Goda went out of her way to adapt to my (complicated) travel schedule, and made sure to make the key transitions easy for me! She took wonderful care of our cat and apartment, and I returned to a happy and relaxed cat and tidy apartment. She also was quite responsive and send in pictures periodically so I could see things were going well. She‘d be welcome to sit for us again!
Sam stayed with Blanche. He took her for walks and was super communicative. Blanche seemed happy when I returned and the house was just as clean as when I left. Thank you Sam!
Our time in Port Townsend was so enjoyable. Emily & Lucas’ home is centrally located, an easy walk to the Saturday Farmers’ market, several lovely parks and downtown waterfront stores & restaurants. The home & Moxie instructions were clear and Emily was prompt in responding to a few Moxie questions. Moxie is a sweet pup & responds well to her chicken treats, we enjoyed hanging with her in the lovely fenced back yard. We recommend this sit and would love to do it again. K & T
5/5 dream sit! I almost don’t want to tell you how nice Franny and Vanessa’s place is so we can keep it all to ourselves :-) Franny is a very sweet cat who loves head scratches and getting brushed. A little skittish at first but can get cuddly after a day or two filled with treats. Her care is easy and straightforward. The apartment is a large 1 bedroom that is beautifully decorated and well maintained and clean. It’s got everything you need, but no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Not an issue, just want to make sure everyone catches that. Easy to live in and work from if you need to. Thanks Vanessa and Franny for a great sit!
This was a wonderful housesit! Tracy and Morgan were so welcoming and easy going and their house is a pleasure indeed! The views of the Cascade Mountains from their deck, the huge backyard, and the happy feeling of the home were all delightful. Watching the sun come up over the mountains were truly wonderful Everything was extremely well organized and explained, and I had very complete information about both the house and the pets. Besides sending me the guide through TH, they had printed it out and left a laminated copy for me to use--very helpful! All of the details for caring for Leera and Loquita were clearly described, and the instructions were easy to follow, from giving meds to interactions with other dogs during walks to everything in between. I really appreciated the systems in place; it made jumping in as a sub that much easier. Tracy and Morgan were easy to communicate with both before and during the sit, and got back to me quickly when I had questions. Both Leera and Loquita are so loving and happy to see you--Leera greeted me at the door every time, and both slept in the room with me. Loquita loved to perch on my legs whenever I sat down, very cozy! Leera is a ball of energy, and two good walks a day plus playing chase-the-stick in the backyard made her happy. She is really strong, but follows commands well when walking. There are nice quiet streets, and a big "pipeline" park for walking her--really enjoyed getting out and about in this peaceful area. I heartily recommend this house sit, the sweet pets and very, very kind and welcoming hosts.
Taking care of Suna and Bao was really easy and pleasant! They were both very friendly and loved being petted and being brushed. Bao liked meowing when we got close to the kitchen haha, but did not disturb us when we were sleeping and only started meowing once they heard us wake up. They also liked playing with each other and would run around the house playing, which was lovely to see. Steven and Abi communicate really well before and during our sit. Steven took the time to show us the apartment and give us all the details about caring for Suna and Bao. The apartment had everything we needed and their bed was really comfy! The apartment is located in Lausanne's city center, so it was really easy to go sightseeing from there. We highly recommend this house sit to other cat lovers!
We had a wonderful time looking after Leo, even though it was only for a few days. He is a very friendly and playful doggy, and has such a sweet nature. He is very affectionate and will lick you to show you just how much he likes you! Samantha is so friendly and welcoming, and made us feel immediately comfortable in her beautiful apartment. She took the time to walk Leo with us and show us all of his favourite places to walk and where his doggie friends live, and we really appreciated this. The apartment is located in a lovely area of HCMC with lots to do- the best part is the dog friendly cafes! We would LOVE to take care of Leo again in the future and highly recommend this sit.
Very sweet kitties, ranging from social to shy, but all of them love playing with a wand toy, and any shyness melts away with a Churu treat ☺️. Beautiful home! Beautiful garden! Tons of stuff to walk to- target, pharmacy, parks, cafes, restaurants, bars, and a store for anything you might need. I didn't need a car. Friendly neighborhood. Dan and Azlynda were so nice! I would absolutely sit for them again.
