I recently had to board my cat due to leaving on vacation and our apartment being worked on while we were away. This was the first time I’ve had to board her and I was very nervous but the entire team at Clayton Pet Hotel made it such a good experience. They took great care of my cat and even told me I could call in and check on her. The prices were very reasonable and if I ever need to board her again I will definitely return!

Amanda is beyond amazing!! I cannot express the gratitude that I have for her caring for my Joei (Shih Tzu) she took 4 hours grooming him, being ever so patient and kind to my baby. I was also shocked at how beautiful he looked with all the matting he had. Thank you so much Amanda!

Amazing place to take your animals! We frequently take trips and most of the time can't bring our two Aussies with us though we would love to. We've taken them here for years now and have never been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and professional. My dogs always come back to me seeming happier and cleaner than when I dropped them off lol. I usually don't write many reviews, but after my experience this morning, I felt they earned it. The girl at the front desk was so pleasant. After she got my dogs for me we chatted for a good 10 minutes or so all the while being cheerful and answering any questions I had. This place is phenomenal and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a pet hotel. (Side note: After reading some of these other reviews, one might think that if you wanted to slander a place, you could at least look credible by spelling correctly.)

Absolutely love this doggie place. Every worker there is so nice and helpful. My doggies are rescues that are timid at times and every time I pick them up they’re always so happy and never act like they’ve been mean to them. They always make sure my doggie stays clean and they always smell so good. They walked me through their facility and it was so clean and welcoming. My babies love it there and we will be returning more often! Thank you Rachel and Jamie for taking such good care of my babies! ❤️

I love taking Fury here. He loves to run around and make friends. It has been great for socialization for him during covid. I'm glad they can wash him. My boy Fury will not let me touch his feet.

Had a wonderful experience boarding my 2 dogs on a short notice. They surpassed my expectations! My dogs cam back clean and smelling so fresh! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Give them a chance! You won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love taking my German Shepherd to see Heather. She is phenomenal, our dog requires a bit of patience and she is so loving and caring with him!!

I had booked with them last minute and they were able to take my dog Bruno so that I can go on a quick family vacation and I'm glad I did. The staff there are so nice, they took care of him so well and the prices are so much cheaper than other places and there were no hidden fees. He was a happy pup when I picked him up and he literally rested for the rest of the day lol. He is an energetic dog, so I am glad I got in with Clayton Pet Hotel. I will definitely be back.

I do not have a very positive impression that this places cares about anything other than money. Animals that are boarded are left unattended for hours on end- this facility does not staff overnight leaving them unprepared should any emergency situation arise. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and uncaring, not the type of experience you want when you are thousands of miles away and calling in to check on your pet. They say they will call back with information and never do. Mike seems like a really nice and caring person who goes the extra mile to make sure pets are well cared for and happy, the rest of the staff there should take cues from him.

First time using Clayton Pet Hotel & Spa for my 7 month old Shar-Pei and this will be the only place that I will ever take my puppy. They were amazing!!! We were gone for 7 days and I was very nervous about how she would do while away from my house. The staff at Clayton Pet Hotel & Spa were exceptional. They were very kind and reassuring when I called to check on my pup (which was a lot of times, LOL). They explained that she may not eat a lot while staying there which I totally understood. They even called the day after we got back to make sure our pup was "settling in nicely." It's the little things like making phone calls that goes a long way. This is how customer service should be handled! The price was exceptional as well. Well done!!

Our dog has done daycare, overnight stays, and a week long boarding. We have always had a great experience with Arlissa and Dayton Pet Care. They are very quick to respond, send daily updates, and take the best pictures. Luke always comes home tired and happy from all of the fun activities they do with him there!

Trusting Arlissa and Dayton Pet Care has been an incredible experience. Arlissa has cared for our dog, Archer, in both a daycare and boarded setting where she was professional and timely. I highly recommend Dayton Pet Care! They are flexible and easy to communicate/work with. Our puppy, Gia, is always excited upon arrival and exhausted from playing when we pick her up. It’s clear they are passionate about caring for animals, and they always provide us with plenty of photos to update us.

