Super Christmas Housesit! What a relaxing place with all things close by and the ever-comforting Pistache. Where to start/ Bettina and Frank are some of the most positive people you will ever meet and instantly welcomed us with open arms. Gave us a quick tour of the island and trustingly the use of their car which made our stay easier. Pistache is well known with her friends on the island. She is always excited to go for walks, runs or a car ride exploring. She loves her routine early walks/run, late walks/run and keeping cool during the day in the shade at your feet or inside with the AC. She loves to curl up to you on the bed and without you will push up against pillows. The house is typical Saba Island style, perfectly centrally located with breezes keeping the house and yard relaxing. It is within a few blocks of everything one needs, fresh bakery (open extremely early every day), clothing, food supply stores and various eating or socializing places. Highly recommend trying all of them, lol. Even the tourist information for the island is close by and the various hikes start within a few blocks including the most famous hike to the top into the cloud forest. This was a relaxing very quiet place where absolutely everyone knows everyone including their pets by name and we would most certainly sit here again. A special thankyou to Bettina for having us.
We arrived at Gillian's house after a long tiring journey and were given a warm welcome, especially by Coco. We were given a lovely meal and enjoyed chatting. Gillian's house is extremely comfortable and we thouroughly enjoyed staying there. Banchory and the surrounding areas are lovely to explore and we especially liked taking Coco for walks through the Woodland Trail at Crathes Castle. She also loved splashing around in the river. When Gillian and Andrew arrived home we all had a meal toghether and we really felt part of their family. Thank you again Gillian for giving us a lovely holiday and we would love to come again next summer.
Joshua was great to house sit for! A very charming and warm home, with a very unique twist (indoor treehouse lol?!). Their young lab Rimo is a super sweet puppy that we loved playing and cuddling with. Any house sitters would be lucky to sit for this charming family and their home!

We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

Love Pawshake!! Our holiday plans changed last minute and we could not book our Pugalier into the kennels he usually goes to, or find any that had availability. My two boys love it here! They get so excited when the van pulls up. The Daycare is super convenient - the boys get picked up in the morning and dropped off in the arvo. There are webcams throughout the facility that allow me to watch my boys too, which is always entertaining. They come home tired and happy. Dog Royalty also offer boarding as well. We had our dogs stay at the Rossmore facility for about 3 weeks. It was a stressfree holiday for us not having to worry about them because they were constantly under supervision, whilst being entertained and kept to a nice schedule. The boys came back home from boarding looking as healthy as when they left. Would 100% recommend their service to others.
Chris and the team at Dog Royalty have been providing exceptional dog daycare and training to our two (very small, very big personality) boys, Franklin and Theodore, since 2020. Daycare: The drop off and pick up service is prompt and a huge timesaver for us, considering we both work and often would not be able to make pick up/drop off if we had to do this on our own. Our boys come home from their day exhausted but happy- and we can see why by checking in on them throughout the day using the dog royalty webcam. The team’s communication is fantastic, which was especially helpful in the transition period when both dogs started attending. The centre itself is a clean and well equiped enviroment, with plenty of activities. The team also regularly send us photo and video updates of them too, and overall, the service is very competitively priced. Training service: We also decided to enlist Doy Royalty's training services to help our youngest dog tackle some reactivity while walking on lead. Chris took the time to chat to us comprehensively about our goals and objectives, determined our current approach to training, and spent almost three hours walking us (literatally and figuratively) through a new, sensible and gentle training approach. By the end of this session we felt so much more confident in recognising and dealing with any lead reactivity and my partner and I now equipped with a consistent approach to dealing with any reactive behaviour. Chris also followed up with a comprehensive written training plan that has been easy to incorporate into our daily routine. I cannot recommend the Dog Royalty team enough when it comes to providing daycare and/or training for your fur baby. Thank you again, Chris and the Dog Royalty team!
Dog Royalty is awesome! They came highly recommended via a friend and family member, and have superseded our expectations. The staff are so great and you know they absolutely love their job. They provide the wonderful service of picking up and dropping off our fur-baby, Crumpet, which puts us at ease, particularly on the days we cannot work from home. It's a beautiful thing to know your dog is in wonderful and safe hands when he is away from us. We are chuffed and the pictures speak for themselves. Our dog loves Dog Royalty. It is his happy place. He is always super excited to be picked up by Dog Royalty’s van. The service is extraordinarily convenient - your furry friend gets picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, back home after a busy day of playing with other dogs. All staff members are super friendly, responsive and reliable. We never had any problems getting information or communicating with Dog Royalty. We highly recommend Dog Royalty. Your dog will love it!
