Their customer service, in person and over the phone, is well above average. Our Pyrenees is old and they are patient with her and give her breaks when grooming. They use our medicated ear cleaner and trim her nails, all those dew claws too! I love picking her up and seeing her hanging out with their office staff :) try their grooming service, you won’t be disappointed! Great prices too.

Rowdy's was and continues to be an amazing choice for our fur-child. Nimue has been going to Saturday Daycare for roughly 2 years now and if we are running a little behind on Saturday mornings, Nimue lets us know about it . I can't begin to say enough great things about the facility and staff. We know our Nimue can be a handful, but the staff are always happy to see her dragging one of her dads through the door. Overall, GREAT PLACE...AMAZING STAFF...AWESOME RATES. Nimue THANKS YOU! Oh, and they have these beef-cheeks that are to die for...at least according to our fur-child. Never comes home without one. We recently left our three doggies here for about 11 days while on vacation over thanksgiving. The process to have them stay is thorough and comprehensive. The meet and greet gave us confidence the dogs would be okay and not stressed. The requirements for vet records and shots made us comfortable the dogs would be safe and healthy. Located next to our vet added more comfort. All three dogs stayed together at night and the open play concept was great for the socialization. The staff is always friendly and the dogs were very comfortable going to the resort. Photos were sent by staff on thanksgiving showing how happy the dogs were. It wasn’t cheap, but we love our pets and will gladly pay and bring them back!

My dog loves coming to Rowdy's! I've been bringing Bennie here for boarding and daycare for a few years and once he realizes where we are, he's always excited to go in. They love dogs and I have no doubt they're taking great care of Bennie while he's there. They also have a bathing station that is VERY handy. For a very reasonable fee, you use their stuff (bathtub, drier, shampoo, towels, etc) to bathe your pet instead of destroying your own bathroom. Or you can schedule a spa day and they'll do it for you.

I called Paws & Love at the last minute needing doggie day care. They were so kind to accommodate and took such good care of Coco. She had a lot of fun and was worn out and happy to see me at the end of the day. Thank you so much!

Julia and Angel took care of my baby Bonnie. We can see Bonnie had a great time while she was in their care. We received updates daily from Julia and how Bonnie was doing. Definitely using their services again. The place is beautiful and well cared!

My wife and I love this place. We got our golden retriever puppy Mandy about five months ago. We looked for a place so Mandy could get some companionship and I found paws and love dog service. We met with Angel and Julia. they have watched Mandy numerous times during the day and overnight, and are very good to her. Mandy loves it there. The dogs get plenty of playtime, but also have rest time in the cool air-conditioned kennel area — so important in this Florida heat.

My family and I scheduled a vacation and needed a sitter for the pets for a couple days. Consequently, I ran across Paws and Love and decided to try them out. Meanwhile, my dogs have never been away from us so we weren't sure this was going to work. However, Julia and her family made a great first impression on us and I was impressed with the facility. Julia, seems to be a wonderful person with a wonderful spirit and temperament for the animals. My dogs don't take to everyone but they love Julia. Paws of Love is located on a wonderful piece of property, with spacious accomodations and housing for the comfort of the dogs. Yes, they have a back yard area that my dogs really enjoyed to explore and play for exercise. One of my dogs is a toy Pomeranian and even she enjoyed the backyard. I know this because Julia sent pictures and videos throughout the stay to keep us updated and comforted that the dogs were being well taken care of. I really appreciate this amenity from Paws and Love. I am already considering using Paws and Love for a daycare visit for the dogs if we ever want to hang out without leaving the dogs home alone. Unequivocally, I definitely recommend Paws and Love to anyone considering a daycare or boarding visit for the animals because Julia does a wonderful job taking care of the animals and its cost effective. We needed to board both our large boys last minute while we waited to close on our home for a week and came across Paws and love. They are incredible and beyond friendly, Julia is a gem and sent daily pictures of my boys. It was our first time ever having to use this type of service, I was nervous but Julia reassured me everyday the boys were doing wonderful and had adjusted nicely! Definitely recommend and will be using again!

Finding Paws and Love has been a blessing for our family. They are very professional and respond to texts quickly, and they are very accommodating even if we have last minute requests or time/date changes. We always receive pictures and videos throughout the day. Their facility is well maintained and comfortable for the dogs to run and play. Our girl loves to play with the other dogs and we know she is taken care of and looked after when in their care. We highly recommend them and will continue taking our girl there.

