I was called to cancel my appointment at the last minute due to a storm. Refuses to keep the the next two scheduled appointment's because he cant seem to grasp that he has to be flexible and do it a different way. He thinks one way of doing things is the only way. A dog swimming czar with an ego? All the while his wife speaking in the background on how to proceed. Very unorganized, over a storm and no mention that this was a possibility. All he had to do was minimize time since dog would be getting to know him twodtwo in a row. One day isn't going to make a difference. If my dog won't like you I would know and never turn but since your customer service and inflexible to a new client definitely says you are not what you claim. ..

My dog Trevor absolutely LOVES going to Boops! He can barely contain his excitement when we pull into the parking lot! It’s such a relief to know he is in great hands - whether it’s during doggy daycare or overnight boarding. The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!!

EDITED TO ADD : I wasn't sure initially if I wanted to give 4 or 5 stars but while adding the photos and seeing just how happy our guy is there, it may not be perfection (which is epitome of 5 ☆) but honestly there is no where else I would rather him be. They did well with his grooming, great when he didn't feel well and contacting me. So yes.. I did change it once looking at and adding the photos. We have been taking our pup Dunkin to Boops for both Daycare and boarding since around Thanksgiving 2023 and I was hesitant, but I was more hesitant to leave him home all alone as a rescue pup. And he absolutely loved it! They have options, they are patient, they work well with you and your fur-pal. Dunkin gets in socialization and exercise in all kind of weather and comes home tired and cuddly. He also has separation anxiety and sometimes needs a few minutes to transition or just simply to himself. They have room for that. We aren't originally from this area, born and raised. So finding someone we know and trust is certainly a difficult endeavor. But we truly have found that with the staff at Boops!

Herbie, our Old English Sheepdog, loves coming to Boops! I had never taken a dog to "Daycare" and was concerned on how Herbie would handle the situation. He does not like leaving home. Well, until he went to Boops. He gets more and more excited as we get closer. Once there, he is welcomed by the Boops staff who totally understands Herb's enthusiasm to see his buddies. When I pick him up, he does not want to leave. The staff is great and the physical daycare is immaculate and safe.

Boops has been our dogs home away from for the last two years. He absolutely adores going and seeing his friends! The staff is always friendly and happily takes my crazy boy in the morning. We are forever thankful that they love our dog as much as we do! Jeter will be a lifelong customer!

From the day the doors opened at Boops we have trusted them with our Beasley and Baxter. Always welcoming the dogs with smiles. You can’t say the word daycare without the boys getting so excited. Recently I rescued a puppy and having three can be difficult at times but having boops daycare available to help out and be able to trust with our pups is such a great help. How much it has grown since opening! Just this week we were able to try the grooming they now offer! Omg my husband and I just loved our 80 pound dogs cut! We were surprised it was the best cut Beasley has gotten! Ella got her first grooming and cut also and looks great and so does Baxter! We are soooo grateful Boops opened in Brockport and couldn’t thank the owners enough!❤️

Our dog Nash who is a 7 month old golden retriever had his 1st day today at Boops. We had him groomed and had him there all day and he was so happy and excited When they sent me a picture of him halfway through the day. I truly appreciate how quick the staff returns phone calls and emails I highly recommend this place and we will be going back. Thank you Boops!!

We cannot recommend Boops enough! We wish we could give them 10 stars!! We recently started taking our 4 year old in for daycare. Raymi, a 4 year old, recently rescued labradoodle has some anxiety issues. That said, Raymi is doing great! Since he started going, he is less reactive and much more sociable and playful with other dogs. The staff is super-attentive and helpful, taking the time to understand his specific needs, and catering the day around those needs. We are so appreciative for the amazing care that Raymi gets at Boops. Highly highly highly recommended. If you've been considering taking your dog for daycare, boarding, or grooming, you cannot go wrong by taking them to Boops! Thank you so much! We really appreciate all that you do!!

I was calling around to find a last minute reservation for my golden retriever when I discovered Boops Co. I am sooooo happy I found them!!! From the first phone call to every interaction afterwards, everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional! The reservation process was super easy and you are able to add on certain items like a puppacino or a walk which I took advantage of. I signed up for text messages throughout my dogs stay and he looked so happy in every pic! My dog is super social and he was able to play with other dogs which was a plus! I immediately booked Teddy’s next stay with Boops co! I will recommend them to friends and family! Thanks for taking great care of my pup!