Our dog Bobby loves attending daycare at Dog Royalty and doesn’t glance back to us when the trainers come to collect him at the start of the day. He was a tiny 2kg puppy when he first started attending but the trainers all took great care of him slowly introducing him to the other dogs. He is now a hefty 4kg and full of a confidence which belies his size. We get regular pictures of Bobby at play from the dog royalty team with pics. The team is all incredibly caring.

I am so grateful to Chris and his wonderful team at Dog Royalty. We have 2 mini groodle pups who are now 6 months old. Chris came to our home for training when the pups were just 10 weeks old, his advice, care and expertise allowed us to get off to a great start with the pups. His early visit, assessment and expertise were fundamental as it allowed us to implement training in those very early days. I would not hesitate to book another review with him if I had any concerns in the future. As soon as the pups were able to attend Dog Royalty day care the wonderful team assisted us in booking them in. The pick up and delivery service is excellent. The contact via the app and the webcam are wonderful. The pups are up each morning hoping that it is a day care day as they love it. Their attendance has allowed them to socialise with other dogs and the staff, this has translated in to them being calmer and friendly on our daily walks and day to day outings. The Dog Royalty staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly, professional and clearly love animals. 5 stars for every aspect of this service.
The first day our puppy left for Dog Royalty, I cried. I continued crying for the next few weeks. As a doggy parent, It’s hard putting your trust in others. But I’m so glad I found dog royalty. I kept seeing the van around my area so I thought I would look into it. I was on the waitlist for a good few months but when I got the email to say there were spots available, I immediately signed him up. My dog Thor LOVES going! When he hears the dog on the door, he goes absolutely nuts. The staff who pick him up and work there are always so friendly and reassuring and you can see how much they love dogs and him. It’s a pretty amazing service. He gets picked up and dropped off at the door. We also get a little debrief on our dog’s day. Dog royalty have a live webcam so I like to watch Thor and see what he gets up too. He comes back home sooo exhausted. Our dog is highly social and loves playing with other dogs so we know this is the right place for him. They also have a What’s App group so we can message them at any time and they are extremely prompt with their responses. It was hard letting go of him but I’m so glad I did it. He loves going. If he could go every day, he would. Don’t hesitate, just do it. Your dog will love it!
Gaston loves Dog Royalty, he waits to hear the sound of the van pull up & he loves his days there as he gets to play all day. He has come back calm and tired but also the added training he gets has helped mellow him out. He’s a big boy and full of beans so it’s been such a fantastic experience and the team all lovely with him & he is such a happy pup. Couldn’t recommend enough to try them out.I also love that I can check in on him whenever I want by logging in.
We LOVE Dog Royalty! My 1 year old English Staffy "Joy" has been attending Dog Royalty for over 4 months now and she always has the best time with her doggy pals and comes home utterly exhausted (and happy)! It's been so great for her socialisation skills and I love that they have a big outdoor play area (where Joy can enjoy her sunny bakes). Their pick up and drop off service is so convenient for full time workers (like myself). Chris and the team are always super friendly, helpful and they will treat your pooch like their very own (literally like Royalty). I also love the regular updates and photos they provide and the fact that you can watch your dog having the best time via their live camera's is the absolute best! and also gives you that peace of mind. Jessica really did an amazing job for my puppy. It was my first time coming here for grooming. She took almost 4 hours doing such a difficult job of removing all the debris from my pups hair and dematting her furs. I will definitely come here again.

Good service but prices are higher than what other groomers are charging around the area for the type of service provided. Service is good but for this price I’ve had much better services offered elsewhere. May want to consider adding an extra pricing level to cater for extra small dogs that are less than 5kg to make prices more competitive. Would recommend if price is not an issue for you.