We had our White Golden Retriever stay here for 6 days and he loved it! He played with other friendly dogs, had toys to fetch and we got photos of him throughout his stay which was fantastic (these photos I added were from them!). Julia and Angel are very nice and respond right away to messages, having good communication which gave us peace of mind! We’ll be going here next time and we would recommend them to all!

Highly recommend! We boarded our golden with her and for a week while we went on a cruise and we are extremely happy with her services. The dogs have plenty of space outside, air conditioned inside and most importantly, our dog was well taken care of. She sends pictures and gives updates regularly as well as being reasonably priced. We will definately be using her services anytime we go out of town!

He came for a visit to meet our dog and we felt very comfortable after this visit with our trip. It was nice to get daily texts showing us all was well at home. Mike was great! We were visiting our daughter and rented a home in Apollo Beach. Mike accommodated our schedule so we could go out to dinner on a few occasions. Left our puppy with Mike while we went on a quick trip. She got to stay with Mike and play with his dog as well. Glad she was in a home environment and not alone. I travel regularly and its a game changer for me to be able to just leave my dog with Mike. I frequently change my travel plans and extend my trips but he is incredibly flexible. When I travel, it feels like I'm dropping my dog with a family member and don't need to worry about anything. My dog gets excited whenever I drop her there, like shes going on vacation. Thank goodness for Mike.

Mike was a great pet sitter for my little girl, coco. He took great care of her, sent me daily photos and videos. Additionally, he prepared her special diet daily for her. I didn’t have time to do it before I left home. When I picked coco up from his house, she was happy and calm! I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Mikes Pet Sitting was a godsend! We have three large dogs which can be a handful to take care of, even with the two of us. Additionally, our dogs are not the friendliest when it comes to strangers inside of our home. When the pups first met mike, it was an anomaly. His presence was calm, professional, and insuring. The animals took to him immediately which was something that we rarely see. While on the trip, Mike consistently sent us updates which included pictures, phone calls, and videos. We knew exactly how our dogs were doing throughout our two week excursion. Mike put our worries at ease and allowed us to decompress and enjoy our vacation without the anxiety associated with being separated from our animals. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. This is by far the best experience we have had to date. If you need your pets taken care of, call Mike! You will absolutely not regret it.

Mike was a great dog sitter. He goes above and beyond. We loved getting the photos and videos of our fur babies while we were gone. He also gave one of our dogs medication daily. It was blessing knowing that our dogs were in such good hands. We will definitely use Mike in the future!

I was there with my dog at 630 am for a 7 am "interview" appointment. Every dog that came in was pulling on the leash and wagging their tail. They wanted to get to the back to see their friends and plays as soon as possible. They were fun to watch! I got the tour from the friendliest staff.They are very well trained for any issues that may arise. I enjoyed watching three dogs who had arrived separately find each other and just start playing together, romping and barking. The kennels are spacious. The dogs have free access to AC and it is very clean. I really love Camp Bow Wow, the price is excellent and the dogs receive a lot of attention. My dog is older. Via the cams on my phone, through the app I could see that he was laying comfortably in a certain area. Another dog came over and laid next to him. I would not even think of another Doggy Daycare.

I’ve been taking all of my pups to Camp Bow Wow Southshore now for over 20 years. I’ve used both daycare AND overnight camping for Doc (as a Senior) and later for both Daisy and Duchess as puppies, into their senior years as well! I only trust Camp Bow Wow with my precious fur babies and have always had peace of mind during my trips knowing they were so well taken care of! The staff always greet my dogs as if they were their own; so loving and playful. I love the Camper Cams that allow me to check in during the day, and find it comforting to see my dogs getting their social enrichment with other furry pack members! I highly recommend them for YOUR pup!!

We've been brining our dog Lily to Camp Bow Wow since she around 5 months old. We were nervous about how it would go at first after hearing bad experiences from others about daycare in general; but the staff are incredibly personable and nice, listening to our concerns seriously and reassuring us every step of the way. They also have cameras which helped us a ton when she first started to go to soothe our worries. Now, over a year later our dog Lily absolutely LOVES going to daycare. If anything were to happen, like a cut to her nose while playing with other dogs (which is very rare and in fairness our pup loves playing rough), they contact us immediately to let us know so we're aware before picking her up. The enrichment activities are a wonderful add-on and the staff put a lot of thought into each one to make it fun for the dogs. And they take pictures too so you can see how much fun your dog had! I dread when we need to move for my partner's job because Lily loves this daycare and the staff has always made us feel like they care for Lily as much as we do. They've set a high bar for all other daycares for sure.

