We had such a lovely time looking after Millie May and the cats. MM was so responsive and good natured. She was absolutely no problems on any of the walks or the car, she has great recall. The cats are very sweet indeed, and both slept in our room, making us very happy. Millie May in the meantime knows when she wants to go to bed, and tells you by asking to go out and then leading you to her crate. Jill was brilliant and so accommodating. We arrived the evening before she had to leave on an early flight, and gave up her room for us. She was very laid back and showed us the ropes, and had laid out clearly what we needed to do. All she asked in return was send photos of the animals while she was away, which we did gladly. We would definitely house/pet sit for Jill again - we miss Millie May already, but as we live in Scotland that won’t be anytime soon unfortunate! And Jill will be a friend for life…
It was a real pleasure looking after the the warm and friendly Fraggle your delightful home in such an interesting and lively neighbourhood with so much to do and see, all within walking distance. Fraggle was not at all demanding, her recall was excellent and there was no problem in letting her off the lead in the designated areas in the nearby park. She never chased after other dogs or let them distract her and was totally focussed on running at break-neck speed for the flying frisbee, which she very often caught. She was definitely the game master and loved to hide the frisbee behind the nearby hedge for us to go and seek out. We would love to come and house/Fraggle sit again if the opportunity arises. Thank you, Sarah and Ed for letting us sit for you.
It was a pleasure to take care of Piper and Asia. Piper loves to give kisses and play with her frisbee. Asia is the gentlest of souls! We fell in love with them the moment we stepped in the door! Kelly and Troy's place is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The vinyl collection downstairs is amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and loveable pups!
Rose keeps a tidy and functional house. Miso is just the right amount of cat, doesn't interrupt while you're working but always up for play and brushing when you want: very nice company. As for the python, rose wasn't gone long enough for me to have to do anything and I quickly forgot he was even there the whole time I was. Rose was very communicative so it was quick and easy to figure out anything whenever I had questions. It was a good and pleasant experience in a nice part of town.
I had a wonderful time looking after Fauci and Chai and getting to enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of Walnut Creek. Kathy and Gene were very hospitable and easy to communicate with. They have a beautiful home with a serene backyard garden. The kitties are a bit shy at first but very sweet and affectionate once they get used to you. Would highly recommend this sit!