My husband and I had a wedding to attend in Dayton. Being from out of town I did some extensive research on the best place to leave our dog, Molly. Dayton Pet Care had great reviews so that is where we had Molly do an overnight stay. I was not disappointed at all! All through the night I received wonderful texts, and some of the best pictures that I’ve ever seen of our sweet girl. I felt very secure in the knowledge that Molly was being very well taken care of! I would absolutely have no problem highly recommending their service!

My bulldog boys love Dayton Petcare! The team keeps me updated on their activities with pictures and videos. I can see the joy in their faces. I’m very comfortable leaving them when I have to travel. Feels like you’re leaving you’re pet kiddos with family. I would recommend them over any chain establishment. It’s like you’re leaving your pet kiddos with family. ❤️Only problem I have is their exhausted when I pick them up 🤣🤣.

I highly recommend Dayton Pet Care for boarding your cat or dog. They are a 24 hour service, (a rarity) and we were able to drop off our doggo at our convenience. Arlissa was quick to respond after I booked, asked all the right questions and made our dog, Sidney feel at home and loved. She sent updates and awesome photos of Sid during her entire stay. She was properly cared for and exercised and had one on one playtime. Please check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience with Dayton Pet Care! The staff were kind and caring and we were given lots of updates about our furbaby! And our cat got a whole room to himself! If we need more pet boarding we'll definitely go with these guys again!

Dayton Pet Care provides quality care for my dog. He loves going to daycare and playing with all of his friends. They care for the animals as if they were their very own. And they take amazing photos! I am truly grateful for their services.

I simply can not say enough good things about this place! I just left my fur baby there for a week and I got daily updates and pictures letting me know he was doing good while he was there. The owner is very prompt to respond to any questions. And this place has a full on puppy carnival on site! I’m talking playground equipment and a little coaster. 10 out of 10. This will be the FIRST place I call from now on.

I cannot speak highly enough of Maria, I’m so grateful we’ve been able to work with her! We were recently referred to Maria through our veterinarian when we had taken in a puppy that was in less than ideal living conditions. Due to her leaving her family too soon, she came with some severe behavioral issues. Maria is so incredibly knowledgeable, and from day one of working with her we have seen our puppy unlock skills that we would never have been able to uncover ourselves. She gave us a behavior modification plan, which we’ve been working on at home, and we’ve seen great strides in our puppies behaviors. We also send our puppy to work with Maria twice a week at Maria’s doggie daycare facility and it’s been FANTASTIC for her confidence. She gets to learn the skills of being social with other dogs, while also learning directly from Maria. I feel like Maria has truly helped us save this dogs life. Having two small children ourselves, we were very concerned what the outcome of having this dog could mean if she went into adulthood without correcting these behaviors. Maria has given us peace of mind and the tools to keep our girl as part of the family. I can’t recommend her enough, and we will be forever grateful to her for helping us. Often times dogs are euthanized or passed around when behavioral issues aren’t dealt with early on, so we will be forever grateful for the early intervention we received from Maria and everyone at Frey’s Place!

Clementine, pictured here after a day at daycare(!), loves going to Bahati and Frey’s Place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 🥰 She’s only been going for about a month, but has already had fantastic improvement in her confidence! She is excited to go now in the mornings and has even begun to play while there! She loves the enrichment activities and I can tell they are such great mental stimulation for her because of how tired and fulfilled she is when she gets home. Maria has been to my house to help with some training as well, and gave me all the tools and insight I need to move forward with my Clemmy. I can tell from my interactions with her and seeing her with Clementine that she truly cares about each and every dog individually and spends a lot of time considering what approaches and tools will help them to succeed. Clementine loves Maria and Mike!