Happy Paws team are amazing. I took my poodle in on Saturday and they ended up working extremely hard to get her perfect. I dropped my poodle, Zoe early and they took their time to look at her and asked me what kind of style I wanted. Apparently, Zoe was very matted and they called to discuss with me about what solution we could proceed with. I'm very happy as they are very transparent and willing to help. I definitely recommend other pawrents to Happy Paws Petshop. I didn't get the lady's name but she is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I had my dog Ellie groomed here today and she’s smelling amazing and the staff were wonderful and as it was Ellie’s first time here they offered to provide changes to the cut around her face to my preference after she was done! The staff were lovely and friendly which made me more comfortable leaving Ellie with them! Overall wonderful experience.
Updated review: Our beautiful boy has been going here for over a year now. I have tried many groomers and a few day cares and have never seen my dog fluffier and happier than after visiting Dogs in Town. He even knows what "day care" means and is excited walking down the whole of Mitchell Road! I won't take him anywhere else. It is clear how much thought goes into our dog's care. Milo absolutely enjoys his time at dogs in town Alexandria, whether its for grooming , play care or boarding. He loves everyone in there and has his special favourites! This is also evident by the posts on instagram. I also notice that Milo is super excited as soon as we get to the street of dogs in town! It’s like he knows he is going to playcare! Whats even better is that when we get to dogs in town and the staff at the front reception calls his name, that is it!! Milo starts to blabber whatever he is saying and he doesn't know me anymore! He doesn't even look back! When i pick him up in the afternoon, he would be so tired he is asleep straight away and that is when I know he has had a good time and absolutely loves it there! We have also utilised grooming and boarding services and always have the best experience! Milo knows who looks after him because he also kisses them all when he sees them! Thank you to dogs in town team for always looking after Milo. We live far away from you but we always go back to you for all your services.
Been sending our Pomeranian regularly to day care for over 6 months and have to say the team at Dogs In Town have been incredible! The staff are super friendly and go that extra mile for all occasions! Their booking portal is seamless, and cute photos and vids are posted regularly on their Insta page. Our Pom practically drags us to Dogs in Town cause he can’t wait to get in. The shop is super convenient to quickly grab some treats and toys too. Would highly recommend their day care service for anyone in the area!
Bradley is addicted to Dogs In Town. He tries to jump out of the car window when we are close. He runs in wagging his tail, like all the dogs on drop off. He is greeted with lots of cuddles from friendly owners & staff (more like family). He is always well monitored, he treated like a King! He comes home hydrated & happy and ready to sleep. If you want your fur baby well looked after you can’t go past DIT 🏆
Wonderful store with all the quality bits and pieces you need for your furry loved one! The team were wonderful and thoughtful with my little cavoodle on her first visit. She had a wash and tidy and came out looking and smelling the best I’ve ever seen her - well done! We’re long term customers now :)
The staff here did exactly what they said they would do, were on time, cared very well for our two dogs and are obviously experts in their field. We would highly recommend Dogs in Town and even though this was our dog’s first groom here, we will be returning regularly, as our dogs were so well looked after as well as groomed beautifully.
Our little boy Billie has been going to Centennial Bark for three years and it is wonderful. All the staff and Thomas love dogs and treat them like their own. Grooming is great also.

Walked into shop and the Bald headed dude was leaning on the fence and starring into space. Came to the counter and I asked in an extremly friendly manner (not at all abrupt) if he would be interested in receiving a sample pack to trial and he just said he was too busy and rudely walked off.. A then returned to his perch on the fence and continued to stand there and do nothing.... Too busy, I don't think so. A nicer response (especially when not busy) would have been something like, "Sorry mate, 8 can't talk know but please contact...., or please come back another r time'...not how bald headed dude reacted... That's just down right rude and there is no excuse.
My dog always looks so handsome when he's been to Centennial Bark! And he seems to really like everyone (especially Holly). He gets very excited when I say "haircut" and always trots around very proud of himself after his appointments.
Tom and his entire team at Centennial Bark are fantastic. They clearly care a lot for the dogs, and ensure that they have an enjoyable day, every day, in a clean, safe, and engaging environment. Having excellent quality grooming available during daycare stays as an optional extra is just a bonus. My only concern is that my dog might like daycare more she likes me.

