Albie is a fluffy sweet soul with a fun and playful personality. He balances his games with Houdiniesque hiding in his wardrobe and re appearing once he's ready for more play or a brushing session or snuggle. He loves being on paw patrol and doing his security rounds around the windows which he takes very seriously. 😻 His care is super easy and straightforward, the biggest job being the brushing of his impressive fluffy coat which he thoroughly enjoys, but will let you know when he's had enough! Rahila and Christopher were very welcoming and hospitable. Their lovely home was very clean, stylish and comfortable. I felt very welcomed, considered and appreciated! Communication was a pleasure and timely and clear. Their town house is located in a great pocket of inner Melbourne with lots to do and see and experience. It has that inner city vibe but also a community feel with the layout of the complex and smiling waving neighbors and cottage coffee shops with a bustling main street right around the corner. I had a delightful time with a delightful kitty in a delightful home.
Emily and Vanessa were the absolute BEST and we fell head over heels in love with their animals and their home. We were only there for about 2 weeks but it was SO hard to leave—we got very attached and just had the best time. Chief, Dale, and Mooey were all so sweet and absolutely hilarious!! We brought our 2 dogs and everyone got along great. We would come back in a heartbeat!!
Molly and Jack are such lovely cats and are very low maintenance. They will happily sit next to you while you work but also enjoy their own space. Marlow is a amazing town with lots of great restaurants and walks and it’s very easy to commute to London if you need to. Craig is also great and was a lovely host and even order me a Uber to come pick me up. Overall a great sit if you want to spend some time in a lovely English town with some great cats. :)
The house sitting with Pippa was perfect. She was very sweet and loves to cuddle. The house was very pleasant in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay in Auckland. Communication was very fluid and they were there if we had any questions. Thanks again Tori and Cam
Catie and Matt are incredibly lovely and welcoming hosts! I had such a fantastic time looking after Buzby! He is very adorable and well behaved. Super central location in reading! Transport was not difficult at all. And a beautiful stretch of water along the Thames is just a 10 minute walk away! Would highly recommend Catie and Matt"s!
I had the pleasure of looking after Chantal’s pets whilst they were away during the days over a weekend. Communication was great ahead of the sit and the time spent with Chantal before they left made me feel settled and confident about what I had to do. Saffi was great company, very sweet and I enjoyed looking after Mia the horse too! The kittens were great fun and very playful, and their home is set in beautiful countryside so great for walking too.

I have been using Best Friends for many years. I used them with my sweet dog Lucy and now with my new dog Hazel. At Best Friends they are friendly, patient and accommodating. I know when I bring Hazel there for an extended period of time she is in good hands. I can see her play on the dog camera, and I watch her socialize with the other dogs. When I pick her up, I know she had fun, and she is extremely exhausted from all the excitement and activities. One day, I plan on taking her to the doggy day care so she can have fun when I am at work. Oh, and one last thing they also have grooming so when I pick her up, she is soft and clean.
Very caring staff. They take good care of the Peace4Paws dogs. They are very helpful to our volunteers as well. They have helped facilitate adoptions. They care about the rescue dogs and the client dogs very much!
We have been taking our dog Daisy to Best Friends in Chestnut Ridge for about 3 yrs for both day care and boarding since she was a puppy. John and all of the staff there are so caring and show her so much love. I know that she is very well cared for when she is there because she gets very excited when we drop her off and comes home very happy and content. The grooming services are great too. Daisy always comes home smelling fresh and clean. The staff is also very accommodating and helpful. I'm thankful we have a place that we trust to care for Daisy!

I have been taking my dog Leo to Best Friends Pet Hotel for the past year. All experiences have been great. The staff truly loves dogs, easily evidenced by Leo being so excited every time we walk inside. Victoria and John are always there to greet us and are both very helpful. Within the past year, I have also used their grooming services, and Jackie always does a great job.

I always feel better knowing the BF team are taking care of my lil guy! I highly recommend the day camp & Jackie’s baths. Both are affordable rates & I always make sure to tip for the bathing AND the staff .. you can do both separately which I think is great!

When I picked up Luna from her 2 night stay she was clean and didn't seem to want to leave lol. I am happy I found this place because I feel like I can actually trust that she'll be okay while we're away.
Best Friends is the only boarding facility I found in the area that has real fenced-in grassy areas and takes the dogs out each morning and afternoon for potty breaks. The other boarding facilities advertise "all day play" to hide the fact that the dogs there never seen sunlight or fresh grass. I trust Best Friends with my pup and will continue to use Best Friends in the future!
I was extremely wary and the cost of a professional dog trainer, but when I saw I really needed one, trails for tails was recommended. We met twice and I already see a marked change in my dog's behavior. If you're looking for a trainer who can deliver at a decent price, look here!
I had an amazing experience with Trails for tails! Shragi watched my dog for 2 weeks while my family and I went on vacation! My husky had the best time there! I always get nervous leaving her in someone else’s care but by trails for tails It was her home away from home!

Absolutely great! Shargi took care of my dog Emmi for 10days while I was waiting for her paperwork to fly to Europe. I am always nervous to leave her with someone, but she was taken care of in the best way possible. Great trainer, my dog is now crate trained!! I was updated with often pictures and videos, and not for one second did I worry that Emmi was not in good hands. Just amazing, 5 starts any day for Trails for Tails!
Shragi took great care of my two dogs for three nights, especially with one of our rescues that is highly skittish around people. He was sensitive and thoughtful in how he approached her. I loved the updates that he sent while we were away, and he did door-to-door pick-up and drop off for our pups where we live in Westchester. He also did some training with our other dog, who has retained that training since we got him back. I recommend Shragi and his business and appreciated his flexibility when we had to extend our stay.
