photos and videos sent via WhatsApp which helped put us at ease. The kittens were very well looked after and we would use this service again without hesitation. Communication and service is top notch. Thank you so much Andrea and team, you were amazing!!

We’ve used the cat sitting/ visit services since the day we brought home our furbabies which was 4 years ago! Archer and Lana absolutely love their now auntie Alison coming to look after them in their own home. I love the daily photos and updates on our WhatsApp Couldn’t ask for a better service!

A big thanks to Donna who recently looked after Alan & Boomer for two weeks. They had so much fun despite the rain and they even got to go to daycare a few times to play with other dogs, which they loved. Alan has epilepsy so we worry when we leave him, but Donna was brilliant at giving his meds and looked after him when he had a seizure, which is a difficult thing to watch. I think they miss her and keep waiting for her to come back. I have every confidence in her and her team to look after my boys. Highly recommend! Thanks Donna

I cannot recommend this company more highly. I have been able to turn to them when I've been desperate for help. I have boarded my dog in his foster home through them and the quality of service was absolutely amazing. He is epileptic and so I needed to feel completely happy with who was looking after him - and I did! Recently I have broken both my wrists and wasn't able to walk my dog but I have had a walker every day for him. They came and has an introductory visit with him. This meant I could meet them and they could meet him. They took him out on a regular basis at a time which suited me but wasn't necessarily the same time every day. He's not the easiest of dogs to walk as he is large and strong. He's also very determined about where he wants to walk! They all coped admirably with him. I got a full resume of what had happened during the walk as well as pictures and videos and it was nice to see him with a smile on his face, showing me he was enjoying himself. The fact that he was happy to go with them meant a lot to me. Even when we were surrounded by floods Donna managed to get here, be it a little late and he still had his full hours walk. I found them totally reliable and extremely pleasant. It is so reassuring to know you have people you can turn to when you really need help. I have yet to have one of their house sitters but I am sure to hey will be equally as good as all the other services I have used. Should the need arise for me to try this service, I will update my review.

My dog loves going here, she runs in every time and I always see photos of her relaxing and enjoying her time. Nothing is too much for the owners and I am so grateful to have found somewhere my dog can enjoy staying.

Brilliant place! As a dog owner you want to make sure, that when you go away, you leave your dog (in my case 2 dogs) in the safe, friendly and home like environment - and that’s what I think Walls4Paws is. I visited many kennels and none of them came even close to what Walls4Paws is offering. Beautiful setup, great outdoor space, freedom, daily updates and comfy sofas:) It’s very reassuring to know my dogs are looked after so well while I am away. I would definitely recommend it!

My friend left her two dogs there for three weeks. Went with her to pick them up. Beautiful place, I'd have gladly stayed there myself. Run by a vet, so the dogs were very well looked after. Lots of grounds for them to run around, but all fenced off and supervised. She was extremely pleased and would highly recommend the place.

Absolutely wonderful place to send your dogs. Sarah and her team are fabulous and our dogs always come back happy and love to stay at Walls4Paws. When we have a holiday so do the dogs. Highly recommend.

My dog seems very happy after time I collected him. Very nice spacious place. It's way better than dumping your dog in a tiny room (kennels). I'm glad to find this place as it does feels like "home to home" :) So far, I use them 3 times...no issues so far :D

Leaving one star is too generous. Sarah, the owner of walls4paws was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Arrived at the house at 9.10 rather than 9am for drop off due to traffic which we explained and apologised for. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming on arrival. Our dog is on a medical diet and being trained in routine and eats his dinner around 5pm. We asked if he could be fed at this time, she refused and said she will feed the dogs at the same time because she will need more staff to do this request and said “ I won’t give myself more work”. I was so shocked by this that me and my sister were left speechless. When speaking to us, her hand gestures were very rude and dismissive, overall a very uncomfortable woman to be around. We had booked tickets for Alton Towers and we are not from the area so had no option but to leave our puppy here, for this reason we stayed very calm and collective and tolerated the disgusting behaviour and attitude of this person. When she took our puppy through the gate and removed his lead, she handled his neck very rough and huffed and puffed at him because of his excitement to play with the other dogs. On our meet and greet, we were greeted by Spencer who was so lovely. He explained everything so well and made us feel so comfortable about leaving our puppy cavapoo with this company, unfortunately after meeting his boss, we will never leave our puppy here again and would urge anyone with a small dog not too as her handling is very bad. We have a small Cavapoo and German Shepard, we have visited many dog boarding homes over the years and NEVER come across somebody this terrible.