I went to Centennial Bark for the 1st time today to have my Cairn Terrier Reggie hand stripped. I’d been other places and not always happy as stripping is a fine art but Holly was amazing. Reggie looks fabulous and Holly was brilliant. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
My Japanese Spitz is very dramatic and has had issues with some groomers in the past. Having just moved from NZ, we were trying to find a new groomer and decided to bring him to Holly. It is SUPER unfortunate that he decided to be uncooperative when it came to brushing, but Holly didn't charge us for what she had already done! Service is next level, really wished CB was our new regular groomer 😔
Took our long haired groodle puppy who was in desperate need of grooming and de matting following all the rain. We were expecting a fully shaved dog but were blown away with how amazing he looks and how much hair was kept. So very pleased with the service and competitive price. We can't thank your team enough.
Your Critter Sitter are fantastic at what they offer, from pet sitting, home kenneling, Dog walking, grooming and information for your pets needs and products. They cater not only for dogs but guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, mice, fish, ferrets... from small and furry to larger pets. The dogs LOVE their walks. They get excited, get to explore and you can see just from their facebook page photos how much care and time they put into making sure the dogs have a wonderful time. They really care about the quality of service, making sure you and your pets get a great experience. I have seen the care that Hannah and Heather take with every pet sit and service they give to their clients including the ones with fur! They are an exceptional business and an asset to the community. I would highly recommend.
After lining up a housesitter to look after my two old dogs a month before a big trip, she cancelled with two days to go. With kennels booked out, I remembered having met Heather and Hannah at the dog park and gave them a call. They came to the rescue!! Ernie and Burt actually stayed with them while we were gone. They were pampered and loved and came back home happy and healthy. They are amazing with animals and a credit to our community. I would not hesitate recommending this service to anyone who loves their pets.
What a great service Chloe, Sam and the girls offer my Border Collie. The come to collect her with ease and drop her off tired, pooped out and ready for a peaceful night's rest that evening. Love seeing the Instagram updates and live videos of her park walks and ball chasing.
Heather and Hannah took care of our Westie Dolly for four days and I can honestly say that they were incredible. Dolly had a fantastic time and we were so appreciative of this service. From meeting us and Dolly before-hand and collecting her and dropping her off, we were impressed and so at ease. One of the best things though, was posting little videos and photos on their Facebook page so that we could see our "baby" having fun and playing. We recommend this service to everyone! We will be using Your Critter Sitter in future as Dolly had a ball!!!!
Hannah and Heather certainly offer a piece of mind when it comes to looking after pets if you are away. I have also recommended them to a friend of mine who travels a lot for work - they take care of the cat for her when she is away and she has used them several times.

I love this doggy day care so much! The team at bemoredog truly treats your furry friends like their own family! When I lost my pup earlier this year, they showed so much support and kindness, and I will be forever grateful for that. Now that I’m blessed with a new pup, I can’t wait for him to experience the joy of their daycare as well. Our Apollo has been going to BMD since he was a little puppy! He gets so excited when we take him there and best of all he comes back completely exhausted! 😅 there was a change in owner about 18 months ago and it has been the best change! The manager Alaya is so friendly and personable. You can tell him and his team really loves the puppers 🐶 we love that he gets to go for a walk there as well and the Instagram feed is the the valuable aspect! We are currently overseas (missing our Apollo) but Apollo still gets to go to BMD and the Instagram feed makes it so exciting for us 🥰 thank you!!
This service has been invaluable for us since adopting our puppy. While we're still waiting for his full vaccinations, he can't socialise at the park yet, so this has been a wonderful alternative. Not to mention the customer service is great and being able to see Instagram updates during the day certainly is the cherry on top. These guys are helping us raise a beautiful pup during an unusually busy time in our lives and we're very grateful.
My dog has been going there every week for about a year, and she’s made lots of friends. The staff is friendly and professional. The walk is a great add-on that many other doggy daycares don’t offer. Regular dogs there are nice too.
Be More Dog have been fantastic for our puppy Juniper. Staff are great, environment is great, hours are perfect to fit around the commute to and from work. They also provide a constant stream of updates on their Instagram account so I can see what they're getting up to. Doggo always gets a run around at the park and plenty of socialising with the other dogs. Can't recommend them enough.
I have been to a few daycares but Be More Dog is the best. The whole team put the dogs first in everything they do. They get to know the dogs and their quirks, likes and dislikes. Henry loves going and I know he is in safe hands. He comes home happy and exhausted. Communication about his day is second to none.
Alaya and the team at Bemore dog are great with my cavoodle Millie. Millie is always excited to go to Bemore dog and always comes home exhausted from all the playing throughout the day. The photos and short videos during the day are always great to watch. I sent Millie as a puppy and she went from a quiet and shy dog to a super confident girl that is very well-behaved around any dog no matter the size.

