We put our german shepard, Blue ,in Tracy's care for a day, the house is clean, she treats the dogs as individuals and they stay in the house with the family, the charg is very competative and Blue enjoyed his stay.
Couldn't do our dates, so I guess they are busy and if they are busy I assume they must be ok

Kelly and Rosie looked after our 6 month old puppy Monty for ten days in September 2020. It was the first time we had left him with anyone else for an extended period of time but he was clearly very well looked after. We were given daily updates about how he was getting on, along with photos of his time outside on the beach, in the countryside or playing around at home. Kelly and Rosie clearly love what they do and we really felt Monty was in safe hands. He is looking forward to staying with them again next time we go away.
Kelly and Rosie are the BEST! We were let down by a local company and Kelly and Rosie saved us from cancelling our family holiday abroad! They welcomed our two cockapoos, Maisie and Bella with open arms and big hearts! They sent us photos and videos daily of their many walks and playing and it was easy to see they were being so loved and cared for in our absence. We couldn’t recommend them enough and being let down has inadvertently done us the biggest favour as we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else moving forward! When we picked the dogs up, they were so happy! Kelly and Rosie sent them home with a little gift bag with treats and toys for each. Maisie and Bella can’t wait for their next sleepover! Kelly and Rosie @ Bed & Bone are the best 'aunts' to our two pups Bertie and Bear when they stay. We're kept up to date with their shenanigans and feel 100% comfortable in the knowledge that they are being very well looked after (and probably more pampered than when they are at home!). We would thoroughly recommend Bed & Bone for doggy daycare and longer stays.
Fantastic dog holiday home with lovely owners. Our pup Aalto always leaps into their car. They are located near so much beautiful country side. Free collection and drop off from south London. Aalto has a some behavioural issues and they are great at understanding his needs and making sure he fits into the family. It is such a great feeling to go on holiday knowing he is having an amazing time.
I am so glad we found Kelly and Rosie to care for our fur babies Lily and Millie they have spend days at Bed and Bone and also a week whilst we were on holiday. Kelly and Rosie send updates and photos each day of how the girls are doing they just bring them into their family and give them an amazing home from home experience. We felt like the girls were having their own 5 star holiday whilst we were enjoying ours. After an unexpected change at our usual dog daycare and boarding we needed to find someone we could trust with our small rescue dog Billy. After reading multiple reviews, looking at websites and asking around we contacted Kelly and Rosie at Bed and Bone Boarding, Hastings. From the start we were impressed with their qualifications and testimonials plus the professional way they requested Billy's medical information, regime/likes/dislikes and quirks, making us confident Billy would be looked after. Billy started with a trial day, then a trial night to make sure he was a good fit for them and the other dogs they care for- happily for us he was! Billy now goes for regular daycare and boarding. Billy happily runs in as if he has been going there all his life, he loves playing with the other dogs and going out walking and we get sent the photos/videos to prove it. Kelly and Rosie are responsive to our messages and the daily photos when we are away reassure us that Billy is well looked after and happy. We are very pleased we have found Bed and Bone.
What a remarkable service Rosie and Kelly provide. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It was our first time leaving our beloved dog for that long and Rosie and Kelly were really reassuring and amazing at putting our minds at ease. We were getting daily updates with photos which we loved ❤️ Our dog Honey loved her time at Bed& Bone. I would highly recommend Bed and Bone and will definitely use their services again ☺️. Our furry boy Humphrey really took to Kellie and Rosie on arrival for his short stay! Straining at the lead to greet them both! Laughing. We had a lovely reassuring photos of Humphrey that he was settled and happy. We will certainly contact the ladies if we need good boarding care for Humphrey in the future:)
I am so grateful to have found Bed and Bone. I have quite a sensitive dog and being able to take her to somewhere that feels more like a home from home is so important and comforting. If my dog didn't like somewhere, she would resist going back, but she trots off no problem and I get lovely photos of her from Kelly and Rosie throughout the day to reassure me she is ok. I know they take such wonderful care of her. Thankyou both very much
Rosie and Kelly looked after my young dog Roma whilst I was on holiday. Roma was so well cared for and I was absolutely confident that she would be well looked after and safe during her stay. If only I were a dog I would check myself in. My only worry was that Roma wouldn’t want to come home, but happily she did. It was extra helpful that they provide a collection and drop off service- a massive help when going on holiday.
Great place, animals well catered for , both their nutritional and safety needs but also given plenty of opportunity to exercise freely for appropriate lengths if time. Highly recommend
