Munira and her son Mohammed were incredible cat sitters who looked after both our cats very well. Munira was great at communicating prior to their stay, kept us updated on their journey and arrived exactly on time. We got regular updates on how the cats were, including lots of great photos and videos. The photos, videos and messages clearly showed they had both bonded fantastically with our cats and the cats were getting plenty of love, attention and play time. Mohammed is a very polite, caring and wise young man. It is clear from the videos that he committed lots of his time playing with our cats, which we really appreciate. Our house was left very clean and tidy, with fresh bedding fitted for our return. We highly recommend Munira and Mohammed - we will certainly be asking them to sit again for us.
I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! We feel so lucky to have had Billy & Jenny to look after our cats and take such wonderful care of our home while we were away on a long trip. They sent awesome updates and came home to a sparkling clean apartment and happy cats. Could not recommend these two more highly!

We had a wonderful experience with Alexandria Pet Care and are very pleased with their services! We left our cats in their care for five days during a holiday weekend, during which we got updates for each visit and were able to see the times they visited, all of which were within timeframes requested. Alexandria Pet Care has been so helpful for our dog. We scheduled 4 in home one-on-one sessions for our newly adopted puppy last year and it was so helpful for her. She was reactive towards other dogs and people but after just one session our dog made so much progress. Alex, the trainer, also taught us the best way to help with her anxiety and how to continue making progress with her after our 4 sessions were completed. Alex has also been helpful answering questions via email since our sessions have ended, and at no charge.
The APC Team's kindness and attention were truly exceptional. They provided extraordinary care to our fur babies, treating them as if they were their own. She is able to care for my challenging senior dogs, including a large dog with mobility issues and another with health conditions. Kiara is honest and cares deeply about each animal.