Maria trained & socialized the best dog ever, Maggie! She has outstanding knowledge of the field, a keen eye for dog behaviors, & plenty of experience & success stories. I would feel comfortable leaving any of my animals with her at anytime and know that they would not only be cared for but made to feel like they are at home at Bahati & Frey's place.

I'm so glad we found Bahati and Frey's Place! Our puppy attends once a week and it's amazing to see how quickly she is overcoming her fear of other dogs. Before beginning care she exhibited a great deal of separation anxiety, and we've seen a huge improvement so far. Maria is very communicative and deeply knowledgeable. Every human and dog I've seen has been happy and excited to see her and Mike, and I feel very comfortable with my dog in their care. I'm looking forward to continuing our visits!

This is more than a typical dog day care! Our pup has been coming for a year, and I have seen him grow more confident and less reactive. Marie and Mike do a fantastic job and really care about the dogs; they are scrupulous about keeping a clean and safe environment for everyone. Highly recommend!

We had Maria over for a private training session last night for our new rescue pup. I can't tell you how impressed we were with her knowledge and ability to read our dogs. We also have a 12-year-old pit bull that we were not really concerned with, but she was able to give us simple instructions to help stop their barking. We were extremely frustrated and confused by some of the information we were told from other trainers. Maria told us easy simple corrections that worked! We are so looking forward to implementing them in the days ahead to gain the peace back in our house. Her calm and matter of fact approach is just what we needed.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I work in Dayton but live out of town and needed to find a place for my black lab every day. We had been to multiple places via Rover where my dog had to be dragged into their homes or center. Now that I found Bahati and Frey Place my dog literally jumps out of the car every day! He runs to the door and jumps up and down. He does this every single day and we have been going their for 4 months now. Maria is so talented and the enrichment and care he receives there is top notch! Mike is so caring and my dog shows both of them love and vice versa. He goes home tired every night! I was so stressed and upset about finding a place I could send my dog that I was considering giving him up but when I found Bahati and Frey Place that all changed! I can’t say enough good things about Bahati and Frey Place. Amazing!!!

Really amazing doggie day care. They truly care about the animals and work hard to make sure that their experiences there are valuable. The behavior correction is their biggest asset, and we bring home a tired dog. We hired Maria as a personal behaviorist and what a difference 24 hours can make! The education was so much different and valuable to my dog and his needs than his regular puppy training class.

Our little "Buddy" is in love with Maria, Michael and Frey's Place! He is so excited whenever we arrive there that he can't get out of the car fast enough! He has so much fun with all his friends that he is exhausted when I pick him up. This is a great environment for all that attend. The staff is very caring and attentive! We highly recommend Freys Place for your fur babies!!

Maria is very personable and fantastic with dogs. Definitely trust her with my furry soul mate. Our dog Frank goes to daycare twice a week - he has an absolute blast and I love bringing home a quiet, tired dog. It is so important for him to have his doggy days. We love Maria and Mike!

I’ve used Homeward Bound twice now while on vacation, and have been very happy with their services each time. They took great care of my cat, sending me photos and reports at every visit, and were accommodating to his special food needs. They also were able to come for a last-minute visit when my return flight was delayed by several hours. My cat was relaxed and in good spirits when I returned home, and it was reassuring to know he was in good hands the whole time. Would recommend!

We’ve used Homeward Bound twice and they are the best. We had an issue with a hiding cat…I called and they got right back with me and assured me they would look high and low for our elusive Gracie. She usually isn’t so shy but her schedule was disrupted and she preferred to sleep through dinner time. They found her hiding place, problem solved. We used to ask our friends to cat sit, but asking your friends to clean a litter box on a daily basis is a big “ask”. We’re so glad we found Homeward Bound.

We have been using Homeward Bound as our Pet Care for around 5 years. The communication and care they have for our fur child makes life away from home less stressful.

