Christi is an outstanding dog sitter! She’s incredibly professional and took excellent care of our dog while we were away. Her daily photo updates were a delightful touch that kept us connected. We will definitely rely on her services for our next vacation and highly recommend her to friends and family.

Christi has been a godsend for us. We just relocated back to London and I desperately needed daycare for my two pugs. Christi was super responsive and helpful. She was punctual and was so attentive and caring with the Boys during the day. We all love her and her little shi trzu Pep! I highly recommend her and am so happy I found her!

I had never been happy at the thought of putting my dog, Toby, into kennels, so I was delighted when I was recommended by a friend of Christi’s small dog service. We arranged for Toby and Christi to meet up. Now Toby regularly stays with Christi when I am away with work. I feel very confident that Toby is well looked after, well exercised and happy during his time with Christi and would have no hesitation recommending Christi to other dog owners.

Highly recommended! It was first time leaving my little chihuahua for such a long time to someone and Small dog daycare was the best choice! Christy is absolutely loving and caring she send me video’s everyday and updates about my dog Archie. She has has an amazing Shitzu, he is the most friendliest dog ive met. We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Helen is fantastic, jackson loves his days with her. She has an amazing group of dogs and Jackson is always super tired when he comes home. She is flexible and reliable! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. I’d highly recommend Helen and couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. Helen is always responsive and keeps us informed while we're away. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional pet sitter.

If you are looking for a day care in West London this is a great daycare. Truffle our golden retriever was excited to see the staff that picked her up and was wiped when she came home from her fun day out. The booking portal is great as it makes it so easy and they also bill you monthly which is a positive. I would say it’s quite flexible as well in regards to how many days etc. The staff were always super nice especially given we had to change her trial a few times due to heat. I would recommend if you need a good daycare and your dog is a social butterfly.

Wally has been going a couple times and comes back very happy! We get to see videos during the day of him playing with other dogs, a great benefit for him. The team is super flexible and pick-ups/drop-off times very accurate. We met some of the team members, they are skilled professionnals, no doubt Wally is in good hands. Highly recommend

We absolutely love London Woof. Unlike some other daycare providers, you do not have to commit to a certain number of days like a nursery expects. The team are all 100% on making sure our cocker spaniel Quinn has the best time ever. We value the fact that we can choose between us dropping her off or LW collecting her and the same at the end of the day as my work can be a bit unpredictable and they make this very flexible which is incredibly invaluable to us. The easiest way for us to know that Quinn is happy to be there is how desperate she is to run in to see her mates when we drop her off. We trust these guys completely and are so grateful that we have such a great doggy daycare facility so close to us. 100% recommended for daycare. They also offer kennel services for overnights but we don't need this service which is why I've focused on daycare.

Having London Woof and the team in our lives has been amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better doggy day care. Ignas from London Woof has been incredible. He is patient, caring and loving with our puppy Koda. He would go out with Ignas and have the best adventures and we always knew he was looked after. Ignas not only works at the daycare caring for the dogs but he also provides training whilst he’s there. He is so knowledgeable about dogs and has supported us with training Koda. 5 stars for London Woof! I have tried a few dog daycares in SW London and LW has by far been the best experience. Lovely team, easily contactable and trustworthy. My 2yo spaniel comes home happy and tired and always gets excited upon pick-up. The photo updates are always appreciated! LW has an easy-to-use online booking system with monthly billing and no ‘minimum days’ which works well for me as my office days change. Thank you LW team for your reliability and care looking after Ollie!

LondonWoof has been a terrific find for me. The staff are really friendly and caring, and my Rosie comes back happy and tuckered out after a hard day playing :-) From my perspective, they are very flexible (much more so than some other daycares) and the online booking portal is great. I also like that they are local to SW London, so the dogs are not spending hours in the van going out to Surrey. All in all, 5 stars and long may Rosie continue to be a part of the LondonWoof family :-)

My dog Ruby is very shy and nervous around other dogs, and quite anxious in general. We have been sending her to London Woof once a week for a few weeks now to try and build her confidence up and get used to other dogs. I couldn't be happier or more impressed! Ruby is still not overly excited when they arrive to pick her up, but this morning she happily walked and led the way to the van with the driver, which I think says a lot! I receive updates and photos throughout the day and Ruby arrives home very happy and relaxed. The staff are kind and very helpful with all my questions and have been so understanding with allowing Ruby to settle and get used to the place and the other dogs. Very happy we found London Woof!

