Heidi’s place Love it! Such a great and comfy space in a fantastic location. If you like earthy decor, easy going instant friends, a wonderfully happy independent indoor/outdoor kitty and aquarium gecko look no further! Heidi is a total pro as a THS Homeowner. Very kind and supportive. The house is tidy with lots of sitting areas to cuddle with a blanket, read a book or simply chill. Poppy the day gecko is fun to check in on but not to be held kinda pet. Slater is clearly Heidi’s heart and rightfully so. The backyard is a kitty’s dream with trees, singing birds and pedestals providing hours of entertainment. Slater comes and goes on his own schedule but Heidi also leaves it up to you the sitter if you want him to stay indoors. At his age with such a solid routine I said “live your best life buddy!!” Therefore I chose for him to go out and explore his domain. Little man Slater is pretty good at hanging near by and checking in every 15-45 mins or so. Heading into town came easy. The guest bed and couch were a delight. Heidi instantly made me feel at home and I would be delighted to return to this sit whenever available.
What a great pet sitting experience! Meghan and Davis were super communicative and Bella was a joy to take care of. Their home was in a great location with easy access to the surrounding areas. They have a beautiful home and it was super clean! Bella greeted us when we arrived, and there was a printed welcome guide to refer to as well. Bella was mild mannered and really loved her morning walks and enjoyed hanging out at the pool with us. We had a great time with her and would definitely do this sit again! -David and Inna
It was an absolute pleasure to stay in David and Annette’s beautiful home. The communication and information supplied, prior to the sit, covered everything I needed to know, even down to precise directions to the property. I was invited to join D&A for dinner the night before, which was more than I expected and made me feel totally at ease. I was provided with extensive information and maps of the local area, to help me get around, although Coco is also an excellent guide, on the walks. Coco is adorable and soon got used to me, as well as being very content to sit with me, of an evening. I worked during the day, and she would pop in occasionally for a bit of attention, play with her toys or to let me know she wanted something. Coco loves to walk off lead and continually checks in, to ensure you don’t stray too far away. We also enjoyed a final dinner, before I left, so it was nice to be able to share our experiences. I couldn't have wished for a better 1st sit and looking forward to being able to sit for Coco again, in the future. Wanda 🐶
I had the opportunity of taking care of Katie and Nicky’s kitties and I absolutely loved spending my time with them! The kitties are all friendly and open to meet new people, even Milo who might seem shy at the beginning (he is just pretending in order to get more love😻). Tommy is the boss of the house, everyone’s best friend, and Milo is just Milo….in a very good way. But the best part is how playful they are so you will have lots of fun having them chase strings and lasers. Generally speaking they are easy to take and they like to feel your presence so it was important to be there for them. Besides that, everything I needed was provided and very well explained, so I knew exactly what to do at all times. Katie and Nicky are amazing people, and loving pet parents, you will be happy getting to know them and giving them updates while they are away. Thank you to the whole family for their trust, and I definitely recommend this sit to future TrustedHouseSitters!