I wish I could leave this business a 100 star review. My son hired them to visit 3 times a day while we were in TN. They had problems with the lock and waited at his house until almost midnight so a locksmith could let them in. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement!!!

They cared for our pets for 8 days and did an outstanding job. We received e-mail reports after every visit (2 per day) with pictures. Knowing they were taking care of our furry friends put our minds at ease and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing they were in excellent hands. Would give 10 stars if that were an option. Highly recommend this service. Very professional and caring.

Homeward Bound is the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. They have taken such wonderful care of my pets. When I got a new puppy, Roscoe, they were so good with him. They took fantastic care of him, visiting him twice daily to cuddle, play with him and take him out to potty. He has grown into such a playful and confident dog because of the consistently wonderful care he received in his formative years through Homeward Bound. HB thank you so much for treating my fur baby with such great care.

I have used the ladies at HWB for the last 20 months. They have taken care of my dog well and follow instructions well. Their customer service is phenomenal. If I ever had an issue, they were open about resolving it. One time, they tracked snow into my kitchen. When I told them, they profusely apologized, refunded my fee for that day, and that has never happened again. They are flexible to my weird schedule and responsive to their texts. I live further away so they charge an extra $1 or so, but I don’t mind because I trust them with my dog.

My baby Athena loved her dog walkers and her time with them. We had moved and we were outside their area but if I could I would use them again. They were so good with Athena and they sent pictures of their time with her and I looked forward to them on my 12 hr days. Me and Athena appreciated them so much 💓 …

Homeward Bound Pet Care took wonderful care of my cat on multiple occasions. They would take pictures of her and send me updates while I was away. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend their services!

I have been using Homeward Bound for cat sitting for the last two years. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are trustworthy, dependable and very focused on making sure your pets are well taken care of. I’ve used them numerous times and never had a single issue. My son and I love reading the daily journals and looking at the pictures they took of our cats. It’s been such a relief not to have to worry about them when we go out of town. I highly recommend them!

Sit Stay Dog Walking is the best. Abby and Clinton go above and beyond to care for our Teddy. A rescue, Teddy has come out of his shell being in the daycare setting with the other dogs. Abby has given us so much help with training Teddy ( or us as the case may be). He was initially very reactive but has become much less reactive as time goes on.thanks to her help! He has boarded with them and gets treated royally with special homemade treats and attention. We have an upcoming 2.5 week trip and we will be content in knowing he will be having his best life staying at their small doggy daycare boarding facility on their property.

We absolutely love Sit, Stay Dog Watching! We love our fur baby and don’t trust him with many people but SSDW makes us feel at easy while we are away. Constant updates on how he is doing with pictures! We know they are loving on him, just like we would be and he absolutely loves Ms Robin!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pet sitter!

We used Sit Stay Dog Watching to provide in home pet sitting service. Robin was wonderful! She was always sending us pictures and videos in real time during each visit. I really appreciated her frequent updates and reassurance in the videos explaining how things were going. Robin went above and beyond!! This was our first time using Sit Stay and we look forward to booking Robin again!

We cannot recommend SSDW enough! The owners are magnificent people- the facility is clean, organized and escape free. They trained our pup for a week. Sent pictures and videos every day, multiple times a day and really helped us change her into a new pup. They also helped put my dog on a new food regimen and educated us about proper nutrition for dogs. You won’t regret sending your fur babies to SSDW.

Sit Stay Dog Watching is my pups Ollie's favorite place. We do daycare and boarding. Ollie loves Abby and Clinton and they take get care of him and the pack. It has trained Ollie with the other pups and he really enjoys the playtime! We wouldn't go anywhere else. We love it!