We’ve been taking our dog to Boops for daycare and boarding for over a year now and we’ve been super happy with their services. What I love most is he gets 5 hours of play during boarding, which makes me happy knowing he’s not sitting in the kennel his entire stay. Alyssa and Tyler are very responsive to any of my questions and concerns, and treats our dog as if he was their own. I highly recommend Boopsco!

I am so thankful to Boops Co for taking amazing care of my 4 year old Australian Cattle Herder mix for an overnight while I celebrated my brother's wedding. My dog has lots of anxiety in new spaces (and I had anxiety about leaving her), but Tylar the owner went above and beyond to make sure we both felt comfortable. His kindness with my pup gave me the peace of mind I needed to enjoy the special day with my family. I highly recommend this small business and would travel across town to leave my dog in their care.

Fizzbin loves going to see Charlene, it's his favorite place other than home. Charlene is such a sweet and warm caregiver to our little guy. Easy decision if you are looking for a safe and warm place to have your furry loved ones groomed and pampered. 10 stars.

Just had my first experience with A Gentle Touch, and it was perfect! I have a 1 year old cat who has beautiful long soft fur, but gets matted very easily. She doesn’t like to be brushed or trimmed at home so I decided it was best to get her groomed professionally. I’ve never had a cat groomed before, but I’ll definitely be going back. I let the owner decide what cut would be best, and she looks and smells amazing:) You can tell A Gentle Touch cares about every animal they see!

We've been bringing our dogs to Charlene for over a decade and she's never done us wrong. She gives our dogs not only the best spa days, but the best care as well.

Exactly what it says on the tin: Charlene is a gentle but effective groomer, especially removing mats from my cat's coat. Highly recommend!!

We were nervous leaving Tango at a kennel for the first time. We always had a family member watch her. But when the family plan fell through we were scrambling to find a place for her. After talking to a half dozen places we finally got a recommendation to call Pheasant Creek. They were great to work with, Brooke was great and put us at ease. Tango had a great time and we loved the report cards and check in’s! Thank you, we will be back!

I've been going to Pheasant Creek for years with my former doggies and my current pup. Jason runs a clean, reputable facility. He has a competent staff who really love the animals. My guy loves it there! Highly recommend!

I am confident leaving my large dog there. They take excellent care of the animals with which they are entrusted. Clean and efficient, and will follow up with a phone call if any concerns present themselves. I have used them multiple times and highly recommend!

We switched to them from a previous dog sitting resort. This is now the second year in a row we've used their services. And let me tell you they are great. Brooke is awesome & understanding of our 2 dogs needs. Plus they give you this super report of their stay with a few pictures of them playing. Definitely would use them again

Rocksy spent over seven stays at Pheasant Creek. She loves it and the individuals that take care of her. Pheasant Creek is the best.

We have taken our dogs to Pheasant Creek for many years. Our girls are so excited to go there that they get out of the car and run to the door. The people that work there are very welcoming to the dogs. Their care while they are there is excellent! We love that they get report cards from during their stay that includes pictures of them playing outside. I would highly recommend Pheasant Creek, they truly care about your pets ❤️

Fantastic dog boarding facility that I cannot recommend enough for your furry friends. The prices are extremely affordable and beat all of the other places I researched for our dogs. But don't let the low prices fool you-this place goes well above and beyond in accommodating your dogs and cats. We had out two dogs boarded and they had a vast array of comforting amenities - from the large kennels with indoor and outdoor spaces, options for daily hiking and swimming activities, multiple daily potty breaks/walks in their large dog yard, customized feeding and treat routines, grooming and bathing, ect ect. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and obviously showered my pups with love. Even my shy dog Lexi loved the employees and she rarely warms up like that, which speaks volumes about her experience here. The facility is located right on the family's home/farm and is a truly beautiful setting. Everything was very clean and well cared for. When we picked our dogs up they were freshly bathed and couldn't have been happier- so I know they enjoyed their time... I don't even think they missed us they had so much fun lol. They also offer cat boarding here which we didn't use this time, but will be doing so in the future after seeing how well they took care of our dogs. I've used a few other kennels in the past and Pheasant Creek is by far the best one - I had zero reservations about leaving my dogs for two weeks and took comfort knowing they were loved on in my absence. We were given a little doggy report card with pictures and ratings on how our pups did (they were angels!) which was such a thoughtful touch. Again I cannot recommend Jason, Brooke and the rest of the team at Pheasant Creek for looking after your pets. Thank you all again for taking such wonderful care of Lexi and Jaden! Great place! Kim and Team do a great job making our nervous dog comfortable! We highly recommend Puppy Love Hotel for boarding and grooming. We feel comfortable leaving town knowing that our dog is in safe and caring hands.