LondonWoof is simply the best! They have looked after my two dogs for almost four years now. I have used LondonWoof for daycare multiple days per week and boarding on occasion. My dogs always come home happy and tired after a great day with the LondonWoof team. They get so excited when they hear the van pull up outside and go running to greet the team. Its very clear that my dogs love the people at LondonWoof and you can see that love is mutual. I have never had to worry when my dogs are with them because I know they are in such good hands and are well taken care of. The team in the office is easily reachable and communication has always been open and quick. They have gone out of their way to help when special circumstances have come up and are very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend LondonWoof to anyone who is looking for outstanding dog care. As I said at the beginning LondonWoof is THE BEST!

We love using LondonWoof for doggy day care and overnight stays! We really needed some training help for our boy, Astro and their trainer, Ignas was amazing. Such a positive energy, easy to learn from and so helpful! We learned some great tools to navigate our 7 month old puppy. Ignas also trained Astro while he was at doggy day care and sent videos. LondonWoof is absolutely amazing! My golden retriever has had play days at LondonWoof several days a week for the past three years. She excitedly waits at the door for Angela to pick her up and comes home at the end of the day happy and exhausted! Gabor is quick to respond to any requests or questions I have and I never worry if Bella is well taken care of. Everyone there seems to genuinely love the dogs and make them a priority every day. Thank you LondonWoof for doing a great job and taking such good care of Bella and friends!

When I met Kremena, I knew that she loved dogs and cats. Oscar my dog took to her like a duck to water and they built a fabulous bond which made me very happy. She has looked after him since he was 4 months old. She has kept me updated with pictures of his pranks and escapades while I have been at work. I have no hesitation in leaving Oscar with a peace of mind knowing that he will be loved unconditionally. Also I would like to say that she has accommodated me at very short notice. Which very few sitters do it. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dog board/sitter/walker it is her Thank you for all the love you give Oscar xx

Kremena is the best thing that could happen to our boys! We are very careful and picky with dog sitters, but once we met Kremena, all our doubts disappeared! I even said once to my husband that she takes better care of them than we do😄 Our boys are very spoiled and have millions routines per day, and Kremena follows all of them carefully and sends updates daily. One of our boys is scared to walk on the floors, she even let us put rugs all over her place! She is very kind, caring and responsible. We’ve already left our boys with Kremena twice for couple of weeks while we were away and I wouldn’t trust them to anybody else! And even afterwards, she’s still checking up on them! I’ve been using Pets Kingdom services for over a year now. My dog stayed there for a daycare as well as boarding. Kremena is extremely professional, reliable and caring. She takes an individual approach and has a great relationship with pets. I can’t recommend Pets Kingdom enough. It will always be my first choice

I have used Pets Kingdom for boarding my dog when I go away. Kremena is absolutely amazing - she is one of the few people that I trust 100% with my pup. She is extremely responsible, reliable and you see how much she absolutely loves animals. I know Kremena because she used to walk my last dogs years ago, which is why I still use her now for boarding. I only wish she offered daily pet care close to where I live!! I always refer everyone with dogs to Kremena and Pets Kingdom!! My dog has a blast and never wants to leave!!

Kremena was great with our cat. She came to our house and managed to build great relationship with him. I could tell she is enjoying the time with him and that she is genuinely trying to entertain him. She was reliable, quick to reply, very organized and structured. Urban Mutts is the only place I will trust my dog, whether it’s for daycare, boarding, or grooming. They are SO attentive, both to your dog but also to your own questions/concerns as the dog owner. They go above and beyond - from accommodating any specific instructions your dog needs to pupdates, to communication, and everything in between. My dog loves it so much, he starts running toward it when we knows we’re near, and I have to LITERALLY drag him out when I pick him up. The staff are all so lovely and knowledgeable, and the facilities are spacious and clean. I highly recommend Aaron for grooming - my dog is fussy and he still works his magic on him! Urban Mutts is truly a community and safe space for you and your dog 🫶🏼

I have used Urban Mutts a large number of times and my little pooch barely looks back when she is dropped off as she is eager to meet the other dogs. She has stayed at the hotel and also just been there for a few hours to allow me to get a few errands done. Everytime, my 4-legged friends loves being social and running around and is also delighted to see me when I collect her. I love receiving the pupdates and photos and everyone there just loves to be with dogs. I will continue to use them going forwards and highly recommend.

