Cat & Robyn have been absolutely amazing. Cat was taking care of my 9 months old Kitten Sonic for 10 days whilst I was out of the country. I was so anxious about leaving him for so long but Cat was absolutely amazing, I was sent a daily update with pictures and videos which were extremely reassuring, will definitely be using the service again

Nothing but praise, they looked after our cat while we were away and we got daily updates on how he'd been, what Cat had done while she was there (apart from feeding and playing with the cat, she also hoovered up the fluff he left around and tidied around the litter tray, etc), and lots of photos and at least one video each day. We looked forward to the updates and could tell Jack was in good hands. Would definitely use them again. :)

Fantastic service! We are so pleased we found We Love Pets. We didn’t want to rely on family/friends when we go away to look in on the cat - so we searched for a service and we found a brilliant one in We Love Pets. They came and visited to take further information and to say hello to our cat, they added us to a WhatsApp group for updates on the cat - which included videos and photos. It was so nice to receive them while on holiday and gave us piece of mind that he was looked after. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to using them again :)

Robyn and the team are fabulous! They have helped me with my new puppy on puppy visits and walks, looking after him when I have been at work, the videos and photo updates you get are great it really puts your mind at ease. Nothing is too much trouble, they love them like their own, lovely bunch of ladies I would highly recommend ❤️

We used We Love Pets cat sitting service for the first time in August. We could not have been more happy with the service, we received pictures and an update after every visit and came home to happy, healthy cats. We will definitely use again and would recommend Cat who did the visits highly. Thanks you Cat !

Wonderful caring service,made being away on holiday much more bearable knowing my cats were in safe hands and being well looked after,receiving photos of them daily was greatly reassuring for me.From this experience I can highly recommend them and will have no hesitation in using their services for future holidays - and their fees are very reasonable too. Cat was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. We were sent reassuring photos, which helped us a lot with our separation. Russet had a chilled couple of days! He’d be happy to go again!

Ziggy and Duke seem to love there stay here. Duke can be a reactive barker so we thought earplugs may be needed for staff they assured us that he settled in and was great. Defo recommend lovely place and staff were great.

I have no experience of kennels as this is my daughters dog,however he came out with his tail wagging, he was clean and happy and evidently loved the young lady who handed him over .surroundings looked well maintained and clean and Alfie was a very happy boy

Excellent cattery and kennels. Had this place recommended to me by 2 separate friends, one with a cat and one with dogs. It's amazing the staff are so friendly and welcoming, my cat stayed in July, August and again in October each time she was well looked after and given an outdoor run, staff spend time looking after each animal and whiskers food is included with price, I took treats and some home comforts but they do provide bedding, litter and toys too. Highly recommend for your 🐱🐶.

We have used Tailwaggers for several years now and all the of the staff there are so friendly and helpful. They are brilliant with Milo, our Border Collie. Highly recommended!

If you’re worried about where to board your dog and have concerns about who has the skills to manage them - this is the place for you. I have a very large and powerful working dog that isn’t for a novice. Reggie absolutely loves it here, so much so that when I went to pick him up today, he wanted to go into the office to see the staff instead of going home! The facility is spotless, secure, safe and very impressive. The staff know exactly what they’re doing and make it look easy when it really isn’t. I know Reg is absolutely safe and well while I’m away, he gets plenty of exercise and stimulation and I can’t sing the praises of this facility enough. Thank you, guys.

Very happy with Tailwaggers kennels .Very organised and excellent dog facilities. Every comfort your wee pal needs. Lots of exercise. Bango was dropped off on my leaving hospital Looked well happy and he had a wash and blow dry before being returned home. Cheers Tail daggers.

2nd time using tailwaggers , very happy with the service they provided on both occasions. , the setup is well the staff are pleasant and the owner is very welcoming , good kennels aswell , , fair prices aswell , most places are more , I found there pricing , hospitality and set up inviting and they never dispointed, fair play .

My little frenchie was here for 10 days, she was lovely and clean, and loved her extra walkies, the staff loved her as well

We took our Border Collie Sid for the first time and with him being a nervous dog was anxious at leaving him. I would like to thank Rachel and team for spending time with him and actually getting him out for a short walk which is a miracle due to his temperament. He ate well and was very calm when we went to pick him up, would use them again. Great Kennels.

