Lauren was wonderful in watching our home and pup, Chuck, for a week! She read our at home guide and asked questions during our interview and during the home visit. During the stay, she had some questions that she texted the first few days when she first got started about determining Chuck’s behavior (what whine/cry that meant he had to go to the restroom). She was really thorough in trying to ensure Chuck was less anxious while we were gone. She had tried a few dog tricks that didn’t work super great for chuck (rolled towel with treats), but appreciate her efforts! She also provided a photo and update for chuck each day, too. She went above and beyond in my opinion for 4 things: 1. She kindly put our bedding in the wash and dryer before she left, which allowed me to get home post flight around 10pm and not have to do it!, and 2. I unfortunately had Chuck’s food shipment arrive while we were out so Lauren very kindly brought up the box of food and placed/organized into the freezer. 3. She was able to make time to visit and meet Chuck for a 30 minute visit before her stay began which eased any concerns and the transition to watching Chuck! 4. She thoughtfully included a thank you note and treat that was ready for me upon arrival. Thank you, Lauren!

All expectations exceeded!!! Outstanding, Amazing.....I would give a ten star review if possible. Patricia was my first sitter off zeewoi and she was a dream come true. Patricia is an excellent communicator, is responsive, flexible, kind, thoughtful....you get the idea that I can't say enough!! Then there was the cat care. My cat Minnie has never before been so normal upon my return from travel. Typically Minnie would be a nervous wreck after my travel, have lost a ton of hair, be meowing constantly, etc. Not this time, it was as if I never went away, amazing!! Minnie was so well cared for! Patricia is a cat whisperer I am certain because my cat can be a paranoid freakazoid but she was normal with Patricia! Patricia also sent videos and pictures which was both very sweet and made me realize I needed to up my own game playing with my cat.... I'm sure she misses play time with Patricia. And like many other reviewers mentioned, Patricia even left gifts...wow, what!.... .I was the one who should be gifting Patricia!! Thank you Patricia, you are an amazing pet sitter!!

Eric

Normally I’m not a fan of having sitters arrive after I depart, or leave before I return. But I was comfortable enough with Eric to do both, and no regrets! I was only away 2-1/2 days, so didn’t need a lot of updates - Eric was quick to respond when I did reach out. And if I didn’t know someone had been living in my house, I wouldn’t have been able to tell - everything, including Geeta, was just as I left it! Eric is welcome back anytime - you can travel comfortably if he is your sitter!

Nevline

I was out of town for a month and Nevline did an excellent job taking care of my cat, apartment and plants. Nevline sent regular updates to assure me that my cat was happy and healthy. She was respectful of my home-space and I returned home to a clean and well-cared for apartment. I would absolutely book Nevline again for my house & pet sitting.

Micah was communicative as needed. She sent photos occasionally as requested. She washed the sheets and put them back on the bed. That was a first!

Elizabeth is such an amenable and reliable housesotter - it’s a breeze to work with her. She is very organized, clear about arrivals and departures, attentive to our cats and very good about sending photos and updates every few days. She works from home so she spent more time with them than we sometimes do, and both parties seemed to relish each other’s company! Elizabeth is also smart, thoughtful and resourceful.

Christine & Mark

Christine and Mark were the perfect pet and house sitters! We went away for 6 days and left our 4 animals (!!) in their care, 2 senior dogs and 2 cats. By night 1 our skittish cat was already comfortable with them (which is rare!) and hanging by their sides. Christine and Mark are both animal people and it shows. They even brought along their own pet first aid kit in case of emergencies! We returned to a sparkling clean home and happy, healthy animals. What more could you ask for? Thanks Christine and Mark!

Monica was our first experience of a house and pet sitter and was absolutely fantastic! From initial contact and ongoing communication leading up to her stay through to her arrival, animal and house care and on to her departure EVERYTHING was exemplary. Monica bonded very quickly with our 2 dogs and 1 cat and took an emergency vet visit in her stride. All animals were very settled when we returned and the house was immaculate. Tasnim was a great sitter for my cat, Jasper! She sent the cutest videos and pictures every other day and left the house extremely clean too. I would definitely recommend Tasnim for other house sits and would be happy to have her house sit for me again!

We had a truly wonderful 3-week stay with Harvey and Rosie in Beacon, NY. They are both so sweet, and a delight to spend time with. We enjoyed taking them on daily walks along the river, and being cozy with them on the couch in the evening. The house is quite comfortable, and very easy walking distance to Main Street. Carrie and Michael are wonderful people, clear communicators, and gracious hosts. We would sit for them again in a heartbeat and recommend this sit highly!

Lewis

We had a wonderful stay at Lewis and Sarah's place in Marseille. The apartment is clean and very well situated, close to La Bonne Mère and not so far from Vieux Port. It has a great atmosphere and a lot of personality, with plenty of cool pictures and interesting books. We had a great time taking care of Sterling and Poopi, the Main Coon brothers, mama Fruit and baby Pickle. You can immediately see that the cats are very happy here ; they are confident and you can see that Sarah and Lewis cherish them with all their heart. We were lucky to meet these cats who have great personalities! It was fun to take care of them and we really bounded. We also felt very welcomed by Lewis and Sarah ; they are generous people and they have very interesting lives. I really recommend this place to any serious house sitter. We had an absolutely lovely time pet-sitting for Nicole and Savannah! We didn't meet in person but through our communication, we felt that they were super welcoming, generous, easy and fun to talk to and genuinely wanted us to have a great time in their home, with their adorable pets! They left great instructions, were prompt with communication and with ordering any kitty supplies we needed topped up. Their home was clean and spacious, located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood that was close to lots of interesting places to explore!

The kitties, Solomon and Charlotte are super adorable! Solomon warmed up to us instantly and loved snuggling beside us on the couch. He also loved sunbathing and lounging on the balcony. Charlotte was a bit shy but warmed up to us soon and loved pats and belly rubs. They both loved playing chase with their toys and were both easy to take care of and love! 

We highly recommend this sit! If you get the opportunity to housesit for this great couple, grab it!

When I say that pet sitting for a little, Samson is like the ultimate dream, petsit job, I am not exaggerating!! Even though he’s only three years old, he is so obedient, and loving, and easy-going.
Pet mom, Chanell, has done an excellent job training him, and it definitely shows. Chanell was super accommodating; allowing me to come a day early, and even dropping me off at an Airbnb. at the end of it pets a job. I will definitely go back and pet him for them again in a heartbeat, if requested to do so.
Don’t sleep on this one guys… It’s a keeper.

I absolutely adore Coco -- he is SUCH a snuggly sweetheart! He was super easy to take care of and just wanted all the love and all the treats (can't blame him!). 

Laura was so incredibly welcoming and invited me to come the night before to make sure Coco was comfortable and so we could chat all about travel! She's fascinating and really lovely to chat to. And her house info was super thorough and helpful on all things Coco and Brookline. 

Her home is wonderful -- as are her neighbors! I worked from there and then enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shops, as well as our doggie playdates at the park or even just in the front yard with Bunny (not to be confused with a rabbit, Bunny is one of the neighbor's pups).

I would highly recommend this sit for anyone who adores dogs and wants to spend time snuggled up with Coco, doting on him, and giving him tons of belly rubs and treats. He's an absolute darling!