My husband and I recently moved to London from New York with our dog, Waffles, and were looking for a place she can safely stay when we are traveling. We've had bad experiences in the past with dog daycare and hotels, as so many of them are poorly run and overcrowded, especially in big cities. I'm SO glad we found Urban Mutts - the team is wonderful, caring and detail-oriented. The facilities are also well maintained, clean and welcoming for all kinds of dogs. I am happy to say we found a great place for Waffles when we can't take her with us.

This is the only boarding facility I trust for my dog, Yorky. The team is exceptionally attentive and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure he feels comfortable and well cared for. They provide daily "pupdates," giving me peace of mind about how he’s doing while I’m away. Yorky is 8 years old and, at times, can be a bit shy or irritable around younger dogs. The staff at Urban Mutts always makes sure he has a quiet space to retreat to when he needs it, allowing him to enjoy his time without stress. Knowing that Yorky is treated like family allows me to fully relax during my holidays!

Wowza what an amazing place with such lovely and dedicated staff - My 5 month old puppy Willow has stayed in the hotel a couple of times, she has had an introduction to the grooming session plus attended her first adolescent puppy training session which has all been fantastic - Every time we are there Willow gets very excited especially seeing 'Bruce' Greg's ( The owner ) lovely dog - This place has been a brilliant find for me and Willow - We highly rate and recommend 'Urban Mutts' - Thank you to everyone there - Love Carol and Willow ✨️🐶✨️

Goose absolutely loves going to urban mutts. He goes weekly for day care, has been groomed there (and actually behaves!) and has stayed there for a week. The team are all lovely and really well informed. Through their support of goose he has become a much more confident dog and is a very happy chap! We also sought their advice on food and he now actually eats all of his meals (wahoo). Couldn’t trust them more - very relieved that I’ve finally found dog care I can trust!

Urban Mutts is by far the best daycare and boarding facility I’ve found in London! The staff is amazing with the dogs, my dog is so excited to go that she doesn’t even need to say bye when we get in the doors, and I always know she’s safe and having a great time with all her friends at Urban Mutts. 10/10 would recommend!

Urban Mutts was a doggy day care that I happen to come across searching frantically to place my dog over the holidays. The staff are friendly and spent much time answering all my questions about the services they provide and the overall experience my dog would have. I appreciated how patient they were and even gave me a tour of the facilities. In the end, my dog had a great time and snoozed all night when she arrived home. Thanks again Urban Mutts!

Highly recommend Urban Mutts. We travel nearly an hour each way to get our dog groomed here as he trusts Aaron (one of their excellent groomers) so much. The staff are very caring and you can tell they take their time to look after your pet. They have a nice waiting area to relax and do work and obviously the convenience of being able to use Westfields helps. Most important I trust them completely to give the highest quality service. 5/5

Pickle has been at urban mutts since she was 4 months old, she turns 2 today. She loves being there, jumps out of the car tail wagging runs to the door and watches through the window to see who's coming. She runs into the social club and doesn't look back. She has stayed overnight and loved it. We got a second addition 2 months ago and had no hesitation in onion attending. Even in this short time they race each other to the door and with the guardian to the social club. We love our bruces pup report, which tells us who they have played with and how they have behaved. We also get advised if there is anything that could be troubling them or needs doing. Always use the grooming facilities there, Aaron and the team are amazing and love getting photos via email of the groom from the start to the finish. The staff there have twice picked up an ear infection in its early stages with pickle. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend urban mutts for anyone looking for care for there dogs. Greg you run an amazing service, and always enjoy the fusses with amazing Bruce, even if we get into trouble giving hom treats lol.