I can't recommend Chloe highly enough! Her knowledge of dogs and their behaviour combined with her confidence as a pack leader and the love and compassion she shows the dogs in her care is immeasurable. Red absolutely loved going to Aunty Chloe's for his holidays and Saxon loves it too - particularly the fab walks and the snoozes with Coco. I wouldn't hesitate to leave any of my future dogs in Chloe's care. :)

I have used the home boarding service on numerous occasions and I would 100% recommended it. Both my dogs are so excited at the start of their visits. They clearly feel at home with Laura and her family. They go on great walks and enjoy relaxing with the family at night. I always get lots of updates and feel totally at ease knowing they are being looked after so well. You can see from the photos how relaxed they are 😊

Amazing service from start to finish. We were looking for a boarder to look after our boy while we were on holiday - Chloe was brilliant and was able to set us up with a fantastic boarder who was also brilliant. Fab communication throughout, lots of consideration for our dogs individual needs to ensure the best pairing of boarder for us and everything went smoothly. He had a fantastic little holiday while we were on ours and it just all made everything so stress free. 11/10 😄

Can’t recommend the team at Bow WowMiaow enough. Our dog walker Christina is fab, both my dogs love her and can’t wait for her to turn up to take them for walkies. It gives us perfect peace of mind whilst at work that they are being cared for and getting a really good dose of their daily exercises. The socialisation with the other dogs on the walk has been fantastic for my crazy pair. The daily photos of the dogs out on this walks on Facebook are fab and prove just how much the dogs love the walks too.

Our Border Terrier Sasso (Sassypants) has been boarding with BowWowMiaow for about 9 years now. From day 1 she loved them to the point of adoration! They understand her totally, manage her BT ways perfectly, love and care for her as if she was their own, and supervise her happy integration into the 'pack' seamlessly, every time. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I know that when I'm away looking after my grandchildren, Sassy is in heaven - safe, sound, and very very happy! 🐕

My two precious dogs are lucky to be part of Mels pack (Melanie) an excellent, very capable service. Miah and Sweep really enjoy their adventures with her.

Chloe and her team are fantastic! Great space, a lot of care and due diligence. Our new pup is settled. Picked up at 7.30 and dropped off at 5.30. Excellent service and highly recommend!

Charlie has walked and played with Chloe and team from being a tiny puppy - he is now a big old 7 year old and really enjoys his pooch mooches with Christina. The team are flexible fun and clearly care/love their pooch pals …. I would highly recommend them if you need someone to help with the walking of your dog. It’s amazing for socialising and improving thei dogs general behaviour! When out and about! Thanks Chloe, Christina and team!

Cannot recommend BowWowMiaow enough, a group of lovely people who truly care about our pets! We have our dog on regular walks and have also used the home boarding service and it's such a relief to know he is well cared for and looked after. Such a great service that gives us peace of mind but is also fun for the dog!

My Whippet girls have been staying with Maria & Pete for years, their second home! They love to go on their holidays and for the odd days when I've had a day out with my family. Having elderly Whippets and knowing they have the experience with Sighthounds gives me peace of mind to leave the country on holiday. I've recommended The Sighthound Savoy so many times through my own dog walking business, my own dogs and all my Whippet community from the charity work I did in the past. They come really highly recommended!

Couldn't recommend The Sighthound Savoy more! We left our pups with Maria and Pete for a whole month while we enjoyed a family holiday that had been postponed since March 2020. They've been absolutely brilliant from when we first got in touch to when we picked up our hounds. They were always very honest about costs, their capabilities and what's included in the stay, and what's needed and expected from both sides. They really put us at ease from the beginning, and after a trial night to see how our dogs would get on with the other guests, we knew they were in the best hands possible. While we were away they shared regular updates and photos, and made sure we knew the dogs were enjoying their stay. Would highly recommend The Sighthound Savoy to others who are looking for a home away from home for their pup, and who knows sighthounds better than most!

There is no better place for your hounds to go for their holidays. Absolutely peace of mind. Marie and Pete and the kindest people and take the very best care of the hounds.

