Prashant and India are such genuine and lovely people. They looked after our dog Poppy for 2.5 weeks and we felt completely relaxed with her in their care. They are the best sitters we’ve had so far! They were well organised and came to meet us the day before the sit. They sent us regular updates and took such good care of her - ensuring she received appropriate exercise and love. They also very kindly taught her some training techniques. They are very considerate and left just before we arrived home, so we came back to an empty home which was sparkling clean. You would be lucky to have them housesit for you.
We had an amazing time hanging out with Divot and Newton. From the initial conversation, Kristin was friendly, easy going and made her expectations and instructions clear. The apartment was absolutely stunning! It was clean and there was also a lovely pool and gym for use in the building. The area in North Vancouver was also gorgeous, with many cafés, shops, and outdoor areas. The best part were the fur babies! Newton is one of the coolest and chillest cats we have met, and Divot is a sweet, fun golden who we had the treat of hanging out with for a week. We had a great time and would love to come back sometime - thank you Kristin and Geoff for sharing your home with us.

I found Alicia on Facebook and made an appointment with her to see the house and meet my dog. Upon seeing the house and getting to know it, I decided to hire their services. I left my water dog for 5 days, and I was worried that he wouldn't have a good relationship with the other dogs due to his dominant nature. But on the contrary, Llaüt had a great time and Alicia was able to integrate him into the pack and there were no problems. I plan to hire her services whenever I need it, I recommend her 100%. My dog didn't want to leave!!!
I left our Golden Retriever at Alify Pet overnight. When I went to look for him he didn't want to leave. He spent the next day sleeping, he was exhausted from playing so much. He was accompanied by another puppy (Casco), they got along very well and had a great time. Alicia's house is amazing! It is very cozy and has a lot of land so they can run around and have a great time, in addition to its easy access. Ralph will repeat his experience at Alify very soon. Having had a few ‘doggie hotels’ the past 18 years. It’s always so hard to find one that can accommodate my beautiful pampered boys! But Pooches was without a doubt one of the best. A home away from home. All 3 were taken good care of and treated like family. What more can you ask for. Regular contact too and superb setting. I think they had a better holiday that I! It is not easy to find a suitable foster home for your beloved four-legged friend. My dog is used to being with a family. He needs human affection and a clean environment. My dog would be out of place on a farm. At Simon's Pooches Hotel I am always impressed by how clean it is and that the dogs understand each other straight away, even though they are all strangers. This is probably due to Simon's personality. He is very welcoming and every dog is lovingly accepted, integrated and cared for. My dog feels extremely comfortable with Simon. I have already left him with Simon for 14 days. Everything went really well. Simon also keeps in constant contact with us owners. There are videos 3-4 times a day, individually tailored to each dog and owner. So I could always follow what my baby was doing and how he was doing. Simon's accommodation for dogs is highly recommended! Thank you, Simon! We would love to come back! 💕☀️🍀
The 5-star hotel your dog wants you to choose! Amazing place! Our two border terriers have stayed at Pooches a couple of times now and Simon takes exceptional care of them. The place itself is beautiful - think boutique hotel - and the dogs have free roam of the whole house and garden, with multiple comfy beds, chairs and sofas all over the place to lounge and sleep on. There’s even a seafront balcony where they can chill out and watch the waves and the world go by. Simon is a really lovely guy; very friendly and welcoming and with a great sense of humour. His love and passion for all the dogs in his care is clear from the get-go. He made us feel comfortable and confident in him and his hotel right from the very first messages we exchanged. He sends you plenty of pics and vids every day showing what a wonderful time your dog is having so you never once have to wonder what they’re up to and if they’re ok. I was hesitant at first to leave our two at a dog hotel/boarding place because they can be a bit cranky around other dogs but I needn’t have worried. Simon really knows and understands dogs and our two got on totally fine - they came back home absolutely knackered from all the fun they’d had and we really noticed an improvement in their behaviour and attitude around other dogs since their stay. I wish I’d booked them in sooner! If you want five star luxury accommodation where your pup will be treated like royalty (of course you do) don’t hesitate to check them into Pooches Hotel - your dog will thank you for it!
We couldn't have asked for better care for our dog Arnie whilst we were away for a few days. Simon adores all the dogs that stay with him at his wonderful place. His Casa has a huge outdoor space for dogs to sniff and play, a swimming pool and all the comfortable sofas a dog could wish for. Simon regularly sent videos and photos of Arnie and pals living a life of luxury at the pooch hotel. Simon is a genuinely caring person. Arnie would love to stay with him again! Absolutely amazing. We and our 4 legged King-of-the-house whippet were welcomed into a warm, comfortable and cosseting home. Simon is the kind of person you meet and can’t help but feel immediate relaxed around and confident that your precious family member is in the right place. Absolutely amazing place, Mirabell our afghan and Kiara our landseer was fully enjoyed all the time there, and as I see all dogs was very happy there :) The owner also is a very nice and friendly person. All dogs had a really good and friendly relation with him. Also you can connect the stay with a "dog wellness " They have the best groomering service with the best groomer in the island, Dorotthy, she's very nice and professional. We are regular clients. We really advice this hotel.
Best dog hotel ever. Simon is that perfect person you would always like to care of your baby. My Katniss likes him a lot and she was always looking happy in all of videos and pictures he sent to me. 1000% recommended.
Our very introverted old Maltese stayed at pooches hotel for the day. We were all made to feel at ease, and its clear that the pooches are treated with love and respect, with the freedom to roam free. Simon has created a relaxed vibe. Totally recommend
Absolutely Amazing! We have been using Pooches for 3 years and we wouldn’t leave our dog anywhere else. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family by Simon who takes impeccable care of all the doggies. The dogs have free rein of the hotel and it is all so comfortable. Previously we had to use kennels and they were so soul-less and the carers weren’t invested in the well-being of the dogs. Whereas Simon brings his own pizazz to the place and treats each dog as if it were his own. It comforts us to receive pictures and videos of our dog whilst we are away!
