Meagan & David were gems. The pups loved them! They are so sweet, we had great communication, they are neat & tidy, they sent lots of updates & pictures, and we'd definitely ask them to come again. We never once worried about the pups because all the pictures showed them either chilling out (their favorite thing to do), or looking at Meagan & David lovingly. We highly recommend them!!

We had a lovely 2 month sit for Brian and his two JR. The house is very roomy and comfortable and easy to maintain. The two dogs were fun to be around and easy to look after, allowing time to explore the local area. There are plenty of walks for the dogs nearby as well as things to see for you.
Local shops and public transport are closeby.
Recommend the sit.

Tarek & Karolina
I spent a wonderful 10 days at Tarek and Karolina's place with the adorable Katarina and Katouskina. The kitties are super fun, playful and easy going cats and were very easy to take care of. I especially enjoyed our evening cuddles on the couch and watching them solve their treat puzzles. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a huge TV, work station, a well equipped kitchen and beautiful views of the neighborhood. The location was lovely - right beside a nice lake and walking/running path with a big supermarket and lots of restaurants and cafes right nearby. Tarek and Karolina were lovely and easygoing hosts, and gave me all the info I needed. I loved my time with Katarina and Katouskina and would love to come back and sit again, 10/10 recommend!

Becki
DJ and Chloe are both very sweet and easy to care for, we had a lovely week with them. Becki and Adam were so welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
DJ would get very excited for his meals and treats, and we enjoyed multiple walks in the neighborhood each day. Chloe was my reading buddy, and would cuddle up when I was on the couch with my book.
The area is very nice as well, plenty of nature all around as well as some good restaurants, and cute little downtown areas a short drive away. Highly recommend this sit!

Carol
I had a really lovely time looking after sweet Zöe and Banksy. Carol and Alan have a lovely home and are a such a delight as people. They were incredibly warm, welcoming and super flexible. I had some scheduling conflicts at the beginning and needed to meet them the day before the official start of my house sit dates, and they were nothing but enthusiastic and very go-with-the-flow. Zöe the cat was a joy to look after, she’s quite affectionate and vocal, but really a low maintenance kitty. She just loves attention and is a great companion if you are staying in (and you’ll want to, the property is great!) Banksy is the same, chirps all day and has his own little personality. If you are lucky enough to be chosen for this sit, I highly recommend it and would come back any time to sit here!

Angela and Andrew are just lovely easy going caring folk and made me feel so very welcome in their great home. Sidney the dog and the two very easy kitties were a total delight to take care of. It was indeed a wonderful place to be for a week and there was plenty of time allocated for touring around - perfect place for tourism Thoroughly recommend this super part of the world.

Anne
This was one of my favorite sits. The family home was in the DC area during my stay but I can't wait to sit for them in Vermont! Anne is a gracious host. She was very kind and communicative and gave thorough instructions for the care of the family's pets and home. I was able to visit in person prior to my sit which was helpful. I had everything I needed during my stay and found the home extremely comfortable and very clean, especially considering the number of fur friends residing there!

I absolutely adore these animals, each one of the dogs and cats is completely lovable in their own way and I am missing them again as I write. They are easy to care for, sweet, and affectionate. Ziggy was molting during my stay so I didn't interact with him at all other than to peek in daily and see that he was ok.

Hiccup is hilarious. He acts like a big tough guy at times but he's really just a big baby. He is the baby of the house, in fact, and he made sure I knew that. I could tell he was missing his humans but he was sweet and loved pets and cuddles and especially enjoyed walks and play time. He does pull a bit without the gentle leader but he really likes long walks and adventures. It was a few days into my stay when he really warmed up to me and let go of his hesitation. The funniest thing about Hiccup is his singing. He howls, and after those first few days he howled a lot whenever I returned to the house. He seemed to like it when I howled back a bit and told him "I love you" like Anne does. He says it back and it's just so cute!

Luna is a complete sweetheart and stayed by my side pretty much always. She just wants all the love she can get all the time. Luna doesn't care to be in the yard without humans like her brother does. She really enjoys walks but could only go a short distance and some days was limping too much to go out for walks at all. She was sad to see Hiccup going for walks without her but lots of love upon our return seemed to help. Luna was the best snuggler and lives for love and cuddles (and treats).

The cats were easy to care for. Woody was also a great snuggler and Twix was too, at least for the last part of my stay. He took off for a few days and I was worried. I was looking and calling for him around the neighborhood with Hiccup each day and then one day I was just calling his name in the backyard and he finally showed up just after I went back inside. I was so relieved, but Anne had told me he might do that as he'd done so before. I didn't let him out after that and he made it clear he wasn't happy about it but was still a little cuddle bug those last few days.

I fell in love with these fur friends and the family are terrific hosts, I highly recommend this sit!