I used walls4paws as a one off as I was staying nearby for a week. I could not believe how rude and aggressive Sarah, the owner was. Never in all the years that I’ve used dog boarding services have I come across someone who has quite literally left me speechless in how ill-mannered and unprofessional she was. She clapped her hands at me whilst saying ‘come on, hurry up chop chop’ when I had arrived - before I’d even got to her gate with my puppy to say hello. I ignored this. We were told on our meet and greet that they were totally flexible with drop off and pick up times, just to ‘let them know’ so we did, the pick up time was extended by 30 mins. Sarah’s attitude to this was shocking. She responded with ‘so I’ll just rearrange all my staff then shall I?’ I felt so uncomfortable as you don’t expect someone to speak to you in this way, I was made to feel like I was being told off. I tried to explain as politely as I could that we were told the timings would be flexible, and that I called 4 times with no answer, she just huffed and puffed, rolling her eyes. Very awkward encounter. I told Sarah I would be leaving her a bad review, she seemed unbothered but this and said ‘that’s fine, I will just say you didn’t use our services’ - I’ve noticed in other reviews she has also said the same to them. I would not recommend leaving your puppies and dogs with such an unpleasant woman.

They don't take intact dogs. However, this is not made clear on the website (except in item 13 of T+C), nor on the extensive and detailed on line form where this information might be helpful. It took a while to complete the form, having to find chip number and other details as required fields. There is a field where you can state whether the dog is intact, but this does not save you from spending more time completing the very detailed information required. There is then a wait for a reply to tell you that they don't take intact dogs. Hopefully the owners can change the website as a consideration to potential customers.

Ripley has spent another doggy holiday at this great place. Great to know she is having a fun time whilst we are away. The photo and video clips are a bonus to be able to see what your pouch is up to! Plenty of open space and freedom .. doggy paradise !!

Amazing homely place for dogs to stay with caring and friendly staff who love dogs. Every time I visit all the dogs are really happy and enjoying the company, its like a kindergarten for dogs where they have friends to play with instead of being home alone.

Leafields have looked after my dog for weekly day care and occasional boarding for almost 2 years, where they have treated her like one of their own. My dog isn’t the most sociable with other dogs, but Leafields worked with her to match her with a small group of suitable dogs, like they do for all dogs who attend, and she clearly enjoys her time there. Leafields is small enough that you get to know everybody by name and they promote dog cuddles at lunch time, but large enough that they run a very tight ship. The staff and owners at Leafields are clear dog lovers and they create a great environment for the dogs - I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Our two literally can’t wait to get out the car & join in the Leafields fun! Whether day care or boarding, they return home thoroughly worn out & incredibly relaxed. Can’t speak highly enough of the entire team & facilities at Leafields.

The team at Leafields are fantastic. They always look after our dog to the best of their ability. He loves staying there. Our dog has a number of health issues, but the Leafields team always follow our requests and even administer his medication. Thoroughly recommended.

I can't praise Leafields and it's staff enough! My Labrador has come home in excellent condition. He is so toned from the excercise that he has needed. This establishment loves dogs and looks after them with care and all their needs are met. It . You can't get better. The set up is amazing. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you.

We have used Leafields twice now and it’s brilliant. More than enough space for my lab, Monty, to get his exercise during the day and play with other dogs which means he is enjoying himself and getting worn out. Claire takes a proper control of all the dogs and I absolutely trust the set up at the kennels. Oh and if my review isn’t enough to convince you about this place, Monty genuinely seemed gutted when I picked him up! Great kennels.

Very happy we found Leafields. Our little pup has been made very welcome on her days there. Suspect she has more fun playing with all her new friends than she does at home with us.