I have a very hyper 10 month old puppy. She loves to go to daycare. She gets to play with small dogs like her. They also have grooming. So it's very convenient.

The only pet boarding our Cairn Terriers will happily enter. Say the word and they are at the door wanting to go! They get excellent care, its a great facility and the limited size means the dogs tend to get along great. We highly recommend Puppy Love for owners with smaller dogs to board.

This is my go to for kenneling! Patty and Tom are the best and took great care of my senior dachshund recently. We've kenneled here previously as well and always a nice experience, my dog doesnt seem to mind it either!

We've been taking our Boston terrier here for the past six years. They take great care of her. When I drop her off she races to her spot and never even says goodbye. I highly recommend this special place.

I recently had my dog groomed at Lakewind, it was his 3rd time and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and they clearly have a deep love for animals. My dog looked and smelled fantastic after the grooming, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services. I'll definitely keep returning!

My two boys go there every 6 weeks to get groomed and when I pick them up they always look beautiful. I also have a bad leg and they're more than willing to come out and help me get the dogs in and bring the dogs out when I pick them up .❤️

I’ve been taking my two dogs to Lakewind for years now and not only do they love going but I love bringing them here. They are both large and Ashley does a great job grooming them. Becky is always extremely helpful with any questions I have. They make you feel so comfortable when leaving your fur babes in their hands. We are Lakewind Kennel lifers!!

I have twin dogs brought them both in for grooming and nails and they did a fabulous job. Both of my dogs are rescues. But they did not disappoint. I spoke to Ashely and one other lady and they both were very very respectful! They stayed in touch and told me everything about the visit. Very clean place! Highly recommend them!! Will be back for sure.

This place is AMAZING! They took great care of our big old baby Lincoln (golden retriever) and made him super comfortable. He came home looking so fresh and dapper! Also Ashley did an amazing job with our little baby Kennedy (pug) who’s a pain to cut nails with. Highly recommend and this will be the ONLY place my precious boys will ever go going forward!!!! 100%

Great experience with grooming. My dogs look stunning (Handsome and beautiful)

We have boarded our Poms Molly and Charley here a couple of times. Last time we picked them up in their kennels and when we got home we noticed Charley had a large piece of hard feces matted on the back of her butt. She has a very long, thick coat, and is not the easiest dog to work with, so I was understanding and we decided to give them another chance. We just picked them up and again Charley had a HUGE mound of hard feces which was so hard that it must’ve been there for at least a couple of days. It smelled horrific and this poor dog was just walking around like this. I don’t even know if they pay enough attention to know it was there which is not acceptable, and if they did know it was there and didn’t even try to help her out with a wipe when it was fresh, or by cutting it out, that’s also unacceptable. They clearly neglected our dogs. We will not be returning. Update in response to owner’s response: Hi Becky. I did not think I would have to ask a kennel to not send my dog home with impacted feces on her back end for a 2nd time. I assumed you guys did not see it the first time around, but this time was much more extreme. Firstly, she smelled so strongly of feces there is no way someone did not smell it. The smell filled up my entire car the second I put her kennel in. Secondly, despite the smell, I saw it as soon as I put her down in the house and she walked away from me. She is a Pom so her tail curls up. Yes she has long hair but it was not covering the huge mound of poop hanging off her back end. You did not have to do an “inspection” of any kind, someone would just have to look at her to notice it. I also just want to clarify that I did not say “Charley is a mess”. I said “please don’t try to brush her because she has very bad anxiety and doesn’t like it”. She trusts her owners to brush her but gets anxiety with others. She is on steroids for a medical condition which has upped her anxiety, and we are working with the vet to lower this anxiety so that we can brush her mats out. Last time she came she had just been brushed, and there was still a very hard mound of poop stuck to her, so it is not an issue of her hair being matted. We do not feel confident that our dogs are being attended to in the way they should in your care, and I am sad that there is no level of acknowledgment of that on your end. Thanks.

