You are always a little bit nervous to leave the care of your house and pet to a stranger for two weeks but after talking to Reba on the phone.,I knew it would work out. She did an exceptional job house/pet/garden sitting for the two weeks she was here. Her communication was great. She always returned texts promptly and sent us texts with updates on a regular basis. This was our first sitter and Reba showed her experience by guiding us through the process. Our house was well taken care and it was cleaned throughly when we returned. This was much appreciated as we arrived back at 1 am after a long travel day. Our cat was well taken care of also and even warmed up to Reba as Sophia can be a little aloof. We also left the extra responsibility of taking care of our garden. She had to do some watering and with cold temperature, cover it also. Thanks to her for doing this. In conclusion, if you are lucky enough to get Reba to be your sitter. Jump on the opportunity. She was FANTASTIC!!

Jenna's communication from the very begining was excellent. She stayed in touch regarding flight delays and arrival times. She sent just the right amount of updates on Jasper and photos to go with it. She is very self sufficient. While Jasper is pretty low maintenance, our home does require attention. She took care of the pool, garden, house plants and even provided some "pro-tips" on humming bird feeders, and bought us a septic- screen for our kitchen sink. Very much appreciated. I know that Jasper was sad to see her leave and I feel she felt the same way towards him. If you're considering this responsible, self sufficient adult, I would highly recommend her. I would highly recommend Tracey. She is kind, caring and easy to work with. This is the second time Tracey has come to stay with Boz. Like before, she was responsible, dependable, clean, self sufficient, and Boz was a happy girl when I got home. The garden was also well taken care of. Thanks so much Tracey. Chris and Barb were great pet and house sitters! Our dog Arthur was sad to see them leave and us arrive! They left our home even cleaner and tidier than when we left, and we appreciate all they did to look after Arthur.

Mara was a DREAM of a housesitter!! She was extremely professional, proactive, and communicative from the start. She asked all the right questions to ensure that our experience was mutually positive. Even when presented with an unexpected situation (on our end, not hers), she handled it with patience, professionalism, and grace. We were wrapping up a renovation and had to enlist her help to tie up loose ends at the beginning of her stay and despite the chaos, she was SO understanding. Mara kept us posted on need-to-know items, provided cute updates on Harriet, and otherwise really allowed us to enjoy our holiday. We returned from vacation to a clean and tidy home and, MOST importantly, a healthy, happy dog. We loved hearing about and seeing photos of Harriet and Mara's dog, George Clooney, hanging out and relaxing together. It was so nice to have peace of mind knowing Harriet and the house were being well taken care of while we were away. We are so happy we connected with her! We highly recommend Mara as a zeewoi and are looking forward to welcoming her back the next time we go on holiday.

Lydia watched our 11# terrier for 3 weeks while we went to Africa. Josie loves to hike and can outlast most hikers. We live in the Blue Ridge mountains and Lydia also loves hiking. This was a perfect match. 3 weeks is a long time for a dog with separation issues to be without me but she was fine. Our house was as clean or cleaner then when we left. I highly recommend Lydia to care for your house and pets.

Amarilla & Tyler were FANTASTIC sitters. They took amazing care of my dog Bubba, send frequent updates and left my place absolutely spotless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great care :)

Guillermo was very friendly, reliable, and easy to communicate with. My pup Lizzy seemed to have a great time, as evidenced by the adorable photos he shared!

Shirley left eveything as she found it. The cats seemed to do well while we were away.

From a pet sitting aspect we were not unsatisfied with Sara. Our dogs seemed happy and our chickens were also tended to well. However, from a house sit I will say we were disappointed with a few things. There was a bad storm the day before we left and we requested some photos of the damage to our property that was done. I asked multiple times and never received what I asked for after saying she would send it. We also agreed to daily updates in form of text or pictures of the animals and I did go the first couple days without reliable communication which didn’t sit well with me. As for the state of the house upon return, while it was mostly clean, one of our curtain rods was ripped from the wall. I wouldn’t have been upset had we just been notified of the repair that needed to be done but she never even told us that she broke anything in the house it was just left. She also very clearly rummaged through our drawers and took brand new unopened toiletries from areas that we did not specify she could use and she never reached out asking if it would be ok to take.

Skip was great! Very available for communication, sent a couple of kind updates with cute pics of my cat, left the place very tidy, even made up the bed. An all-around happy experience and I'd be delighted to have him back if he wanted!

Hadley applied and accepted very early on, which was nice. Was very good with the dogs and cats!