We are fortunate that we don’t live far away from leafields. Bell joined about 8 months ago. We felt it would be beneficial for her development especially socializing with other dogs, playing, and being away from home. Bell can’t wait to get through the gate and once she sees me packing her lunch box that’s it she out by the car ready to go. We are bells third home being a lockdown purchase that became a reality that doggie need a lot of attention. She is a lovable girl full of Labrador energy and fun. Claire and all the staff at leighfields are caring, loving, and offer a very safe environment for bell with lots of new experiences. Recently we took part in a doggie first aid course by a local vet, this has proved invaluable and what I learnt that day I have shared with other dog owners, on the course we were joined by Claire and her staff, all up to date training that we were very lucky to be able to join. We have just arrived home after four days in a lovely dog friendly hotel in sandsend with Bell. She dined with us every meal in the restaurant, no problem. We met many dogs strolling around Whitby and it was a pleasure to walk with her, I feel leighfields had played a huge part in the bell we have today. Thankyou Claire and staff. We were slightly apprehensive about leaving our young puppy for the first time whilst we went abroad on holiday but after an initial meeting with Claire I was completely reassured that Merlin would be extremely well cared for. Claire has given so much thought to her provision that she can provide high quality care and supervision for the range of dogs who may be residing at Leafields. Both outdoor and indoor spaces are safe, clean and stimulating or restful. Merlin returned to us after a week a very contented and rather exhausted puppy….a bit like a child going on a school residential! He such a great time with lots of new doggy friends, which is so important for his socialisation too. Thank you to all the Ball family for making him so welcome.

Our old Labrador was a recent visitor for a full groom, the friendly staff coped well with his funny ways and we left happy with a clean and nice smelling dog, yes it was the same dog lol. Will be using Leafields again.

We are blown away with the service that we have received form Em at our wedding. She was absolutely fantastic. We used Wellie Walks with Em as a chaperone for our dog Rufus during our wedding in May. The service that we have received from her has been outstanding. She picked Rufus up early, took him on a long walk, bathed him and groomed him, before bringing him to the church so that he could be our ring bearer. She then took him from the church to the venue and kept him occupied all day. She treated Rufus like he was her own dog, and for that we could not be more grateful. A large number of our guests passed comment on how good Em was with Roo, with all of them impressed by her dedication and commitment, and several comments on a 'job well done'. Em's impeccable service meant that Rufus could be a central part of our day, but we did not have to worry about where he was or what mischief he was getting up to, as we were safe in the knowledge that he was in good hands. Em did not leave Rufus' side all day, and she kept such a close eye on him that he couldn't do anything other than behave. We are so grateful for the service that Em provided, and we would not hesitate to recommend her wedding chaperone services to anyone in the future. Thank you Em, you were incredible.

My dog Puddin has been with Em for years and I couldn't think of a better person to look after her! She has dog sat whilst I have been away, walked Pud and comes and picks her up most months to wash 'n' groom her, and oh my does she smell lush when she comes back and oh so shiny!!! I can not recommend this young lady enough to look after your beloved doggo!! 5* service from a 5* friendly, professional, lovely person.

Emma takes both our 6 year old and our puppy, both big dogs and she is amazing with them, they literally sit waiting for Em to arrive and go mental when see her pull up. Our dogs absolutely love her and so do we, Emma has become a friend to us all as she is such a lovely kind natured person who would go to the end of the earth for the dogs she walks. We never worry when she has them, Em is very professional, has all the kit needed and then some! A very safe set up of crates to travel in the van aswel as a camera so she can see they're OK the whole time ❤️ Emma has also been working on our puppy's recall while on walks and helps us with good advice at home too, we'd honestly be lost without her, plus she takes the best photos of our boys! Xx

If you're looking for a new best friend for your pooch look no further than Em. You could not find a more driven, compassionate, caring person to look after your fur babies. She always provides the best service and does so with the biggest smile. The dogs all adore her and when they're with her they have so much fun. You can tell she absolutely loves her job and I can't think of anyone i'd rather have as my pets companion. Keep up the good work Em!

This young lady is a true dog lover in every way. I have a goldendoodle who likes around 3 people in total !! She includes Emma in her 3. Emma bathes and brushes her and she is treated like the princess she is. She comes back looking and smelling amazing and is always happy. We have been using Emma for 8 months to walk our 15 month old Cavapoo Jasper. He absolutely loves her,, she makes such a fuss of him when she comes to take him out.She is very reliable and always on time, she messages if she is running late We would highly recommend Emma and trust her completely with Jasper and piece of mind he is being well looked after is a big must for us.

Lovely and personal doggy day care set up. Daphne (our dog) gets very excited when we drop her off and the photos we get of the day shows how much she loves it there with her dog friends. Vernon runs the business very well, communication is excellent, paperwork is all in check and he ensures that he has the right type of dogs there too - so we have never had any problems in 6 months of sending Daphne there.