We could not recommend Rex in the City more. Fran is such a professional and we have total comfort that our precious Cockapoo is looked after very well. Fran is really responsive and is always available if we need last minute walks. Our dog also boards with Fran some weekends/if we are away on holiday and she loves it. We are so grateful to have found Fran and so is our dog - she loves her!

Fran and her team at Rex In The City have been caring for my dachshund Fubu for 5 amazing years. He has flourished under Fran's guidance, becoming obedient and well-trained. Rex In The City has become a second home for Fubu - Fran has formed a special bond with him, and I trust them completely with his safety, even when we're on vacation. Rex In the City is absolutely fantastic. We needed occasional boarding and walking for our dog when we moved into the area, and were drawn to Fran by the great reviews. They're all true! We were feeling anxious (and guilty!) about leaving our dog Cali behind while traveling. Fran put us at ease with her professional and pleasant demeanor, and also by sharing photos and videos while we're away. Cali loves her completely. We always come home to find her happy, relaxed and thoroughly exercised. Fran is highly responsive, caring and a joy to work with. We recommend her highly. Thank you Rex In the City!

Highly recommend Fran. My Cockapoo Monty sits at the top of the stairs waiting for her to arrive each day and runs out without a backwards glance. He loves the walks, the swims and the fun. Fran is super helpful and flexible. Great day care, daily walks and overnight boarding. My dog is my most precious family and my best friend. I feel completely safe when he’s having fun with Fran.

I’ve been fortunate enough to know Fran and her team for the last 4 years and she’s been looking after my Boxer Disraeli throughout that time. Her ethos is all about caring for him as if he were her own and that’s what puts Fran’s approach above all the other dog care businesses in the area. Disraeli was visibly excited every time it was ready for pick up and just wanted to tell me all about it when he returned. He even got excited when we bumped into Fran and her kids in the street. We booked walks, daycare and one overnight stay and were always 100% confident that he would have a good time. Fran was flexible when required, covering short notice bookings and switching others when work required it. If you want your dog to be cared for, rather than kept, by a team, led by Fran, with an affinity for our special canine family, then I recommend Rex in the City.

I can definitely recommend Fran and Rex in the City. Fran has a wonderful way with dogs and my miniature schnauzer (who was very nervous of walkers after a bad experience) adores her and sits waiting at the door for her to arrive. Fran has always been totally flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate Coco for the day or overnight and she always comes back happy, relaxed and exhausted (with no bad habits!). A really great service and highly recommended.

We boarded our dog, Zoey, with Fran for over a week and could not have had a better experience. We felt confident that she was being well cared for and receiving plenty of love while were away on holiday. We received several photo and video updates and are very happy with the entire experience. Zoey adores Fran and came home a tired & happy girl! We will continue to use the services Rex in the City has to offer - we highly recommend Fran!

Thank you Fran, you’ve been absolutely wonderful with my dog Frida. As a rescue Frida can be a bit anxious with cars/ busy places. Given your experience and background with dogs (not just walking but training and behaviour) your patience and kind approach really helped Frida come out of her shell. Before long she was zooming around the parks and happy playing with other dogs. Her happy and calm mood continued when I got home from work too which was lovely to see. Frida is part of our family, and we love her dearly. It meant so much that we knew she was always in the best care with you. Thank you.

I can highly recommend Fran and the team. They've been regularly taking out our Irish Terrier since he was a very excitable puppy (not that he's any less excitable now!). He clearly hugely enjoys going out with his friends in the pack and always comes back well worn out. It's great that in Fran and the team we have people we can trust, knowing that he'll be well looked-after on those days we can't take him out ourselves.

Rex in the City have been looking after our cocker spaniel, Humphrey, since he was a small pup. Fran provides a loving family environment for her charges and they get plenty of exercise and stimulation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rex in the City for dog walking, daycare and boarding.

Lucy has looked after our dog Pickle for 5 years now, walking him and boarding him when we need. She’s been an amazing support for us, she clearly cares and is trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and we wouldn’t leave Pickle with anyone else. Highly recommend her services.