We've used Be More Dog a few times and are very happy with their services. Our little corgi man can be a handful on a good day, but he seems to enjoy his wash/trims here. Good local business, we'll be back!
Our little Frenchie x Pug, Belle, has been lucky enough to spend time at Be More Dog for daycare. Whenever she arrives home after a visit she is absolutely exhausted and from what we can see, extremely satisfied. Marcello is excellent with Belle being an on-lead doggo and makes sure she doesn't miss out on any fun because of it. He also looks out for her on warmer days and makes sure she's not overheating, etc. - a must with these breeds. He is also ever so graceful about her sometimes annoying habit of digging up the water bowl indoors when she's hot :) Knowing Be More Dog also provides other services such as Physical Rehab and Hydrotherapy also gives us peace of mind - Be More Dog certainly know what they're doing!

They constantly sent me updates throughout the day, including pictures and videos of my dog having the best time. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they both really go above and beyond to make your pup feel special. They spoiled her with treats and affection, and my dog was visibly happy when I picked her up. You can tell these people truly love what they do, and it shows in the care they provide. It has been 15 months that my Ronnie! Has been coming to Ooohh yeah day care and he is the happiest dog. This place is the best dog care in Sydney and I highly recommend these guys. They are the best and have helped my Ronnie, with his anxiety. They are so good with the dogs and love the dogs like their own. I also love the update stories and pics they send you through the day. Knowing that my Ronnie, is in the best care and happy makes me happy! Also I have been recommended by my vet to keep him into doggy daycare as it is the best place for dogs with anxiety. Excellent place! My puppy Ronnie, loves going there he’s so Super excited! Soon as we get to the front door he knows and once I open that door he runs up the stairs fast, to try to get into the pen to meet his friends and play. The best part is when I pick him up of an evening and we get home he goes straight to his bed to sleep cause he’s exhausted from playing all day! Which is a bonus for me!
Brought our 17 yo to Ooohh Yeah Dog Care a few times now. She has been so happy and super relaxed when she comes back! The team is incredibly nice, kind, and you can tell they love their dogs. Strong recommendation.
I have my pups washed and groomed by Brook regularly. My pups use to get very nervous at the groomers however they love coming to ohhh yeah! She’s always understanding as sometimes I run late from work to pick them up and she’s more than happy to mind them. You can tell Brook and her husband really genuinely love dogs. I would highly recommend this daycare.

I have taken my baby Cali to a few doggy day cares and by far this has been my best experience, the owners are so caring helpful and experienced. This is the only doggy day care I felt Comfortable and trusted that she would be safe and cared for. You really get 10/10 service from The staff in all avenues, from pick up and drop off, Dog grooming and washes, they go above and beyond for their customers! They even do birthday cake for your pups birthday!! Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for big or small doggie day care.
I couldn’t have chosen a better place to leave my 4 months puppy for the day. It was his first time at a dog care and he had the best time. Staff are very nice, caring and professional. They treat your pet as their own. We’ll definitely be back soon!
I have been sending my baby to these guys for a while now my little bloke is highly anxious doesn’t like anywhere new or being away from his family, my puppy absolutely loves going to day care and has the best time I can’t thank Brooke and Jason enough for how much they made me feel comfortable leaving him in their care but most of all making my baby so comfortable that he gets so excited now even just driving in the street, they have constant stories and videos of how much fun the dogs are having and they love animals so much that I know my boy is in the best care possible. I can’t recommend highly enough. Best of all he gets home and is exhausted, I can go about my day knowing my baby is not home alone just waiting for me but instead having the time of his life at this amazing day care.
Kip is the best! We have been sending our fur baby there for months. She is very anxious and can’t be home alone, it was stressful at first but once I found Kip it’s been a blessing. We take her 2-4 times a week and it is totally worth it! All the staff there are amazing, we really appreciate all their hard work, love and care :) It’s the highlight of our fur baby’s day, she jumps out of the car with excitement every time we pull up in the morning. It’s great for energetic dogs, they play all day with each other and come home completely pooped. We have never had any issues or harm with our dog, I believe the trainers are experienced enough to manage any situation if it did arise, but we trust them fully with the safety of our beloved baby 🐶💗 I highly recommend Alexandria Kip! - Photo attached of my happy baby at daycare (she loves it here)
The Kip Alexandria team are wonderful. It’s the first time we’ve left our puppy alone for a fully day without either of us around and we felt totally confident leaving her with the team. It’s amazing to know they keep an eye on the dogs and actively engage with them all day. We loved hearing about the friends Hilary had made😊 Highly recommend!