My dog Victor absolutely loves this place. We love watching him play on the cameras and every staff member we have met have been beyond nice and helpful. When Victor had his birthday in May they made a birthday box and took such cute pictures of him. We always feel encouraged to ask questions. Victor always comes home happy and tired. My dog has been going here since she was 10 months old. At first, it was for daycare since she needed to be socialized. Since we travel so much, she stays multiple times a year for boarding. I love that we can watch her on the livestream cams. The staff is the sweetest I’ve ever met! 100% recommend ❤️

Orientation day was great! The staff was welcoming. I received a tour of the entire facility and was impressed by how clean and well maintained it is. I love the app where I can watch my pups play! I feel comfortable leaving my pups here while I am out of town. UPDATE: I still can't say enough about Camp BowWow! We love the staff and they love our pups! They have a great time there and come home happy and tired! And I love the enrichment sessions and the goofy pics they get of my babies :-)

My new puppy needed to play and get some energy out. Our older dogs at home are out of the play age. So the daycare is great! She goes around once a week. Drop off and pickup is so easy. AND you can watch your doggie on their cameras! The dogs are separated by size and age for their safety. And each yard has a staff member at all times. When I bring my dog home, she sleeps until the next day! It's wonderful! They also have enrichment activities you can purchase. Mine made me an paw-fect Halloween painting!

Bamboo Pet Sitting is our go-to pet sitter! We’ve been very happy customers for many years now. The care that each sitter takes with our furbaby, Lucy, is so so thoughtful and considerate: not only do they take wonderful photos at each visit so you can see, they also speak up about other issues as they arise, like a loose faucet handle. They also bring in mail and packages and leave our home in great condition. Stephanie is fantastic. I always feel so at ease when my older dog stays with her. I can't bear to board him and this has been a lifesaver. I know she's up to date on all the latest pet trends and safety precautions. I never worry about my old pup as she sends me lots of photos and updates. He's got some bladder control issues in his older age and she doesn't mind putting a diaper on him when he stays with her. I'd recommend her services to anyone.

An absolute gem of a pet service. Excellent communication and so understanding and non judgemental in regards to a rescue pup (w hx of trauma aka she is not the easiest with strangers) and working with her quirks. Every employee was fantastic and sent sweet updates and hilarious videos of trying to convince the scaredy-cat pup to come downstairs and see them…which she eventually did!!!! And that is not something that has happened in the past with previous sitters. Everyone from owner to employees make you feel like you are part of a family which can give one such a sense of security and trust leaving their fur baby under their care. I could feel everyone truly has a passion for their job ! And a little shout out to Alexandria who I shall now refer to as the Chloe whisperer 😊 Looking for a professional pet service that also still has an authentic, real life, we are all in this together feel? We left our dog and cat at our home for two weeks while we drove across the country to visit grandparents and had Stephanie's business visit a few times a day to feed, walk, etc. We got photos of our pets and reports on their health with every visit, were able to communicate with not just Stephanie but her awesome employees, and came home to happy and relaxed pets (when we used to board our dog, she'd be frantic and anxious for weeks after). As everyone gets busy with summer travel plans, give Steph a try!

Sasha is an angel! We met her randomly and I kept her card for over six months. During that time our older dog passed, and we had a seven-month-old puppy named Bhakti. A week before heading out of town for a work convention, our puppy surprised us by going into “heat”. We were stuck because no one would take her! I still had Sasha’s number in my wallet and I was able to connect with her. She was able to calm me, and more importantly “daddy” that our puppy would be in good hands. Sasha took amazing care of Bhakti while we were away and sent us lots of pictures and videos to show that all was good. For the past year, Sasha continues to take amazing care of Bhakti. I/we consider her part of our family. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a more personalized care experience for their dog.

Sasha has been taking care of my puppy frenchie since I got him. You can tell that he loves her and is comfortable with her. My work schedule is very busy and Sasha is always there to help, whether it be walks or overnights at her house. She even took him to the vet for me for an emergency allergy visit! I was so nervous at first to have someone else watch him, but she sends me photos and videos to make me feel more comfortable. Now I don't worry at all! She treats Tank as her own and I'm so grateful to have someone so loving and sweet watching my baby when I can't. :)

I am one of those crazy dog moms that leaves behind 4 pages of notes and instructions for anyone watching my pups while we are gone. When we met Sasha, we knew instantly that she would be an excellent caregiver for our furbabies. She asked a lot of really good questions and had us fill out a little info sheet for each dog. The first time she watched them, we got lots of real time pictures and videos- which we loved! Our dogs are always super excited when she walks in the door and we know they are in excellent hands when she is around. Cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic service. We will be using Luxury Walks for all of our pet sitting needs. Sasha is a delight and very professional. She took extra steps to make sure our dog was loved and cared for while we were away. We have a large puppy 85lbs and Sasha took great care of him. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!