I would highly recommend using Sit Stay Dog Watching for all your dog needs. We started using them for their dog sitting services, and were blown away by the great care that they provided. They provide great updates (often with photos), and have always been on time. They are also extremely easy to communicate with, which makes scheduling seamless. We recently boarded our puppy, Oakley for 8 days. I loved that they kept her busy and allowed her to play with the daycare dogs. 10/10 local business! 🐾

They are amazing!! I completely trust them with my dog. Usually our dog doesn't eat when being boarded and you can tell when we pick her up, but not this time it was her first time with Sit Stay Dog Watching and she was happy and had been eating. They sent us photos throughout the weekend of her playing and having fun. They are our go to from now on!

I have to admit that I was a nervous wreck leaving my Furbabies, because I normally don't. Robin came over and met them, and spent time getting to know them! Robin eased my concerns with videos, pictures, and wonderful care. Robin is kind, and lovingly cares for her clients! I know they are in good hands.

Abby at Sit Stay Dog Watching is AMAZING! We have been sending our pup there for daycare for about six months and she has done so great there. We recently went out of town and boarded our 1 year old dog with Abby. I can’t begin to say enough good things about our experience. Abby takes such good care of our dog that it’s basically a vacation for her every time she goes and never wants to come home. Abby also keeps us in the know about everything going on and sends lots of pictures. We love Abby and Sit Stay Dog Watching and are so happy we found her!

Every time I’ve taken Zoey to All Paws Inn, Natalie has done an excellent job on Zoey’s grooming. She also watched Zoey while we went on a trip and she sent frequent updates. Highly recommend. Professional, friendly, clean.

All paws inn is the very best dog daycare around! Natalie keeps her outdoors area and building clean and welcoming. My dog comes home exhausted from playing with his friends all day. Natalie is great with all the dogs and I love that she sends me pictures and videos of my pup. All paws inn has a huge fenced in yard for lots of exercise, and new things to explore. If it’s raining she has a great indoor area too. My dog is socialized and active during my workday thanks to Natalie! We have also used Kayleigh at the spa and she was amazing. My dog has weepy eyes and Kayleigh took the time to explain to me how to keep them clean. My dogs looked like little princesses, they even got bows on their ears! Making the grooming appointment was easy and very reasonably priced. I feel very lucky to have the daycare and spa so close!

Vivian had an awesome day playing with new friends at the All Paws Inn. Thank you Natalie for loving Vivian and giving all 4 legged friends a safe loving place to play and be adventurous while their humans are busy at work. The grooming services are top notch too Vivian came home soft, white and her coat was flawlessly trimmed to perfection a doodles coat is not the easiest to work with but this was the best groom she has had!

Our dog, Otis, loves going to "school" at All Paws Inn and gets so excited when he finds out he is going! The staff are so friendly, professional, and truly care about your pets! We receive regular photos, videos, and texts while Otis is there. The staff work very hard to make sure all of the dogs get along and are in a fun and safe environment. They also do a great job socializing the dogs and working on positive behaviors. The staff also do fun activities such as easter egg hunts, pools in the summer, and birthday treats! Otis has learned so much from going to All Paws Inn and has become much calmer around other dogs when we are out. We never have to worry about Otis when he is at All Paws Inn. And the best part?! He comes home exhausted and is always excited to go back!

We’re so happy to have found All Paws Inn! Natalie was very welcoming and professional, and my dog came home healthy and happy. We can’t wait to continue daycare here!

We have had not so good experience with the store groomers, so we decided to try out All paws inn. We are beyond happy! Our dog was so well cared for and the groomer did such an amazing job! We will be back!

We love Natalie and the whole staff! Our pup loves them too. You can tell they care about the dogs like their own. Our pup gets so excited to go to daycare which is such a great sign as an owner and is exhausted from all the play when he gets home. I also love that they post pictures and video updates throughout the day. I drive out of my way to drop off my pup here because it’s an all around great place !! Highly recommend

Our dog loves this day care! She jumps for joy when we bring her in the morning and leaves happy and tired. We have been taking our dog here for almost a year and have never had an issue. It's a great facility for the dogs to play outside and relax if they need to. Dogs of all sizes seem to enjoy. The staff is friendly as can be. Natalie has always treated our pup with so much love and we greatly appreciate her. We will never take our dog anywhere else.

