I had a wonderful experience having Sumi come to stay at the house with our very energetic (but cute 😉) 1 yo Aussiedoodle! From the initial communication to the booking and the communication throughout her stay, she was warm, succinct, and made us feel that our dog EJ was safe and cared for all 5 days she was with him. She sent pics and even asked to help water some of the plants needing a drink out the yard at the end of the AZ summer, some of the hottest days of the year! She woke up early every morning to walk the dog when the outdoor temp was right, and in the evening endured EJ’s relentless ball playing for fun! And our home was just as clean as it was left when we got home! I highly recommend Sumi for a sit!!!
Ian was great! Perfectly self sufficient and very communicative. He sent pictures and an update everyday and took Cash on a bunch of long walks! My apartment was completely clean when I got back, and he started the laundry for me. Thank you Ian!!! Would definitely recommend!

One of the highlights of doing this type of exchange is meeting amazing pet parents- and Hannah and Sarwang were no exception! Even though I never got to meet them in person, their warmth, kindness, and generosity were evident from the beginning. They just seemed like good caring people. And the opportunity to stay in their zen vibe home made this for a relaxing and calming sit. I got to interact with their neighbors and friend (who helped with the handoff) which further felt like Jonzey and I had a supportive community of people. Jonzey was the cherry on top! She spoiled me with cuddles! She truly is the sweetest. Her needs and routine are simple and straight forward. I was left with written and video instructions for her care and home, which I found helpful. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet -perfect for relaxing, concentrating on work, and enjoying the outdoors. I would highly recommend this sit and definitely would return if invited back (and my schedule allows)! Thank you so much for this opportunity!!
Lana was very peculiar on what time to get there, what to do at home, the tasks she wanted done and when, including arrival and departure. She communicated efficiently during the sitting. I left the house spotless, unfortunately did not have time to wait the drying after several washing cycle for everything requested in day on the last day due to obligation outside the sit (the washing total takes about 6h), and Lana was rude about it, which completely ruined the relationship we had established previously. The cats Soi and Mimi were affectionate, both of them have their claws on and I was scratched several times by one of them as sign of affection (just beware if that's something you cannot tolerate if you never had cat with claws). The apartment complex is fairly new and everything inside works well, but the location is far if you're in public transportation (at least 1h to downtown), fairly easy (metro + bus) if you know Montreal or have been to big cities before.
