Young was wonderful! My dogs and my home were well taken care of. I can always tell how happy my dogs were by the greeting I get when home and they told me they loved her. Also, she is a great pet photographer! I loved the pictures she sent.
Superb! Izzie is a great dog and knew how to communicate well. The house and location are as advertised. Jeanne also told the neighbors i would be there so they knew my name and were friendly. Jeanne was great and kept in touch, helping out when i had a question. There is a weekly play date when Izzie gets picked up for 4 hours and a house keeper came to clean on on schedule while i was there. I would sit for them again.
Waffle and Ted are quite a friendly pair! They loved going on hikes with us, taking naps punctuated with cuddle times and getting treats and meals, of course. Bridget and Fraser were extremely hospitable, responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They provided us with lots of tips on interesting places and activities for us to do. Their house was beautiful, clean and eco-friendly. They have beautiful flower and veggie gardens, and a pizza oven they built themselves (we were lucky enough to try it, yum!). We definitely enjoyed getting to know them over dinner and we can’t recommend them enough! Thank you again for a great stay!
We had a very comfortable stay with Charlie, Loki, and Gilmore! We arrived the night before the sit and Naomi was very generous and booked us a hotel nearby. She picked us from the hotel and gave us a tour of the neighborhood. Naomi, Steven, and their son also showed us where everything was in the house and they left us a detailed guide with all the information that we needed. The three cats are all very cute, sweet, and snugglie. We were told that we wouldn't see Loki much because she is shy, but she quickly warmed up to us and enjoyed cuddling with us in bed and on the couch. Giving them their daily shots and meds was pretty easy and they did not seem to mind at all. Oegstgeest is very beautiful and quiet. The house is located just 10 minutes away from Leiden train station. From there it was very easy to get to any of the other major cities. We really enjoyed our stay and we still miss Charlie, Liki, and Gimore's company. We hope to be able to pet sit them again in the future.

A short sit and maybe one of the more challenging once I’ve had! The whole crew Gracie, Benson, Sassy, Miesha, Bubbles and Whiskers are a special crew to me. Friendly, real characters and from all ages which makes me miss them a lot. A couple days before my petsit Benson had his artery cut on his paw while walking with Terra and needed special care. Terra trusted me with this task based on my experience, and we went through all the emotions together for poor Benson. It was raining most of the days and Benson wanted so badly to walk the many miles with Sassy and Gracie but I had to take separate laps with them to give Benson the rest to recover from his wound. Benson sad face looking through the cone, I can still see It haha. During my stay I went to the vet to get new stitches, changing bandage on his paw every single day, giving him all the medication, and monitoring it closely for infections and more importantly the love he needed. Terra was super responsive during this challenging time, and I hope to have given her the comfort while being away, taking care of him, the others and the house. For future pet sitters they are adorable and well-mannered dogs. But you need to be strong especially when they know they will be going for a walk, there getting super excided and suddenly you are swarmed by three - 100pound dogs looking for the door and door only and commands are not heard during that time haha. You have Prong collars that is good for training and the E-collars that I've not used. Benson and Sassy like long distances walks while Gracie is happy when the walk is over. I mixed the walks with slow jogging to get the energy out of them, 3x a day would be perfect and not to mention the garden for some play time. The beach is super close and with better weather I would have enjoyed myself as well, everyday I was drained haha :). Doing all 6 pets by yourself is a fulltime commitment starting early and ending late and you will have to keep the house clean daily. Bubbles was sleeping with me on the bed and had no trouble with getting picked up. Miesha was in the other room but will comes out when sitting in the hallway, she purrs a lot, and than we have Whiskers, the diva that walks between the dog downstairs with zero F given. Looking them right in the eyes and owning the place, Love it!!! Whiskers like a good belly rub as well. I did a lot of things in and around the house which was not required but wanted to help out and send the daily pictures and updates. I cannot wait to sit for you again, this time with Shakura. Hopefully with better weather and Benson being fully recovered. Thanks Terra for inviting me at your place....big hugs and kissed to all my friends !
I enjoyed my time with Kona and Shae! Awesome pups, and a great home. Kona will sniff a lot on walks, and he is very much happy to go to the dog park :) Shae will enjoy your attention, and she is still a puppy a bit - so expect chewing, but this is totally manageable. Sweetest dogs, and Tom did a great job on clear and precise instructions. Would love to house sit there again!