Great punctual professionalism delivered with a genuine passion for care and safety for your pup. Vernon provides a fantastic service, which we are regular returning customers of. Vernon has such passion for dog care, which is evident in his knowledge and experience. Our puppy Reggie has felt reassured, relaxed, and grown in such confidence in socialising since attending. Our pup has been going to daycare twice a week for a number of months now. He gets so excited when he realises he’s going in the mornings and when Vernon arrives to collect him. I can tell he’s in completely safe hands in their care and the experience has honestly been faultless, there’s no where else I would trust sending our pup. He’s really benefited from regularly socialising with other dogs and we can see from the pictures on the daily emailed reports, he has the time of his life there, always has his happy face on. Vernon shows a clear passion for dogs and is highly knowledgeable in providing the best care for them. It’s a home away from home and has exceeded all expectations. Worth every penny!!!

My little Dachshund has been going to Vernon and Jen at Doggy Daycare for a couple of months now and I cannot fault the excellent care that they have provided for her. She settled in straight away and it has helped her social skills and separation anxiety massively! Vernon and Jen have been really accommodating and put my mind at ease straight away, keeping me up to date with how she gets on and I always look forward to the photos and daily reports that they send at the end of the day ☺️. I would fully recommend their care at My Best Friend Daycare, they have been great and my pup is definitely a happy little thing when she gets home from her days spent with them and the other dogs.

Vernon is excellent, I highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Our Labrador loves going out for walks with Vernon and all his doggy friends. We feel very lucky to have found such a diligent and professional person who we can trust to look after our dog. The communication after the walks is brilliant.

My puppy had her first experience of day care with Vernon at My Best Friend last week. Before she went we had a meet and greet session with the opportunity to ask any questions and look at the day care facilities. Vernon is knowledgeable and experienced in dog care and behaviour and made sure our puppy was happy with the other dogs and vice versa. When we left her there last week she was relaxed and happy to stay without a second glance and very relaxed when we picked her up. Vernon sent photos during the day and a little report with more photos the next day. Overall a great experience for us and our puppy. We've booked another session and would highly recommend to other dog owners.

My Dachshund has been going to My Best Friend Burntwood for Daycare for some time but has recently stayed with Vernon and Jen for her “holidays” whilst we were away. She went on lots of walks to different places and loved playing with her doggy pals in their awesome new garden. We got updates and photos everyday so we knew she was in safe hands and we could relax. Safe to say she loved it! (I think she’s missing them today 🤣 ) Thank You Vernon and Jen :)

Vernon clearly has a love and passion for animals. From the moment he met our little pup he was kind and patient (as she can be a little nervous). Her confidence has come on leaps and bounds since going on dog walks with Vernon and her little pals and we know for certain she is in safe hands and having a wonderful time! Couldn’t recommend Vernon highly enough if you want someone to walk or look after your precious pup!

I would highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care, a very friendly, caring and professional service. Vernon and Jen are so committed and passionate and they really do offer a home from home environment. Our pup Luna can be very nervous but Vernon and Jen have really gone out of their way to ensure Luna feels comfortable, working with Luna at her own pace she has the best time! After only four visits I can really see a huge difference in Luna’s behaviour and positive progress. We are updated with photographs, videos and a fabulous service report at the end of the day which is so lovely to read and is something I look forward to receiving. Vernon and Jen really do go above and beyond all expectations and we are so thankful Luna has been lucky enough to secure a place with them. Thank you Vernon and Jen 😃

Cannot recommend My Best Friend Dog Care Burntwood enough! I was stuck for cover for my pup and Vernon was able to help out last minute with dog walking. An amazing service and so attentive to any of your pups needs. My 10 month old Bulldog suffers with grass allergies and Vernon was fab with making sure this was watched closely and my pup always came home so happy and can really tell good care was taken of her. A service report with photos and info of the service is also sent afterwards every day and was so lovely seeing my pup having fun and just being able to be kept in the loop with their day. 5 stars always ⭐️

Picked our 4 dogs up today from their first stay - very impressed with the service, the dogs were well cared for and came home smelling lovely, it’s the longest we’ve ever left them and we finally feel we have found a kennels we trust and are happy with. Sally is kind and approachable - we will be using the kennels again next time we go away!

Second time our Alice has stayed here and I thoroughly recommend the Kennels. Sally is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Bought a gorgeous border terrier for the farm. The family were very caring, obviously spent lots of time with the pups. Would definitely recommend x

I had a look around and was very happy with what I saw. Nice clean large outside kennels in a row with a small heated bedroom on the back. They had a radio on for the dogs too ! Huge field for dogs to run in. I booked my dogs in straight away. I also bought a puppy from them and she is wonderful. My dogs love her. Jak is a very friendly polite man and I will feel very confident leaving my dogs there.

