My dogs and cat really enjoyed having Brenda as their sitter. She took good care of them and she had home made treats which they enjoyed. My dogs are notorious escape artists and she had no trouble containing them. The house was neat and tidy when i returned. She is welcome any time our schedules fit.
We spent a great time in Greg´s and Samantha´s beautiful home with dog Rebel and Noodle. Greg and Samantha are perfect hosts, they are perfect organised and the house is new and super equipped. The dogs are great, we had a lot of fun and we have enjoyed to spend every minute with Rebel and Noodle. We hope to see you, your family and the dogs again. Thanks again!
Clemmie and Peanut, two adorable retrievers were a joy to spend time with. We had great fun exploring the outdoors with a nearby forest where the girls loved to run off their leads. Bagpipes the alpaca was very cute also and would run to the gate to be fed in the morning and evening. Andrew and Charlotte communicated well and it was very pleasant staying in their lovely home. We are avid Pickleball players so made good use of their tennis court. Thanks Andrew and Charlotte for a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful week at Tahnee's place with Ben and Luna! Tahnee really cares about her cats and they are absolutely adorable. Both of them were very interactive and affectionate, both with me and with each other! The apartment itself is also very nice. Lots of light, plants, and a very cozy porch and shared space in the backyard. It's also in a great location - a short walk from many great restaurants and cafes, grocery nearby and the subway station just a block away. If you really love cats and want to look after two angels, I highly recommend!
Taking care of Amstel, Sarah's adorable dog, was a delightful experience. From the start, we felt very welcomed. Lauren, Sarah's daughter, was incredibly kind and always helpful. The house is in a beautiful, tranquil area surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed exploring the peaceful neighborhood. Amstel is full of energy and affection, making our time with him truly enjoyable. In summary, Sarah and Lauren's hospitality, along with the serene location, made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful week at Penny's beautiful French cottage. We very much enjoyed looking after the different animals, 2 cute small sheep, 5 chickens, 2 ducks and 4 loving cats. It took about an hour or so in the morning and again in the evening to do all the 'jobs' but it was tremendous fun. The cottage is in a beautiful setting, very isolated but that is what we like! Penny and Hugh were very hospitable and kind. We overlapped at the beginning of our stay by 2 nights and they could not have looked after us better. They left us food in the fridge and cooked us a meal both nights. The 2 night handover was ideal as Penny showed us exactly what the animals expected of us so by the time they left we were confident about the care of the animals. In addition, she left us very clear written instructions. The cottage is in a beautiful part of Normandy and we enjoyed some magnificent coastal walks (beaches are fantastic!) and nice lunches out. We stayed in an apartment attached to the main house. It was basic but very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week's stay. Penny and Hugh arrived back the day before we returned to the UK and they took us out for dinner which was the perfect end to a most enjoyable week. If you like animals and would like to experience a week in a rural setting, this sit is perfect for you!
Lovely stay, Magic is such a sweet dog! The kitties definitely do their own thing, although Mouse likes to with you at night.