We send our Gus here and he loves it. The staff are lovely and you can tell they all love the dogs. They send daily updates and also keep their Instagram really up-to-date so that you can see what your dog gets up to.
The Kip Alexandria team are the best in town! We’ve tried other doggy daycare’s but no other treats our fur-boy with the love, care, stimulation & socialization he receives at Kip. The team are exceptional. Charlie attends 3 days a week & is so excited every time he goes. We would be lost without his Kip Alexandria family. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! Not only is my staffy extremely well loved, exercised and taken care of but the staff are absolutely next level! They are so knowledgeable and considerate and also so friendly to both me and my pup, they remembered his name and that he was mine after only the second time going. He’s been going 1-2 times a week for a couple of months now, always comes home nice and tired and we have zero plans to stop - also get emailed updates and they post quite often on fb stories ❤️
Kip had been an absolute lifesaver for our family. My partner and I work 9-5 and have two dogs (15 years and 10 months) at home. We certainly didn't plan to get a newer, so much younger, addition but we did and puppydom has been as much a joy as challenge to experience all over again. Needless to say, we would be lost without Kip. Just as we were searching for how to manage leaving such a young puppy home alone, without stressing out our older one, Kip appeared on the map and the reviews were glowing. We booked little Milo (then 8 months) in for a trial day and we were a nervous wreck all day because we know that not all pups and not all daycares are the right fit. It could not have gone better. The team let me hang around a little after drop off, provided so many photos and videos throughout the day, and at the end of his first day, they sat me down with a little report card. They had evaluated Milo carefully, noted which dogs he got along with and which he shied away from. They recommended days he was suitable for and I could tell that they cared as much about the safety and care of their current pack as they did any potential new additions. It made me feel that if Milo could fit in here, he would be in safe and responsible hands. It has been more than 2 months since then and Milo now goes twice a week. He loves it so much that he runs inside each morning and is returned to us a sleepy bundle each evening. We like to joke that 2 days at Kip buys us 4 days of peace - he is just that content. If you're considering leaving your beloved pup here, but are as nervous as I was, I can only say that we've been there. Doggy daycare isn't for all dogs and we feel lucky that it has worked out for us. If you can give it a go, be open to the process and assessment. I commend the staff here for their expertise and loving hearts. I trust them more with Milo than I thought possible.
Kip Alexandria is paws down the best in town! The staff's love for dogs shines through in everything they do. What sets them apart is their local mini-dachshund group – it's a real treat for my little one. They organise a ton of fun activities, from interactive games to playtime (and nap time). My DiDi comes home absolutely exhausted from all the fun! The facility is always clean, safe, and well-maintained, which is crucial for me. Plus, they provide regular updates and photos throughout the day, so I can see the fun DiDi is having. If you want your dog to have a day full of excitement and play, Kip Alexandria is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough! 🐾🎉
We love Kip Alexandria!! Our little whippet has been going since she was fully vaccinated and it’s been the best way to socialise her… and teach her a few things. She’s excited to go in and see her friends, and even better to meet them in the park in the weekends. The team is very attentive and get to know each dog in their care, give you a run down on their day and an by challenges, and provide fun updates via email and Instagram. It’s a lovely community 🥰

Kip Alexandria is Bowie's number one favourite place! He is the happiest on the days he gets go to to Kip and exhausted by the time he gets home. As dog owners, we are so happy Bowie can go somewhere where we know he will have fun and be looked after. We have never looked back at sending Bowie to Dog Daycare
I don’t personally hang out there because Im a human (bummer) but my dog told me he LOVES the Hound Lounge. It’s where he catches up with all his mates twice a week and makes sure their butts still smell friendly. He also gets so many belly rubs from the wonderful humans who work there! What a deal especially when he’s not the one paying the bill! Luckily the Hound Lounge is very affordable for his humans! He’s even has a BFF called Loki he met there (see the pics) and they love to play and give each other lots of kisses. I know this because I get a cute report card after he visits and they post tons of adorable pictures on their socials. What a world we live in!
