A very comfortable stay! I had a wonderful 2 weeks exploring the countryside on the many local walks. Caroline and James have a lovely, welcoming home and the views are stunning. The chickens and ducks are adorable and I shall miss spending time with them every day. A thoroughly enjoyable visit, thank you!
We are almost lack of words! We had the most wonderfull stay in Banstead. We have only good things to say about our stay, Kerry is so possitive, joyfull and helpfull person and Robbie is such a lovable caracter. We even asked Kerry if she could adopt us! We did not want to leave. The bonus was all the 15 spieces of birds we saw in the garden, that came every day to feed. The squirrels wear also very lively and last but not the least there are hedgehogs there (two we think). If the opportunity will rise for us to have another stay I thing we will go to long lenght to make that possible.
Staying at Rosemarie and Francisco's was such a joy! Isabella and Emily are super sweet and affectionate cats. Isabella was with me most of the time, and made me laugh a lot. Emily is older, and she always received my attention with happiness, especially when it was time for a brushing! As Rosemarie had said, it is the key to her heart! The house is spacious, comfortable and clean, close to buses and tubes, and the area is fun to explore. Communication with Rosemarie was always easy and pleasant, and I hope to go back soon to see everyone! During the time of my stay, Lily was on holiday, and I only saw her briefly, and she made a wonderful lasting impression on me!
Alby and Buster were a joy to be with. They both have great personalities. Alby is a good companion on hikes and loves to snuggle. The house was clean and comfortable with a big fenced yard and beautiful mountain views. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to everything. Sara was friendly and provided excellent instructions. She was responsive to texts when questions arose.
Jane and Angus were extremely welcoming. They have 3 lovely cats, a little shy but extremely well natured and loving. The property is beautiful and the garden absolutely stunning. They were a pleasure to sit for & I’d love it if they would consider me again in the future. Lovely people and pets, a truly wonderful experience (despite the British Summertime weather!!) This was my first house sit and I was not sure exactly what to expect. However it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Anne & Paul were amazing hosts - warm & welcoming. I arrived the day before their departure and was given all the information I would need to look after their dog Doug and even invited for breakfast with them the following day before their departure. Their home is comfortable and eclectic, in a beautiful setting and with a most interesting collection of ‘antique-y items scattered around the houses and property. My accommodation was separate but attached to the main house and had a fully equipped kitchen and everything I needed to look after Doug enjoy my time there. But the cherry on the cake was Doug the dog. He is well trained but more important, the happiest, sweetest, smartest chocolate brown Labrador and he stole my heart. My experience was wonderful thanks to Anne & Paul but especially Doug - I am totally in love with this furry bundle of joy and affection. Thank you all for making my first sit such a good one.

I always loved going here and my dogs seemed happy. I loved the facility and the owner ...she had runs fir each kennel that could be opened so your pet could run in and out during the day. I was so excited to get my two dogs booked with her this year ...two weeks later she called and told me she could not keep my dogs for socialization reasons and having never met one of the two dogs...my newest one is the one she was referring too. No complaints before....ever...I even called the other facility to make sure he behaved ...I'm very upset that she most likely gave out spot to a more regular boarder and made up a reason to not keep them this time. Not only was it upsetting it hurt my feelings. I would not want someone who doesn't like my animals around mine anyway...just sad when it seems she just doesn't like us considering she never met him. Really hurt my heart. Don't get used to going here bc they will ditch you for no reason . My feelings were very hurt.
I can't say enough good things about Marlene. Our pup absolutely loves her. We never worry about him while we are away!
Marlene is wonderful !! Has been taking care of my fur baby since i got him. (Years now) Appreciate the fact that she wants updated shot records. Brody loves staying with her. I never have to worry about him while in her care.
Very unprofessional. Had our spot scheduled over six weeks in advance. Owner Canceled our reservation out of concerns for our one 1YO Aussie that she has never met. The best dog we’ve ever had. I don’t want our pups to be where they’re not wanted. -Toney’s
Owner not friendly at all. Basically called me a liar regarding my dogs shot records because I didn't supply receipts for all shots. Just a little too strict in my opinion, I understand wanting things in order, but she was way too picky and then snotty about it.
This was the first time boarding 3 dogs there while on vacation. I will definitely take them back again. The owner was so nice and treated our dogs like her own. The facilities were clean and roomy.

Don’t even know where to begin! MaryAnn is such a sweetheart! She made me and my family feel at ease while we were gone for a week on vacation. It was last minute and well like most people we were a little skeptical at first. We did a meet and greet and I knew she was the real deal! She sent us pictures of my three cats every visit! Told me every time she was about to arrive at my house. Safe to say I trusted her so much, I didn’t use my household cameras to observe her in my house. She even went out of her way to make sure my rescue cat that’s terrified of everyone got to eat as well. Crazy cat lady is definitely a pet sitting, I recommend and I will be using her service moving forward every year. Easy 5 star plus business!!
The Crazy Cat Nanny is crazy about cats and calm, clear and consistent about caring for them! We had a warm and friendly first meeting in which she listened to me wax on about and took copious notes regarding each of my four cat's personalities and needs- feeding, playing, cleaning, medication. AND she offered to feed my fish and bring in the mail as well! While I was away she texted awesome daily videos and pictures of each cat, and when I returned home I found organized checklists and notes regarding each day's visit. For all she did for me and my kitties, her pricing is more than reasonable. I had amazing travels away from home because my cats were safe and happy in the loving and capable hands of the Crazy Cat Nanny. I will call on her again for my next travels. MEOW!
Mary Ann is wonderful! She loves on our baby and gives him the attention he craves. When we are away she sends video and photo updates and is in constant communication. She is amazing to work with and the best thing of all is that Bob loves her too! It's a win-win with Mary Ann.

Mary Ann watched my two cats several times over the last 15 months. She always made sure I knew she my animals were safe and in good hands. Each time she came to my house she played with the cats, sent me videos, update texts, and photos. She even went and got cat food once when I was unable to do so. She is very kind and thoughtful. Mary Ann is absolutely fantastic with cats, very professional and incredibly thorough! She kept me updated during every visit and sent videos that really put my mind at ease. The cats clearly liked her and even my scaredy cats that hide from everyone made appearances for her. She left notes from each visit and did extra things that I didn't expect, like watering plants outside, bringing in the paper, and taking out the trash! I relaxed almost instantly, and loved to see our (usually) shy girl soak up lovings from MaryAnn on the first visit. MaryAnn was caring and attentive as she asked questions and took notes. We took a much needed week-long vacation and felt so connected the whole time! MaryAnn sent daily pictures and text updates, and we arrived home to see she left a daily check list and messages. Lovings and treats and food and playtime; scooping and cleaning and watering the house plants..AND addressing special needs... We were absolutely blown away.
