Really enjoyable sit. Ryan was very available should I need to talk to him . Stella is a joy to behold. Stella is playful, cuddly and a darling little pooch. The home is spotless and very central to everything. I highly recommend this sit
Alyson Tim Charlie Bert Alyson and Tim kindly showed me about when I arrived. The house is beautiful and loved it being surrounded by fields. Loved feeding the ducks every morning and loved watching all the birds they get with all the bird feeders. Charlie is an outdoor cat so was very easy to look after. We both have a huge soft spot for Bert. He loves a walk and we were lucky to walk Bolton Abbey, Skipton and just did a local field loop one morning. He is the most loving dog and always so happy to see us. Loves a tummy rub and is such a good boy. Don’t think heard one bark from him. We really enjoyed our sit and wouldn’t hesitate to do another sit here.
We adored our stay at Mischa's lovely home in Mallorca. Lucy and Forest are the best companions, and Mischa the perfect host. We arrived a day before Mischa left and she very kindly picked us up from the airport, provided us with lunch and dinner, took us on Lucy’s local walk in the woods and left us with food and drink in the fridge and her car to get about the island with. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. Lucy and Forest both love cuddles and attention, and Lucy is so cute, burrowing under blankets/cushions/your legs/your arms/any available or unavailable burrow she can get herself into! And Mischa’s home is so comfortable that it would be easy to ignore all of the exploring available and just stay in all day with the furry crew! We did make it out on some adventures though. We love going for long walks and Mischa’s place is in the perfect location for accessing the trails in the Tramuntana mountain range. And the intrepid Lucy had absolutely no problem joining us for beautiful hikes in the mountains, in fact she set a fierce pace for us to keep up with, loving every minute! And Forest would always be there, waiting for cuddles on our return. You don’t have to walk far for a dip in the sea though, there are 3 beautiful secluded beaches a short stroll from Mischa’s home, if you fancy a swim in the turquoise waters. The capital city of Palma is a joy to wander around and is easily accessible by bus, with stops just around the corner. And Mischa put us in touch with one of her neighbours who was happy to take care of Lucy so we could spend longer in the city one day, without having to worry about getting back for her, which was lovely. If you go out in the car, as we did most days, Lucy is very happy to come along for the ride and is so easy to take along. We took her pretty much everywhere with us, hiking, road trips, to the shops, and she was no problem whatsoever, the perfect travel companion. Unsurprisingly, we didn’t really want to leave when the time came, and we were very sad to say goodbye to Lucy and Forest. We would go back and visit them again in a flash. If you get the opportunity to sit for Mischa, you should definitely take it.
Leah is so lovely and accommodating. She gave me all the information I needed to look after Byron and make me feel welcome in her home. Her studio apartment is located in a great location in Bondi and is close to everything. It is a short walk to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction, the bus stop is right opposite, and she has a lovely private balcony on which to sit on and enjoy the sunrise! Her home is cosy and Byron loved having cuddles in the evenings and sleeping next to me at night time. Byron is a super easy cat to look after and loves playing catch with his treats! He is happy enough being left alone for a few hours if you wish to head out, and he is always ready to greet you when you come back! I had a great time on this house sit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! Thank you Leah!
We had a fantastic time with Nala and Gizmo what a beautiful and gentle pair.Perfect communication from Tina,we felt very welcome in her home, which was comfortable and in great location to visit Bath and Surrounding villages.Highly recommend this sit.
Roxie and Jake are sweet, energetic dogs who were lots of fun to stay with. They got compliments everywhere we took them! They like a lot of play and exercise, and the area has great options to take them on walks and hikes. Mare and Arthur were friendly and welcoming, provided clear and helpful instructions, and were very easy to communicate with throughout the process.