To be fair, Lucy is the only dog walker we’ve ever used. So it’s easy to say she’s the best we’ve ever had but will some one so accommodating and easy to work with we just don’t need anyone else. Three years in and the worst issue we’ve ever had was her accidentally taking one of our three leads. Our dog loves her and so do we.

Great service from Lucy and the team. They were able to accommodate our needs as our dog gets anxiety if travelling in a car/van so he couldn’t attend daycare. We were able to agree on a regular walks schedule and that works great for him and us. Thank you!

I rescued an American Bulldog cross who was only 6 months old about a year ago, she had no training and was a large breed. I needed someone who would help me out in calming her down, training and socialising with other dogs. I knew I was signing up to a difficult and dominant breed so it was never going to be easy to find someone suitable and had the man power/resources while i was at work. I was wrong, I phoned Lucy and straight away was impressed with the professionalism and commitment Lucy showed to Lyra. I can't thank Lucy and the team enough for helping me out and bringing Lyra on so much, she is now 18 months and I'm so happy with the dog and the progress she's made, a lot down to these guys, thanks again x

We have been using West London Petsitter for over 6 months now. We would never use anyone else! Judi, one of their sitters, looks after our cat Maggie with so much care, we never have to worry about anything. Our cat is naturally quite shy and takes a while to form trust, and Judi took the time required to form a bond and now Maggie loves her so much she will greet here at the door with loud 'meows'. We are sent regular updates via WhatsApp and Judi always goes above and beyond what is required of a cat sitter. Antonet is very accommodating of our requirements, even if sometimes our plans have to change with little warning, which makes booking extremely easy and worry-free. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic service from West London Petsitter. We used them for the first time on a recent short break and had them visit our new young cat Buddy. Antonet was very organised and helpful in advance and set us up with our sitter Sinead who was wonderful! She looked after Buddy so well, sent us lots of pictures and videos and really put our minds at rest. Will definitely use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough!

The individual cat sitters keep us updated daily with photos, videos etc. Most importantly our 2 cats Huckleberry and Geronimo seem very content when we get home!

My experience with WLP has been really, really great. When Bronwen came along she was a tiny kitten who had been weaned too early and had a lot of problems thriving. I needed someone to look in on her mid day, someone I could rely on and who knew what they were doing. Thats exactly what I got with WLP. 100% reliable, 100% engaged, 100% committed, 100% there for Bronwen, and for me. Organising a visit is easy, very affordable, great communication, and super friends with Bronwen. Always happy to give sensible advice and share from their experience. It was a delight working with Antonet and Judi! Antonet was very professional in explaining the expectations of the service and connecting us with Judi, who’d be checking in on my cats. While I was gone, Judi sent many updates and photos. I felt fully confident that they were well taken care of and loved seeing how much they enjoyed playing with Judi. Amazing service from West London Petsitter. We used them for the first time to catsit our two indoor cats while we were on holiday abroad, and Sue looked after them so well! She sent us pictures and videos every day and always made sure their well-being was top priority. We can't thank Sue and Antonet enough and we'll definitely use them again!

We've been using West London Petsitters for a few years now and always feel confident leaving our cat in their safe hands. Antonet has a great team in place and it's easy to book and confirm dates. Our cat's carer, Amy, is absolutely wonderful and totally understands what our cat needs when we're away. We really love the daily updates and photos and the flexibility of visits if plans change a little. We're really happy with their service and absolutely recommend them.

I've used Antonet's team since we moved to Fulham one year ago, and I highly recommend them. Antonet is very quick to respond to pet sitting requests, and we've had both Melissa and Nikki watch our two cats. As someone who is very anxious about leaving my two cats, the pet sitters at West London always put my mind at ease. Recently we went away for two weeks, and Nikki did a fantastic job keeping me updated each time she visited the boys and sent me lovely photos of them each day. The true test is that when we came home, they didn't even react, which tells me they were well looked after whilst we were away. We are very happy with the treatment that West London Petsitter gives our boys.