I was nervous booking Mai in for a stay after 2 bad experiences at a previous cattery, but Leslie was lovely and put my mind at rest. I had a walk round prior to booking her in, just to make sure I was happy and the cattery was spotless, super clean and tidy, the rooms are adorable, plenty of beds and toys, and each one had their own armchair! The daily updates on Facebook were great, even if Mai did have a face like thunder on most of them haha. Definitely not worried about booking her in in future, I've found my new cattery where I know my cat will be well looked after :)

Glencoe Kennels are amazing. Ada, our GSP, absolutely loves coming here and running crazy with the other doggies. The peace of mind when going away, knowing Ada is being cared for and having fun, is priceless! The daily Facebook picture updates are great.

My pup has just spent 7 days here. He’s never been in kennels before so we were a little apprehensive, but our apprehension was short lived! From day one, he has mingled with other pups and has absolutely loved every minute. They are a fantastic team and put 100% into your fur babies. Will absolutely use again. Thank you so much for Coopers stay and we will see you again without a doubt.

Fantastic kennels and I was really impressed with the care and attention the staff showed to my dog, Lola. She had a burst cyst prior to going and we were worried massively that it was going to be an issue. They have a veterinary nurse there who reassured us and looked after her. It's the first time that she has come back happy and it means you can enjoy your holiday. Plenty of updates through Facebook reassured us. Recommended kennels!

We have been coming to Glencoe for a number of years to board our dogs. When Kath decided to retire we wondered how the new owners would be. Well as soon as we met Lesley and Kerri we could tell straight away they were fellow dog lovers. We are always very happy to bring our two fur babies to Glencoe as we can be assured they will be loved and spoilt to bits. They always manage to find the time for a play or a cuddle in their busy days. We look forward to bringing Max and Ollie many times in the future.

My 3 dogs have just had 10 days at Glencoe Kennels and I can honestly say it's simply the best.The knowledge of the staff is second to none and pictures every night on Facebook always put a smile on my face.

Stanley and Henry started day care with a view to building up to staying over for holidays. They have never been in day care before and we can honestly say that every time they know they are going they are super excited and can’t wait to leave us! We love the fact they photos are posted of their time there and it give us the reassurance that they are super happy every time we leave them. Wouldn’t want to leave our babies anywhere else ❤️🐶🐶

I cannot recommend Glencoe enough. I have a MASSIVE dog which other places would not even entertain. Glencoe have made my boy part of their family. He goes for doggy day care and overnight stays. He gets sad when he cannot go. That speaks volumes. All the staff there are absolutely amazing and have bonded with my boy. But a special shout out to Jen who goes way over and beyond. She got to know huddy on a personal level and tailors things around him. Always keeps me informed. And if I am a little nervous leaving him (he is my world) I get regular messages and pictures reassuring me. She has sorted things out in her own personal time to ensure I am happy and confident with Hudson’s care. The best doggy day care/boarding around - thank you so very much Glencoe xx

I will add my dogs have never been in a kennel or a pet hotel before so I was more apprehensive than the dogs (I think) I could not thank Chris and Juliet enough very professional, clean helpful and just lovely people.. My dog has been coming to the pet hotel for many years. I've never felt the need to worry whilst leaving her as I know she's in good hands. Friendly staff and easy to speak to. Great price and very accommodating to whatever needs. Highly recommended!

Used these kennels for years now with both my old rescue dog & my latest two rescues. The dogs are always fit & healthy when I pick them up. The staff & owners really are amazing animal people. I would recommend these kennels otherwise I wouldn’t send my two crazy dogs there!!

My Cat Simba is always very well looked after. Chris and Julie are very friendly, and always put all the animals needs first. The place is clean and tidy, and easily accessible from the M65. I won't take Simba anywhere else, he has had 8 successful stays.

Excellent service. My dogs don't like people generally but have taken to Chris and the rest of the staff really well. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.

We are three really cute Guinea Pigs and we have been on holiday here on a number of occasions and we cannot "squeak" highly enough of the great care and food we enjoy. Thank you to Team Pet Hotel from Candy, Piggy and Guinea xxx

I was going to cancel my holiday because I was so scared of leaving my timid toy pomapoo. Dropped him off the evening before and worried myself to death until ringing from Gran Canaria the next morning. Teddy was fine, he'd been out first thing on a walk and had eaten his breakfast. Arrived home a week later, Teddy was dropped off and was absolutely fine and just glad to see me. The only downside I think is that he now cries to play with other dogs when he see's them (he may need a brother or sister). Would have no problem booking another holiday knowing that Teddy will have one too!