I have been going to All Paws Inn for over a year now. I take my dog 4/5 days a week. My husband and I work a lot. We started going when our dog was a puppy. Natalie and her team have helped us train/raise our dog and I cannot say enough good things about this place. For example, Natalie sends us videos and status updates so we always know that our dog is happy and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a small business with a personal touch, this is the place to go!!

I can not recommend this daycare enough!! Natalie is so amazing with all the dogs! I brought my super young, small pup to daycare and she was really great about slowly introducing her to the pack and making sure she was comfortable and having nothing but positive experiences! Now my dog goes everyday and she absolutely LOVES it! It’s fairly small and intimate (maybe 10 dogs a day) so each dog gets a good amount of quality time and focused play. Plus they are super flexible and accommodating, not to mention incredibly nice!!

I am not from Dayton, but im glad I found this spot to have my dog is safe and taken care of while I am in town doing events i cant bring her to. They did a wonderful job grooming her as well! She is so beautiful.

Pet Suite’s did a fantastic job today with my Sweetie. They did exactly what I requested and more by making sure she was comfortable and safe. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs grooming or Daycare, I’ve been very long time customer through several pets and have never been disappointed.

Teddy and Loki had a fantastic stay at PetSuites in Dayton, Ohio! We were gone for a week and a half, and when we picked them up, they seemed happy and well-cared for. The staff is amazing – they’re clearly passionate about the animals in their care. Their communication throughout our dogs’ stay was excellent, which gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend PetSuites!

They were so helpful and accommodating for us! We’ve boarded our older dog once before and everything went great that time, we even signed up for a bath before we got him and he came back looking extra handsome and with a cute bandana too! This was the first time for our younger one and she’s been having some severe health issues as of recently and on the day we were about to drop them off and head out, she had a flare up. We called to let them know what issues we were having and they let us do a little trail run before we fully left to make sure nothing else would happen, they even went the extra step to wave the fee for that first day too! We decided to sign up for the pawgress reports this time and it was definitely worth it. If your dog has any health issues or you just wanna see a pic or two of them while you’re gone, I definitely suggest signing up for them! They were able to text us pics of them here and there and we were able to text them whenever (during their work shift) to get updates on how they were behaving/eating/and playing so it was such a weight lifted off of our chests! Our pups also have issues playing with toys (they’re perfectly fine playing together without any) and sometimes eating together but they find a lot of comfort in being close to one another, so they were able to get two kennel spots across from one another for them! We were also able to bring in their beds and a couple of toys from home for them and they kept them all with the pups and went above and beyond to make sure they would be comfy for their stay! Traffic on the way back got to us as well so we were able to easily text them to let them know we wouldn’t be able to pick them up the night we were supposed to be back and they were completely okay with it and said we could get them the next day! If you’re considering going to this pet hotel, please know your sweet babies will be in amazing hands. They’re all so kind, thoughtful and helpful! I have been using pet suites from 7 years! Always had good experience in terms of boarding. But Back to back in the last two week I had very bad experience. My second boy was sent for evaluation last week and I was told that first time evaluation is free and once evaluated I will receive an report and then if he passes I could keep him for day play in groups. I also asked them if I keep him for 5 hours day play and want to pick him 2 hours later will I get charged extra. The reply was no, we will take him out of the play and keep him in a room until you come back. Day 1 - he was picked up I received an email stating I was charged. I called up and they apologized and refunded it He was neither given a elevation report etc When I checked about the report they said it was texted to me. I told them I didn’t any text or email. They said usually it takes 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours I got nothing. 2 days later I went to drop him for a 5 hour day play and I again asked and received a copy. Day 2- I dropped him and as discussed earlier I went to pick him after 2 hours delayed. My bill was not 25 dollar but instead 37 dollar, I told them I was informed that there is no extra charge. They said may be someone gave you wrong information. Day 3- Today, I took my two boys for grooming. I told the groomer, I want to give full grooming session to one and i wanted to know how much it would be if I just had a facial trim and bath for my other dog. She said it will 47$ I replied don’t worry just give him a bath and how much it would be, she 30$ I replied fine. I went to pick them back, I was given a bill of 118! I asked the lady at front why so I have a bill of 118. I should be having only a bill of 60 plus 30 that 90$. She said looks like he had a facial trim for 11$ for your second dog. I said no I just said only bath. She took off 11$ and said total is 108. I asked her print the receipt. When I looked at the receipt it stated my second dog was still charged 47 dollar. I now asked the lady why is it 47, she replied if you have a boarding then do a bath it’s 30$. I said shouldn’t your staffs know what’s going on? She said I am sorry! I really would appreciate if employees know what they r telling customer and they are well trained to handled customer with accurate information ! Every penny is important for everyone, no one’s here free money nor do I. Very disappointed!