Whenever we leave town, Luxury Walks watches our french bulldog (Lola). The reason we continue to go back to Sasha is the personal nature of Lola's stay with her. She constantly updates you with photos and videos, but most of all it shows that our dog is being taken care of and not just "watched". Sasha is very attentive to any health issue, and will keep you apprised of everything that's going on. If you want your dog to be in a room or crate while you are out of town, Sasha/Luxury Walks is not the place for you. If you want piece of mind that your pet is being taken care of (and most times playing with other dogs as well) then you won't find better service.

We have known Sasha for years so when we got a puppy it was only natural we would ask Sasha to help out. She is trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. As an unexpected bonus we got photo shoot of our new pup that seemed to be professional :) You will not be disappointed with Luxury Walks!

Sasha has been incredible. I started using her when my mini goldendoodle was about 6 months old and she has been nothing but amazing for the past several months. She is incredibly responsive and loves all the dogs she cares for. My dog Kona adores her as well and gets so excited to see her every time she gets a walk. This place and the people in it are a blessing! We just completed our first time ever lodging and it was a wonderful experience. They do a great job answering all your questions and think of everything to cater the stay to your pup. From the food, the daily activities, the grooming, and the flexibility in hours, this place deserves all five stars. Gabby our groomer made a miracle out of all the matting our doggy had and he’s never looked so good! The ladies at the front desk were friendly, caring, and do a fantastic job at making you and your pet feel welcomed and comfortable. If you are an anxious owner like me, you are able to get a tour of the facility and will receive a cute mid stay report card to put your mind at ease. We will definitely be coming back! We have had the best experience with Puppy Training at Canine Cabana. We brought our anxious rescue puppy to Canine Cabana for their orientation and our pup loved it so much I signed her up to start their Puppy Social training the very next day. Our pup is thriving and is excited to leave to go to her training. It is such a relief to see her comfortable and happy knowing her past is full of abuse and neglect. Thank you to Chris, Melissa, and all the amazing trainers and staff!

My dog loves Canine Cabana and that’s all that really matters to me. She loves going and some places she doesn’t like so much but she is always happy to bid me farewell when I take her here for the day. She recently did her first boarding here and I was so worried but the staff let me know how she was doing and there were no issues when I picked her up. We also have completed a couple of weeks of day care and training and she enjoyed that and responded well to it. I will be bringing her again for her third week as soon as I can. I tried the at home trainers as well from another company and the results just weren’t as great as what we got from Canine’s. As a minor note they also sell these really nice slip leashes that are just great to have on hand because you never know when you are going to need a simple easy slip lead.

This place is absolutely amazing! Just completed open house with my pup. Everyone I have seen has been friendly and professional. I can't wait until he starts his training. What an amazing place! Willow just finished orientation in preparation for a stay here later in September. Everyone I met was so nice and explained everything in detail. So so thrilled to have had Canine Cabana recommended to us. Took my 2 Huskies there for grooming and they were absolutely fantastic. We all know Huskies can be dramatic and I was really concerned but they seemed so happy and Gabby our groomer knew exactly how to handle them, she was wonderful! They also offer boarding which sounds more like a vacation for the fur babies so I will absolutely be staying with them going forward.

Michelle is the most caring and experienced dog sitter! We needed a pet sitter for our 12 year old newly adopted chihuahua. We’d only had her for 7 months so I was very nervous but knew I did not want to board her. I thought being able to stay in her home for the two days would be so much better for her. Michelle came by to do a meet and greet and was super nice and patient with Princess. Michelle is very detailed oriented and the app she has for her company is very easy and convenient to use. After every visit (we had 4 a day) she would send me a nice detailed note about all Princess did and ate along with pictures of everything. The app even tells you when the sitting experience begins with a push notification. Many times she would just sit with Princess and snuggle which made me happy. She let our senior dog lead the way which made me feel very happy and confident that she received the best care! I will not hesitate to use Michelle again and whole heartedly recommend her and the company.

I absolutely LOVE the service from No Place Like Home. The communication is outstanding and my cats are pampered just as I ask for. Everything is done to perfection. My cats are so well taken care of that I have total peace of mind while away. They even bring in my mail, and packages, and take the trash out! Wow!