Great kennels been going here since they opened. Well kept kennels and cattery separate buildings of course. The dogs get exercised every day in the self contained exercise area which was a plus for me and the blocks have a doors in between to keep the noise down. The cats have big kennels to with an outside area I take her bed, treats and toys for my cat. I did for my dog but she has passed now. So worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

We went here to pick up a rescue dog. Hadn't been before and nearly missed the hairpin turn because of the parking space the other side. The site itself looks first class in space and care. The staff although delayed due to the late arrival of the dogs were friendly and welcoming. Security cameras appeared to cover all areas so I believe it would be safe to leave my pets there.

What a wonderful place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who clearly care a great deal for the dogs (I didn't go into the cattery). Clean, warm accommodation. And a warm welcome and send-off from the parrots in the reception area! Very fair prices, beautifully appointed at the foot of the Moors, loads of car parking space. A first class business.

Visited for completely different reason to cats and dogs. Looks a very well run place and all the staff I met were pleasant, helpful and cheery. Saw dogs being given walks and there was an enclosed paddock for them to run around in.

We have used these Kennels many times and cannot praise them enough. Our dog Charlie has just returned from a stay there. We can tell he has always been treated well and looked after. He is allowed his own bed dishes toys blankets etc which is not allowed at some. Well done to all and thank you for looking after him so well. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I took my Dexter for a one night kennels trial initially but came home to a flooded house. I called them up as I had to move out and they said they would keep him for the rest of the week until we could get back home. Nothing was too much trouble and Dexter had a ball, he came home so happy I think I had more anxiety than he did 😂 will be using again for sure and I will definitely be recommending to my friends & family!

Due to working away I use the kennels on a regular basis and my dog Riley loves it, he can hardly wait to get out of the car when we get there. The people are lovely and I have never had any issues with his multiple stays there from being a pup to now 6 years old, I wouldn't want him to stay anywhere else. Thank you to all the people there.

This is the first time iv used a cattery for my two year old cat Henry, I looked around and W,W+W was the best one, the cages the cats stay in are massive they have loads of room and they provide everything for them, beds, blankets, scratch post, litter tray, food (IAMS cat biscuits) + water, they made me feel very welcome when I went to look around, and as I was worried they might not take Henry because of her difficult behaviour they reassured me that she will be fine as they deal with cats the same as her all the time, i have just picked Henry up today after having a 10 day stay their whilst me and my partner were on holiday, and I am so chuffed she had a great stay, they are reasonably priced Aswell, I will definitely be using them again in the future! I Can not recommend them enough :) I’m so happy xxx

I'm only rating the field for hire and the staff as I haven't used the kennels yet. The field for hire is great, very well secured and staff are friendly. Would recommend if you have a dog that can't go off lead.

!!WARNING!! Do not send your animals here!! Our family dog went here for only a brief stay but has come home with multiple issues. The first person we spoke with refused to discuss any of our issues and when we finally managed to speak with the manager/owner 'Deborah' she also refused to accept any form of responsibility. Her reply to all our issues was simply, prove it. Very rude, dismissive and obnoxious. Our dog should hopefully fully recover in time, however if it was something more serious then I would dread to think how it would be handled. Very unprossional and costumer service (after the boardings/they've taken your money) is practically non existent.

Anyone who is thinking of using Jess’ services, to look after their dogs I would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a genuine dog lover and she took great care of our four dogs. She is a lovely, honest, caring person who really cares about the welfare of your dog. She is very mature and sensible and I trust her to look after our house as well as our dogs. I can’t speak highly enough of Jess!

I feel so blessed that I have Jess!!! My dogs ADORED her from the moment they met her!!! I literally trust less than a handful of people with my pooches, but I trust Jess wholeheartedly with them and would never use anybody else !!! I know they are in the BEST hands when they’re with her!! She goes above and beyond and literally has the patience of a saint! She is such a loving, caring, honest person and genuinely has their best interest at heart. 5 stars really isn’t enough!! To say I’m happy I found you is an absolute understatement!!