I have used the West London Petsitter twice and 100% recommend it! I have a diabetic kitty who requires insulin twice a day and isn’t a huge fan of staying in the cattery. Both Chloe and Amy who have looked after Boo have been amazing and put my mind at rest. They were both so reliable and came round a couple days before the visit started to collect keys and get to know Boos routine and when she needed medicine etc. Both very prompt and sent messages and photos of Boo each time the visited. We have used West London Petsitters over the past couple of years on multiple occasions. Antonet is so lovely and always professional and helpful - even with very last minute requests for care! We've used 4 or 5 of their sitters over this time and we've always found our two dogs to be very well cared for and happy on our return! The sitters are very communicative with lots of updates and knowing that your pets are given the utmost care and attention whilst you're away makes it worth every penny.

I can't recommend Natalie enough! She is warm-hearted and incredibly caring in her approach with animals, making her perfect for even the most sensitive souls. Our dog Maya was in an accident which left her with severe anxiety, and made her too afraid to leave the house for many months on end. With Natalies help, we are quickly overcoming her fears and getting her the support she needs with her progress, whilst getting Maya back out on normal walks again! Apart from all the fantastic services that Natalie provides, I would say that her communication and punctuality are her top talents and I could not ask for a better carer for our special pup.

Natalie (at Cuddles + Reiki) is diligent, caring, respectful and trustworthy. She was a wonderful find on Rover (pet sitter platform) and has delivered a great service. I have already rebooked for further visits. I had booked Natalie for a "Drop In" service to check up on my indoor cat as I was away for a couple of days. We caught up through a brief meet and greet where she met Luna (my indoor cat) and I quickly ran her through various tasks that would be needed (food, litter, play). Natalie was then trusted to visit independently and manage Luna on her own. Natalie excelled here and provided regularly updates (incl. pictures and videos) during her visits. Especially during one time, where Luna had been sick and Natalie provided clean up and light nursing following! All in all, I am very impressed by the service provided. Steve has been walking my Blue since he was able as a pup and is still doing so 3 years on. He is always available to help and step in at short notice. He and his team provide an honest and loving environment which is most appreciated by Blue and I.

Steve has been walking our Golden retriever twice a week for the last few months and have to say has been fantastic. He has a great calm demeanour with the dogs and they really respond well to him. Our dog initially was very frightened to get into the car, after a few weeks with Steve he absolutely loves it now. Our only regret is that we did not find him sooner - cant recommend him and his team highly enough!

Steve is a great dog walker and our two dogs cannot wait for their weekly outing with him. Every Wednesday morning they plonk themselves by the door at least one hour before he is due, keenly watching out for his arrival. Steve has been walking our spaniel, Olive, for over three years, and we couldn't do without him. He's always reliable and thankfully flexible. Jeannie looks after our dog Iriska for a few years now. She walks her and looks after her in her house during our vacations. We trust Jeannie not only with the dog, but also with the house keys and when Iriska hears the keys in the lock she races to the door at her top speed. Iriska is a Hungarian Vizsla. She is very loud and boisterous and she needs loads of exercise and sometimes she can be disobedient, especially in the parks, with a lot of squirrels around. With Jeannie she gets all she needs - loads of fun in a good company of other dogs! After walks with Jeannie she comes back tired and satisfied:) We can enjoy our holidays in peace knowing that we will find Iriska happy and healthy on our return! Thank you, Jeannie!

Our dog Griff has been a regular with Jeannie for the past few years, for day care but more frequently for extended stays over a weekend or 1 or 2 week holidays. Griff LOVES his time with Jeannie and we love him being there as we have the complete peace of mind knowing that he is extremely well looked after whilst we are away. Jeannie is an absolute delight. I cannot recommend Jeannie enough, my 1 year Jack was struggling with being sociable with other dogs, sometimes becoming aggressive needlessly. Jeannie took her on as a socialising exercise and the results are showing like she's a different dog entirely, having been taught quite nicely how to play properly. Jeannie is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, and leaving Ripley with her is never a worry, we know she's going to have the best time!

We have used Jeannie to walk and board our dog for a number of years. Our dog loves her and is always thrilled when she sees Jeannie. She also has groomed Lulu beautifully. Jeannie is responsive and completely reliable and totally professional and also kind and helpful.. We feel very lucky to have found Jeannie.