I always bring my 3 dogs there together to get groomed. Ashley does an amazing job every time. My dogs get nervous and she is so good with them! I highly recommend!!!

CHOP SHOP!! Unfortunately Becky is extremely rude, and unhelpful, and defensive to receiving feedback around my poor hair cut on my dog. Just picked up my dog from his grooming appointment. The signs everywhere say it should take 2-3 hours, as it has at any other appointment he’s has. This was barely one hour. These are many spots that weren’t cut at all, and the area that was asked to not cut at all, completely hacked in half. The entire body is uneven. She didn’t get his belly at all. Nothing matches. The so disappointed. When I called Becky was immediately defensive and sharing how it’s my fault that her groomer did a poor job, and that she’d be posting it to Facebook. Which I didn’t approve to take photos of my dog while in their care. I asked for a refund or a discount on the poor job and she said “we don’t do refunds, this isn’t Petsmart.” It’s not. It’s a scam job. My dog looks terrible. Do not trust this groomer.

I needed to find a new place for Miss Harper and had previously gone to Evergreen before the current owners bought it. My experience with the previous owners were awesome also. So I knew that they would sell to someone who had the same believes, etc., and taking care of Harper. She’s been there twice over the last month for a total of 10 days and she can’t wait to get out of the car when I pull in the driveway. . She just loves it there and I’m so happy thatI found a place nearby that I am satisfied with a more importantly, she loves it there

Evergreen Kennels is the place to go if you need to board, train, or groom your dog. The building is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous, and passionate about their craft. Our dog received excellent care there, and they accommodated her special needs very well. I would recommend Evergreen without any reservations. So, the next time you need a professional team to take care of your pup, don't hesitate! Pick up the phone and call the best in the business!

Absolutely more than 5 stars! I couldn’t stop crying after I dropped her off for 7 days but then when I picked her up, she was SO happy with happy wagging tail! She actually cried when we left the kennel! Evergreen Kennels, THANK YOU SO MUCH for loving and taking such good care of Jetta!! You guys are awesome!

Live close by. The dogs are barking for hours every morning, the new owner is a retired cop that thinks he is top notch. He is a nobody. The dogs must be starved everymorning. Because the way they bark for hours every morning is unbelievable. Never happens when the old owners owned it. I know people that have had dogs there and if you’re not a cop or a veteran. He treats you like a complete low life. Very judgmental place.

They were able to accommodate 4 dogs (2 of them being large black German Shepherds who most people are terrified of) last minute because I was being induced to have our first child and our previous kennel wouldn’t be able to take them through Labor Day weekend at the last minute. It made me feel so at ease having people who understand the GSD breed handling my dogs while we were away. The dogs came back smelling clean after their baths and the TACTIPUP collars had been thoroughly cleaned (more than a toss in the washer like I do). In the past with our other kennel, staff was clearly intimidated by the GSD breed and even after a “bath” they smelled like urine from sitting in dirty kennels. This was so not the case at Evergreen. They took such great care of the dogs. I have zero complaints and the next time we need the dogs kenneled, I know where I’m going. Thank you Evergreen for giving a German Shepherd mom (and brand new human mom) a solid piece of mind during a pretty scary and new-to-me experience.

Boarded our dog this weekend. He came home clean, smelling great and tired ( in a good way). He didn’t want to leave or care to see us.💙 He’s a little over a year and full of energy. We have boarded other dogs at other places and when we pick them up they were very anxious. When normally quite calm. Would definitely recommend Evergreen, very nice owners and staff.💚

I'm so thankful for Evergreen Kennels! The facility is immaculate, and the staff are always personable and caring. The first time I stopped in it was unannounced, and the owner was more than happy to give us an on the spot tour of his facility. I highly recommend Evergreen when needing to board your dog!! Rambler gives them two paws up too!!

These people are great. They are friendly, responsible, attentive, their facility is clean. They are out in the country and my dog loves it. My dog is a fearful dog and he literally jumps out of the car and can't wait to go into the building. That says everything to me. He comes home all-barked-out, happy, and exhausted. That is hard to do because my dog is an Aussie mix. Love these guys.

Great staff, always welcoming to my "caution dog". A sweet Bully who is nervous. They let me walk him in and out the side or back if needed. Almost always available as it is a large kennel. If you have a dog who you think can not be boarded, come to Evergreen.