My family loves PetSuites! I have two cats who have very different personalities, one is very outgoing and the other quite shy, and the staff always do a fantastic job of adjusting the playtimes to what each cat prefers. And the photo updates are always so cute! (A definite must if you are ever anxious about leaving your pet!) Barley and Ridley will always give great reviews for PetSuites Dayton! :)

Our Gumby loved staying here! We were worried because he was a rescue dog and we didn't like leaving him in a kennel. But the runs are huge and we were able to bring toys he liked. He seemed to like it as he tried to run back inside when we were leaving!

My fur baby really enjoyed hisself and looking to go back really soon. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

The facility is very clean and doesn't smell of bleach which was really nice. The suites were kept very clean. The staff was accommodating and very friendly Let use tour the building before bringing our dogs for their stay. After the stay our dogs were tired and slept good when they were back home. Thank you for taking care of our fur family when we were away.

I had my puppy groomed for the first time. The fiat time I have needed one groomed.They were very thorough and Master Groomers with lots of experience highly recommend

Have gone to these two ladies for decades. We now have two little babies, almost 14, that love being there and on top of their amazing skills grooming, they are also so wise regarding the health of your fur babies. Wouldn’t even THINK of trusting our babies with anyone else. ❤️❤️

Was an established customer and she isnt taking my dog anymore. I assumed she wasn’t taking any new ones. Really disappointed. I get my dog groomed every six months and was not told that is would need to be every 8 weeks to keep Phoebe. No one was asking for someone to watch a clock?

These ladies truly care about the dogs they groom. My little dog is quickly becoming a fan of his spa days. He hated having his nails trimmed at first and now they tell me he doesn't mind it so much. They are great about letting me know about issues/things to watch out for. I am always comfortable with Paul in their care. I know he is in great hands and will be looking cute and smelling fresh when I pick him up.

I took my terrier mix in for a hair cut, and my wiener dog for a bath, they were great about keeping them together. Very kind people, reasonably priced. Absolutely, the best hair cut the terrier has ever got! We will definitely be going back.

Best dog groomers in the area. Dawn and Lori do a fantastic job with our dogs. They are very efficient and caring. Our dogs love going there to get pampered. We will never take them anywhere else. Excellent customer service, so compassionate with all animals.

My fur baby was way over due for a trim and these ladies did a wonderful job! I was a little nervous it being her first time but they made her feel right at home. I highly recommend them and am so glad I decided to give them a try, I will be taking my pup back every time!

My boy Myles has been going to Diamond Pet Parlor for close to a year and he loves going and always looks handsome when he is finished. We are so happy to have found these ladies who love my boy and treat him wonderfully while he is in their care !!

Today was our first time using these groomers. They did a FANTASTIC job. Our sweetheart pup was definitely overdue for grooming. But Laura didn't make me feel like a terrible pet owner. Loved the way she treated my Molly. We look forward to a long relationship with Laura and Dawn.