My Spaniels always come here, & I don't feel bad leaving them!! Sally and family always friendly and helpful. Always the first call I make if we are lucky enough to have booked time away!

Mac and Maisie were very happy there, Sally is very caring , and I would highly recommend Newlands, and will definitely be back with my 2 dogs.

Our dogs love it there. We never have to worry about their care.

I recently had the pleasure of using Kingstone Pet Boarding twice in the last few months and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the care my cat Mercedes received. From the moment I first contacted Nicola she was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring all of Mercedes' needs were met. Nicola’s warmth and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. During both of Mercedes' stays it was clear she was in the best hands. The cattery itself is immaculate and cozy and Nicola’s genuine love for animals shines through in the care she provides. Mercedes came back happy and content which speaks volumes about the level of attention and affection she received. Knowing that Mercedes was so well cared for allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our recent holidays without any worries. I can’t recommend Kingstone Pet Boarding highly enough. My 2 guinea pigs and hamster were left for just over a week in Nicola's very capable hands. This is my 2nd time of leaving our furry friends at Kingstone but it definitely won't be the last. I know that most people reading this are probably well aware of what Kingstone Pet Boarding are about and how good they are, but I am directing this at those people who may be checking out the site for the first time to see what it is like and are comparing The Cat Flap against other sites. This is for you. 😊 There is no comparison! If you have Cats or Small Animal Pets then I can not recommend The Cat Flap highly enough. We would never leave our Fur Babies anywhere else. Nicola and the Team really do care. It's not just a Business, it's a truly caring environment. Too far to travel? How far is too far for 5☆ treatment for your Furry or non Furry Family Member. Remember it's not just a Cattery and Small Animal Retreat. It's a Home from Home. They also provide Spa Treatment and Gourmet food for that special treat. Our Fur Babies had the Gourmet Treat and really enjoyed it. The video and pictures on the site say it all. We left our two young cats at Kingstone for 9 days whilst we were on holiday. My cats have been away from home previously but it was their first time boarding at Kingstone. I immediately felt at ease when I visited the cattery initially & met Nicola. My cats were happy during their stay. I received photos, updates and videos throughout their stay so I could see that they were obviously enjoying their time at the cattery. It was evident that that both cats had bonded with Nicola, who fed them, played with them and cleaned their litter trays. I don’t think they wanted to come home! I would 100% recommend Kingstone to anyone who had to leave their pet. They will be well looked after and cared for by Nicola and her team!

We were really worried about our boi's first time in a cattery, but as soon as I dropped him off I felt totally reassured that he'd be very well looked after, and he was. The place was spotless and it's clear Nicola & team love what they do. We will use Kingstone Pet Boarding again in future without a doubt. Thanks Nicola & team!

The staff here at the Old Barn Kennels are always amazing, Luna always loves coming here. She is always excited to see this place whenever we pull up to its gates, she is so excited when she sees where we are that she is pawing the car door to get out to stay here 🤣 She is currently staying here for a few days, and seeing her photos updated on their social pages with her happy face shows how amazing this place is. Thank you for taking such good care of Luna, hoping she is being a good girl for you.

This was the first time since having Marley 2 years ago that we have left him longer than 1 night. We went a few weeks ago to look around Old Barn Kennels as we needed somewhere for him to stay whilst we were on holiday. As soon as we turned up Marley seemed really happy and Fran who showed us around made us feel really comfortable and we knew that this was the place to leave our fur baby and knew he would have the best time. We picked Marley up from there yesterday and he was so happy, he had had lots of fun and made lots of friends. We had lots of updates and could see him enjoying himself with his friends through Facebook. I would definitely recommend leaving your dog here and Marley can't wait to go back soon :0)

All of the staff are brilliant here, and our pup always returns happy and ready for a nap. It’s a lovely homely place and a very caring service that puts the dogs first, and that’s what keeps us coming back.

First time we have left our dog in kennels,so we was very nervous. But the staff were excellent with him. Great place nice walking area for the dogs. Highly recommended Old Barn Kennels especially if you have a nervous dog like us.

Found this place on Google and can't recommend it highly enough! Such a fantastic place for our puppy, she is looked after very well and gets to safely play with other dogs during daycare. Will certainly be booking in some more regular slots!

