We’ve had over 25 different sitters from zeewoi, and all bar 2 have been great, and most I’d be happy to have return. However, John and Penny are just on another level. They are quite simply superb. They are true, true animal lovers, and you can tell this from looking at their dedicated pet sitting Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/PAJE-Worldwide-Cat-Sits-473279066743298 Pre-sit communication was excellent, and it was great to get such enthusiastic and regular updates whilst we were away, including lots of great pictures, completely reassuring us that our beloved was being very well looked after. Sadly, our cat got a rash which turned into a wound whilst we were away, but Penny and John took the lead, asking for our input and permissions, and handled the whole situation brilliantly in partnership with our vet. I know how hard it can be to get our cat into the carrier, to the vet and to administer meds, but they clearly managed all of this expertly, and we returned to a cat on the mend, who had clearly been well looked after. The house was absolutely spotless when we returned, with clean linen put back on the beds, and they even offered to pick up some shopping for us. We were even lucky enough to get a couple of lovely and thoughtful gifts. Being away when your loved pets get taken ill can be very traumatic, but I can’t think of anyone better than John and Penny to be there to completely own the situation, and this was very reassuring whilst we were enjoying our holiday. I cannot recommend them highly enough; we’d gladly have them back any time and I am already trying to ensure they’re available the next time that we are planning to go away!!
Meridy did a fantastic job looking after Tarka. It was great knowing he was being loved and cared for by such a caring person. Meridy kept us posted on Tarka with photos and videos. Susan was a godsend in helping Nala while we were away. It’s never easy trusting someone you don’t yet know to look after your most precious loved ones but Susan made that incredibly easy. Susan was friendly, kind and patient with Nala’s complicated demeanor, responsive, and took great care in making sure her medications were properly given. Don’t hesitate to have Susan care for your furry (or not furry) friends! You won’t regret it
