Amelia and Spencer have be the most amazing hosts. Their dogs Jasper, Basil and a little house guest Shreddy are such affectionate, wonderful dogs. I loved looking after them and they gave plenty of love and affection in return. The house is spectacular. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. There's lots of gardens and a trampoline! The countryside around is stunning. All farmland with lots of footpaths. The smell of wheat fields after a hot summer's day is now one of my favourites. Thanks very much for the opportunity to look after your beautiful pets! I hope to see them again x
My wife and I have recently house sat for Mark and Joy, looking after their 2 adorable dogs. We were made very welcome upon our arrival and made to feel we could use their home as our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the experience of walking Poppy and Daisy around the many lovely walks in the area. Poppy and Daisy were very obedient and lots of fun and never caused us any problems at all. We would highly recommend house and dog sitting for this couple and their pets and we would certainly house sit for them again if required.
This is a great sit just a few minutes drive or a good walk from the beautiful town of Conwy. Our hosts were extremely kind, generous and welcoming – we enjoyed a lovely evening with them before they left on their holiday. Their dog was friendly, no trouble and able to be walked on a track a couple of minutes from their door with amazing views over the town and out to see. The cat became our friend and the chickens and yard were all low maintenance. The house is warm and very comfortable with both wood and gas heating and a beautiful yard. All in all a quite delightful sit which we would thoroughly recommend.
We had an amazing time taking care of Willow and Sydney, they have been trained superbly and are so well behaved! Willow loves to be close to you and cuddle, Sydney is very playful and is full of energy, she loves playing with her toys even after a long walk! :) Nick and Lou are great hosts, they invited us the night before the sit to show us around Sencelles, we walked with Willow and Sydney and then had dinner together. We were grateful for this introduction, it helped us settle quickly and feel comfortable with Willow and Sydney. Their home is located in a beautiful part of Mallorca, surrounded by mountains and quite close to Palma (only 25min away). It is beautiful, fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you love the outdoors this is a perfect sit. We are going to miss Willow and Sydney, they are loveable characters. We highly recommend this sit and hope our paths cross in the future! :)
I had such a wonderful time looking after Ronnie. He was the sweetest dog - truly a special character. Anna made me feel very at home and welcome. Communication was very easy. I would be very happy to sit with Anna again.
My husband and I enjoyed staying at Karen and Greg's with Ollie, Lucy and the chickens so much that we were sad to leave. There is plenty of hiking in the area, great places for coffee and food in downtown Burlington, and very little can beat their personal view.