Michelle and Alexa are such wonderful people and truly amazing professionals. We've worked with Michelle for years and can't imagine using anyone else. Who else would drive through hurricanes to make sure your beloved pet was tucked in for the night and had everything they needed when we couldn't get home from out of state on time? NPLHPS did an amazing job watching my family’s cat. The home was very clean when we got home. He was very happy to see us upon arrival and we could tell he felt well taken care of the whole time.

Alena and her crew are the absolute best! Alena of course is wonderful, but she also hires some of the best help and our pups absolutely love them all. When we return home from a trip, we can tell our pups are not anxious or stressed but just happy to see us. If the pups have had a rough experience when we are gone, they tell us with a stressful type of reaction. We never see that! Alena is reliable, dependable, and most importantly loves dogs as much as the owners do. That becomes apparent immediately and is so important. Highly recommend!

I was notified by a friend to check out the reviews on Google for Marina District Pet Care because my name was used. After reading the review and response, I am upset. The Emily person that left the review was not me. Though, I did use this company briefly. My experience was great at first then went downhill fast. I found Marina District Pet Care are untruthful and not trusting, especially after looking at Google. I do not recommend but instead recommend looking into other dog walking/sitting companies. Hopefully the owner has made changes to improve.

Amazing experience my dog buddy loved it here he didn’t complain at all! Buddy loved his nail care experience. Didn’t bark once when I picked him up he wanted to hug the workers. I will definitely bring him back.

Alena is literally the most incompetent sitter I’ve ever met. She left our dogs alone for over 14 hours. Gets there at 9:14am. Left by 9:50am. It’s now 11:50pm. Claims she “lost her phone”. Okay….so that means you leave our living, breathing animals alone without food or water all day?! We had to contact someone else to watch them while we were out of town visiting my father for his birthday. DO NOT HIRE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. You will absolutely regret it.

We absolutely LOVE Pet Paradise- we take our lil dude to daycare several days a week and we know they take such amazing care of the dogs - the picture option is amazing and all of the employees are friendly and go above and beyond! They treat the dogs like they are their own

Nice large play area that includes both inside and outside. Human supervisor is attentive watching pups and their behavior. Very clean facility. Friendly and caring employees.

We highly recommend Pet Paradise! Daisy has stayed there several times and has been well taken care of! It is a new facility and looks modern and well designed. The puppy pool is a great feature. Their prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and caring. Will definitely stay at Pet Paradise again!

My dog, Rocky, absolutely loves coming here. The staff also love him which lets me know that he’s in great hands when I drop him off. Rocky especially loves the pool and meeting new pups! I greatly appreciate the staff for taking such good care of my dog!

If I could give I would give them 0 star. This was my second time I took my pet to this place and this is what they did. My first visit I gave them the heads up about not using any clippers around his neckline or ears, he snaps or freaks out in short he doesn’t like it. In the first place this was total negligence and it could his life. There was no apology whatsoever. Sabrina who was the manager at the veterinary took care of the entire situation and helped me with my pet. All I would say is if you want your pet groomed take them to other places but not here. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR PET HERE !!

Safety for my dog. The staff Makes my dog feel special. Everyone there is always so friendly, polite, and caring. The fact they have cameras demonstrates how transparent they are in their care for all the pets.

We’ve contacted this facility multiple times regarding the nonstop barking that starts around 6:30 am most mornings and lasts for over an hour. While it’s understandable that dogs need to relieve themselves early in the morning, there seems to be little consideration for the surrounding community. Rather than opening all the kennel doors as soon as the first employee arrives, perhaps the staff could wait for the dogs to calm down from the initial excitement or let them out in smaller groups to prevent the all-dog eruption. Unfortunately, this business has been the least accommodating I’ve encountered in terms of respecting the neighborhood. I hope they will consider making changes to improve the situation for everyone involved.

This is our first time using the services at this establishment. The welcome was warm and receptive. The associate seemed knowledgeable regarding our Collie breed. They made it very comfortable to leave our furry family member. The video service is an additional charge but worth it for ensuring your pets behavior and safety. Our friend will be there for the week, so we are anxious to see how he plays with others. This is his first time in a paradise like this. I'm looking forward to seeing the smiles on his face. Note: Call ahead and ask for a service pricing sheet so that you will be informed and prepared to board your pet.

My cat vacationed here for 4 nights and 5 days and it was a great experience from drop off to pick up! Simba was lucky enough to be the only boarder this weekend and was allowed to roam the room, or when there’s other cats, they take turns of being free to roam & play! The dog side of the facility has all you would need for your pets vacations including dog pool and grooming!