I have used barking tails twice now for the home boarding for our two dogs when we go away. I wouldn't trust any one else and know they are well cared for and having so much fun running free in the field. I have peace of mind while we are away.

Me and my dog absolutely love Barking tails. I love my dog and would only give him to someone I know would love and care for him like he was their own and that's what my dog gets from Barking Tails. Barking Tails are amazing! My fur baby Bailey has been going to daycare with them for 2 years now. Bailey loves going and playing with his friends, I have regular updates and pictures. I would recommend Barking Tails to anyone looking for a caring professional dog service.

I booked in with Barking Tails for home boarding for 2weeks and my dog absolutely loved it, I had regular updates on how my dog was doing and the fun she was getting upto. I got regular pictures on the Facebook page of her running with new friends and enjoying her time at Barking Tails, I would recommend to everybody looking for a home from environment for your fur babies.

I have peace of mind whilst at work and away...knowing he will be looked after in a homely environment. Early on in the year whilst in hospital they were really good and provide an excellent service.

Jo and Meg have looked after my two precious babies for a while now, if it’s been over night care, general walks and daycare, the service is above and beyond nothing is too much trouble I woukd a million percent recommend barking tails to anyone. Not only their services but emotional support too when my girl broke her leg jo lent us a cage and always asked how she was and gave advice on general other things aswell with both of them. Our Springer has recently stayed with Louise and loved his stay, Louise totally put my mind at ease at the meet and greet about leaving him whilst we were on holiday. We had some lovely daily photographs and updates so we were able to totally relax knowing that he was having the time of his life, with lots of attention and cuddles, Riley loved his walks and spending time with Louise and the family. Louise soon got to know his little quirks. Each dog has its own box and ID tag with Louise's number on, which I thought was really good . Louise even dropped him back for us as we had a late flight. I would 100% recommend Louise, and will definitely be using Kloud9 Pawfect Retreats again 🙂

Our boys (French bulldog and pug) absolutely love their time with Louise. They did not get on at kennels at all, and with Louise, they are treated like pets and part of the family. They get regular walks and play time (which they particularly love with little Noah). Cannot recommend Louise enough. Great service, great price. We wouldn’t trust our fur babies with anyone else now. Our dog even had an issue with his eye on one occasion and Louise agreed to take them and to administer eye drops 4 times a day (which was a tall order, as our dog hated having them). She is amazing and now he’s not so bothered by them! They have their own little holiday when we go away and they love it. Thank you!

Would highly recommend leaving your dogs with Louise. I was really anxious leaving my 16 week old puppy whilst we went on holiday as holiday was booked before knowing we was having a puppy. Louise made me feel at ease and gave lots of updates whilst we were away. Hugo seemed very happy and was loved by her whole family. Kennels wasn’t an option so for Hugo to be welcomed into Louise’s home as a puppy was such a relief for us and at short notice. Thankyou so much Louise x

Can't thank Louise enough! We left our 2 cocker spaniel boys with her for a week. I was worried as we hadn't left them with anyone other than family for at least 5 years! They had 2 day sessions prior to our holiday to help them (& me!) with being separated from us. They absolutely loved it and were very happy when we dropped them off for the week. They had regular walks and were treated as a member of Louise's family. We also received pup-dates from Louise with their antics over the week! Highly recommended and would have no concerns leaving them again with Louise and her family :-)

Fantastic while we were away on holiday, we never worried about our 2 dogs at Kloud 9 Pawfect Retreats, Louise takes great care of the dogs and they really are made to feel part of the family. Walked, fed and fussed with lots of care and attention, plus communication of how they were/what they were up to which meant we could fully relax on holiday!

Ralph has just returned from a fabulous week’s stay with Louise. I know he has loved it! Felt so comfortable leaving him with her and was great to get pictures of them snuggling up on the sofa. They are literally treated as their own family pet for the time they are there. Don’t want Ralph to go anywhere else now!!! Already booked in for the next holiday. Thank you so much!!!

Our Pug loves staying at Kloud 9. We know that she is well cared for, walked regularly and above all, treated like one of the family. She has stayed on two separate occasions; for a two week stay and a one week stay - we would not want her to go anywhere else! She loves the purpose built, air conditioned ‘Dog Hotel’. Thank you to Louise and her family for the walks and reassuring pics!

Highly recommend for a safe place to leave your doggy. They look after your dog as one of the family and being licensed by Lichfield District Council and fully insured we knew Kloud9 was a professional caring business