If you're like me, you only want the best for your furry lil pal. Well, look no further, because The Hound Lounge are the best doggie daycare in town. My dog has been attending The Hound Lounge for the past two years (roughly 60 sessions), and his excitement when I tell him he's going to daycare has never faded. The team are experienced, caring, friendly, and transparent. All attributes of someone you want to look after your dog. Since attending The Hound Lounge, my dog has improved his communication with other dogs, become more social, and is overall a happier (an exhausted!) dog after a day at daycare. The level of care and attention my dog receives makes The Hound Lounge worth every penny.
My aloof grumpy small hound wagged his tail the other day as I dropped him off. This is a success! While the dog doesn't seem terribly thrilled at being abandoned to doggie daycare every Wednesday, I've found the staff warm, welcoming, understanding and they genuinely care for the dogs. Great evening classes in addition to their wonderful day care (we haven’t tried because I work from home but we get echoes from others in our class who are clients!). The evening classes by Speak Dog offer a controlled and safe environment to achieve all kinds of new skills. Regardless of the class topics, there’s a lot to benefit from having a place to practice calm and self control around other people and dogs. The Hound Lounge is always **spotless** and smells clean, is well equipped and spacious with three different enclosed indoor parks to have different groups of dogs to match similar socialising/activity needs or sizes.
I have not been in a situation with previous pups that I needed somewhere for our pup to be safe secure and loved. He is initially quite timid. We have been sending him to gods Hound lounge since he was fully vaccinated. The level of care and professionalism is wonderful ,as a person that used to train and trial dogs you get a feeling about a place, my feeling for hound lounge is very positive. Could not recommend them enough.
The inner west is lucky to have a place like this. Accepting small to large breed dogs for full day care services including specialised training for the furbabies. Our dog is a regular and he loves going. Very talented staff who are trained vet nurses, advanced dog trainers and all round dog lovers.
Our Lulu has been going to Hound Lounge for 18 months and she loves it. The staff are great and the care they provide is exceptional.
Have completed 3 private lessions with Betty, an amazing trainer with 'Speak Dog' & signed up for more group lessons. We have a very sweet & beautiful but overly reactive, strong & exuberant standard poodle pup. The lessons have been very positive for our baby but made me realise it's the humans that need to learn. Just love watching Betty handle our dog & it all seems so natural & easy but it's like handling our kids, they just don't do as well with their parents. I am determined however that with Betty's expert guidance, knowledge & patience, our pooch will settle & stop breaking my bones! I really appreciate the support that Betty has given us & highly recommend her as a dog trainer. She definitely speaks dog!
My dog is crazy active and hyper when she gets the zoomies. This place is such a relief when there is no one home for extended periods of time, as I can safely drop my pupper off and know she is having the best time (and not destroying the house). My dog absolutely loves the staff (sometimes more than she loves me) and loves her new puppy friends. The staff have always been respectful towards me as a client and are very intuitive with my dogs behaviours (always flick me a text when they are worried that she is stressed/ overstimulated). Recommend this place 100%
The Hound Lounge have been responsible for my dog Sally's training and well-being since she was a tiny puppy - they taught her pretty much everything she knows about how to dog in a busy urban world! They are exceptionally hard-working and diligent, we would not be where we are today without the love and care of The Hound Lounge team.
My aussie sheperd has been part of doggy walking for a year now. The walkers are dog lovers and are passionate about our pets. Very good value to not only have your pet taken for a walk daily, but also engaged with other dogs, trained and looked after. The walkers love my pet like their own.
We are using this service for our corgi Ein for several years and the walkers are very accomodating when we have sudden schedule changes or need additional walks, which is very important for us. We are also happy with our regular walkers and though over the years we had different people walking Ein all of them are very nice and take good care of our doggo.
I highly recommend this service for anyone with a fury friend. They are kind and flexible and awesome walkers. With this world constantly changing having this constant assurance you dog will be happy is amazing. My dogs behavioural problems have been fixed, and he loves other dogs.
Pretty consistent & affordable doggy walking. I would give 5 stars if the doggy walkers were more attentive to my instructions (for example I would tell them to put sunscreen on my dog and wipe her paws after, they sometimes forget), it’s totally understandable not to go the extra mile, and they’re always kind to my dog so I can’t complain!
