I had updates almost every day with how are little girl was doing without me having to ask. Such a fun-loving and thoughtful couple. They even cleaned the entire house before leaving. Would highly recommend and I hope to have them over again in the future!

Nanci took good care of our cats and sent us cute and funny pictures to update us. Fluffi did a protest pee on the bed after Nanci tried to gently put the pill in her mouth (she is very sensitive). Nanci washed the sheets and we found a good solution. However, she should have asked before what to do if Fluffi doesn’t eat the pill, instead of trying it on her own. The cat grass, which is important for indoor cats, was dead when we arrived, and there was mold in our fridge. We thought she would eat things we left there and otherwise throw it away. Apart from that, the apartment was clean and Nanci had washed her sheets. Nanci’s arrival was quite confusing as she didn’t write her arrival time correctly and had no internet connection when she arrived in Garmisch. Elena should have worked and had to wait for 45 min at home for her to arrive from the train station, without be able to communicate with her. Then she told us that the access to our apartment is too steep for her and Elena drove her to a supermarket which is 5 min walking from home. But when we were gone, she could manage everything well by her own. All in all we would entrust our pets with Nanci.