My mini Schnauzer has been going to day care (and also vacationing there while I’m away), for over 1.5 years now. I highly recommend this loving family to take care of your fur baby. Croi absolutely loves it there, he gets super excited when we reach the house as he knows it will be a fun day with lots of exercise, play time and attention. I also get daily photos and videos of him on walks and playing with other dogs, which makes me so happy. They really are his other family and I’ve saved one contact as Mama Croi in my phone, so much love and affection! I just let them know my ETA for drop off and pick up so he’s all ready to go, so easy with excellent communication!
My dog is not the easiest dog to have around but Alex and his family have looked after my boy extremely well. They were kind enough to sent me photos daily of the awesome walks they went on. 10/10 thank you so much.
Alex and Alina are the best! Our dog Phoebe loves staying with them, their dogs are wonderful and get along great and they take such great care of them. They always send us photos and videos so we know how she’s doing ❤️
I can highly recommend this daycare. I have been sending my miniature schnauzer Dora to Alina & Alex since she was a puppy. It's like her second family and Dora really loves them. Plus their Golden retriever Barron was the best baby sitter to Dora when she was a pup. I 100% trust them as they take such great care of her, she is always loved on and protected. I wouldn't just leave her with anyone but I know I can go to work or go away and she will be in the best caring hands. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Dora is always so happy to see them because they have such big hearts and are such a lovely family.
Gucci has stayed with Alina and Alex since he was a puppy. They are wonderful people! They always fit gucci in at the last minute! Gucci loves them and their lovely dog! They send daily photos and videos. Very responsive, trustworthy and a Lovely family! Gucci always has the best time!!
I cannot thank enough this lovely family- Alina, Igor, Alex, grandma and grandpa. They treat my Louie with full of love. They care and love my fur baby as much as I do. Louie loves staying with them and their dog, Baron is super friendly. I highly recommend this family!
Alex’s brother Igor was a wonderful dog sitter and helped us tremendously with our dog Balloon. Even though they are located in Auckland he was happy to travel and stay in our house in Jacks Point, Queenstown. He sent us daily updates and was taking our a bit naughty puppy for a walk sometimes 6 times a day 😅 Will definitely use him in future 🥰
Oreo has been going to daycare at Pets in the City Wairau Park for a few months now, and she has the time of her life there. The staff are fantastic and I know they take great care of her while she's In their care. The overnight hotel option is also fantastic for me as a shift worker, and means that my dog is safe and taken care of while I'm away on overnight shifts. Highly recommend anyone looking for doggy daycare and hotel services.
Lovely staff and very welcoming environment! We weren’t sure how our boy Apollo would do on his first day as he’s never attended daycare before, but pets in the city have been amazing with getting him settled and helping him build his confidence. Very easy process with getting registered and always highlight of the day seeing the photos they post to see how he’s doing🤗
Had a day care stay during the week. Staff were great to talk to. Drop off and pickup was efficient. Have a small confident dog but young. He was fine in with other dogs. Place is kept clean and staff genuinely love dogs. They do kennel dogs overnight and rates are reasonable.

The team are always cheerful and positive when we arrive. Both daycare and overnight stays are enjoyed by my dog. She is always tired and ready for a restful sleep after playing with her doggy friends all day. I love the social skills it's teaching her as well as the exercise she gets.
I was very scared to leave my lil Biscuit at daycare for the first time, but the staff took their time and informed me how everything works, showed me around, and kept me informed about Biscuits progress. And from the lovely pics they post, I could definitely see how happy Biscuit was! Thank you for the Amazing experience, warmth and comfort!

Louis our miniature schnauzer had a great stay for a week. He was well looked after and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying about him. The daily photos on Facebook were great and we could see that he looked happy each day playing with his new friends. The staff were kind and genuinely cared for him. This is his 4th stay and we will definitely be back!

I have loved working at Pets and Pats. It's heartwarming to work with such adorable little dogs, you create an amazing bond by spending so much time with them. I stopped working a week ago and missed them every day. Another plus is the staff I have met in the 6 months I have worked here, caring people who are always willing to help and lend a hand when you need it, especially if you are from abroad. I made some great friends from all over the world who I will miss very much and would love to see again if this trip brings me back to Auckland.
Absolutely love the friendly team at Pets and Pat! My little pup, Romeo, has been going there for over a year, and he always looks forward to the PupBus coming by in the morning. Romeo is already looking forward to his morning cuddles and kisses from all his friends! Team is very professional and always communicate all so well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Working in Pets and Pats made me feel very grateful, first because I was able to spend so much time with so many doggies, and second because gave me the opportunity to make very good friends while working with the staff members. Also it was very rewarding to see the excitement in the puppies every morning when I had to pick them up, but also see the happiness when they were reunited with the parents in the afternoon.
Pets and Pats are just wonderful! My little Cleo has been going to the farm since she was six months old so the better part of 2 years - we had tried a couple of other daycares before settling for Pets and Pats - They have given Cleo so much confidence, Ang and the team treat her as if she is one of their own but not just when she’s there - When Cleo has been off unwell they would check in on her and drop off care packages making not only her but also me feel cared for and supported. I always know she has the best time while she is there, when she is picked up she is always so excited to go does twirls and squeaks in excitement before bounding out the door and is so worn out when she comes home that she snuggles up on the couch - If your ever considering a daycare for you little fur baby absolutely can’t recommend P&P enough!
I cannot recommend Pets and Pats enough. Being first time fur parents, we care so much about our little Charlie and where he goes. Pets and Pats are constantly AMAZING to deal with. Charlie gets picked up by the "pup bus" which he waits at the door for in the mornings. He gets sooo excited when it arrives - that tells me everything I need to know. He absolutely loves going to the farm as he gets to run around with all his friends. We really like how they categorise dogs in size, age and energy levels so we know Charlie won't be bowled by bigger dogs or step on smaller ones accidentally. The whole team are friendly and really easy to communicate with. I have 100% trust in everyone involved and know Charlie is in safe hands from the moment that he gets picked up, to when he gets back home at the end of the day ❤️
We used Pets and Pats services for over 3 and half years for Mika - our now 4 year old Lagotto. Pets and Pats were very accommodating in that Mika wasn't spayed for the first 18 months, but was still allowed to attend (post a trial period) as long we kept her in at home for the time we was on heat. This pragmatic and professional approach was important to us as a working couple. For over 3 years - Pets and Pats never missed a pickup, and their communication and flexibility when life happened was top notch. They are a very reliable and dependable service.
Absolutely LOVE Pets & Pats Team. They have looked after my two girls for over a year now. The staff are so lovely and the bus drop off is so convenient. Our girls are knackered when they get home (both pointer x that need a lot of exercise!!) The grounds are a dogs paradise and the team absolutely love and care for all the dogs. Owner Ang is lovely and has helped us out when in a major pickle several times!! Our girls have also stayed over weekends many times. Any review which degrades the care or cleanliness of the dogs or property is absolutely rubbish. Our girls come home cleaner than when the left! The property is fully secure and wonderful. I have found no issues with communication with the team - in fact they put up with my slack communication so well. Highly Recommend x Thank you team we are so grateful for your care of our girls x
Pets and Pats is a home away from home for Lilli my wee dog who was welcomed into the family, and I mean into the family in all aspects. She slept with the other treasured dogs inside and the team was happy to accommodate her independent style. I have left Lilli with Pets and Pats since she was born and would not thinking of any other better place. The team care for her every need, food, rugs, grooming and cuddles. I know when I pick her up that she is healthy and happy. I searched for months visiting other places which do not match up to the wonder home with Pets and Pats. Security is big for me and I love that fences and places for all dogs of all sizes to run and play. Pets and Pats the best place ever!

Maya from PCAT looked after my elderly dog, 16 year old cat, and disabled rabbit the other weekend. Being a vet nurse myself, I am very cautious when it comes to trusting someone with my pets. However, I was not only comfortable, but my pets received the best care. From my dog receiving his daily medication, the cat being allowed to sleep in Maya's bed, to my rabbit getting his much anticipated bedtime treat. An all round awesome experience for all ❤️🐾

Millie adores her time in day care through the week, but this weekend she had the extra special treat of staying with one of the awesome staff on their farm while I celebrated my birthday. I'm not entirely sure she was thrilled about coming home to be honest! I'll work through my separation anxiety 😉 she has been very snuggly and sleepy today, absolutely shattered!

Great staff, they really care and look after the dogs. Been bringing my puppy there since she was really young and she is well socialised. They put out the doggy pool sometimes and also blow bubbles for the dogs to play.
Bernie absolutely loves going to Dog HQ. When we drop him off in the morning he flys in the door he’s so excited. When we pick him up he tells us all about the fun times he had with his friends. Lovely staff and the daily photos on Facebook and instagram are a lovely touch. Would absolutely recommend sending your dogs here. 10/10
We take our dog here every week and it puts our mind at ease that he can have a full day of interactions with other dogs in a safe environment.
Not impressed by this daycare, unsure if they actually look after your dog or just put them all in a room and leave them all day, taking sporadic photos to make it look like they’re with them. My dog has gotten kennel cough twice since being there and comes home stinking of urine like she’s been rolling in it all day.
Great place for dog day care. I have been using Dog HQ services for near on 9 years now and have never had anything to complain of. Both my dogs love their visits.
Penny loves having her time at DHQ. She comes home happy and can’t contain herself when sh is dropped off in the mornings... sh is so happy. Great way for her to socialise
