Sue and her husband Joe are a kind, welcoming, generous, easy-going couple. Sue prepared an outstanding Welcome Guide which was very informative about all that a sitter would need to know about pup Scout, nearby shops/groceries/places of interest, and many others. She also had a hiking book for me to peruse of Eastern Massachusetts trails. Sue was also very specific with tips about walking Scout, a very friendly, loving girl who gets easily aroused by chipmunk, squirrels, and other dogs during walks. Sue's great suggestions helped with maintaining control during walks since overall, Scout is a very well-trained, obedient, very sweet dog but she's quite strong and can pull hard on her leash. Sue and Joe have a beautiful, spacious home in a peaceful, elegant, wooded residential area of the hamlet of Walpole which is a 10-minute drive from their home. The more commercial town of Foxborough is about 20 minutes away which is the home of Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots. The location is a short commute from Boston. This was an outstanding sit with a friendly, easy-going pup (Scout) who aims to please and favors pettings and attention in a lovely location ideal for enjoying the surrounding tranquility of the home, neighborhood, and nearby Walpole which is quite charming as a quintessential New England town.
I really enjoyed my time with Monty, he is gentle, easy-going and as long as he gets some cuddles, he is just the happiest dog. Monty is older and so needs just a couple of short walks and some company in the house which is bright and spacious with a gorgeous garden. Heather herself was really lovely and welcoming, she showed me everything that I would possibly need, left instructions and was even flexible about the timing of my arrival. It was an absolute pleasure to look after Monty for her and her husband and any sitter would be lucky to do the same!
Had a great time with Robyn’s babies and visiting Ohio, Robyn is a wonderful person trusting me with her babies,Maggie is the cutest little dog.

We have been very lucky to house/catsit this summer in Ingo and Richenda's beautiful Bavarian house. What a lovely and secluded spot! As soon as we arrived we got the 'Heidi' feeling. Kora and Kailash were such sweet companions and friends with us immediately. We loved taking them for an evening walk in the woods after dinner! Afterwards they snuggled with us on the couch. The chickens were no hassle: they came running as soon as we opened the back door, hoping they got a leftover and they provided us with lovely eggs. The house is beautifully decorated and I especially enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen. Münich and the mountains are both in easy reach, meadows were blooming, cowbells were ringing and the mountains were impressive. What more could we have asked for? All in all it was a wonderful week, with too many :) Käsekuchen (we tried them in almost every village but Krumel und Korn in Münsing have the best!) and we would not hesitate to come again! Thank you so much again, Richenda and Ingo, for sharing your lovely spot with us!

Crystal has taken great care of my babies (small dog and senior cat) while I was out of town. She sends constant updates including pictures of there daily activies including dog walks this allowed me to feel stress-free while away from them. She is attentive to there wants and needs and made them her sole priority while in her care. I loved knowing that they wouldn't be caged and had free range of her home. Her home was nice, clean and free of any odors and pet friendly. I also liked knowing that she works from home and that she is the sole person caring and monitoring my babies. I have used her pet sitting services multiple times and will continue to use her services as I am very particular about who my pets stay with. 10/10 would recommend.
I had Crystal watch my fur baby on Christmas Eve and it was spectacular!!!! Crystal is incredibly accommodating for me and my dogs needs and aims to satisfy her customers! Was our first time away from our dogs. I was definitely nervous about having someone in my home that i didn't know. After the first meeting, my fears were relieved. Very professional operation! You can tell they love what they do. Kristin was wonderful. The dogs loved her! She was very caring and reliable. Her communication while we were gone was top-notch. I was updated after every visit with text and photos. She left such an impression on my boys. They were waiting by the window for her to come for a few days after we got back. I was able to enjoy my vacation instead of worrying. The boys want to thank Kristin and GPP as well. I will use GPP again.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with! My husband and I work full time jobs and Lisa helped us out when our puppy wasn’t able to go to doggie daycare due to lack of vaccinations. She not only got in contact with us immediately, but scheduled times that would work best for him and his potty breaks. Lisa is awesome. We were on the road traveling through Michigan and decided to visit The Henry Ford Museum. Our Toy Poodle is not a service dog and was not allowed to go with us. I reached out to Lisa and she re-arranged her schedule to accommodate us. She was able to keep our Toy Poodle for 2 days, while we enjoyed The Henry Ford Museum and all the extras at The Henry Ford. Yesterday I was at my dads house in Garden City when his dog started to bark after looking outside. I looked to see what the commotion was, and there was a gorgeous white husky wandering the streets alone without a collar or leash. I knew I had to help somehow. Without further ado, I hopped into my car, and was able to go down the street a bit. When I finally found her, there was a kind man who was also willing to help. He gave the pup some water, and I told him that if we could get her into my car I could definitely take her to the police station. My dad let me borrow a leash, and we made a makeshift collar with it and guided the pup into my car. She was very friendly and very cute. As soon as I got her in my car, I turned the AC up for her, and headed to the police station. Once at the police station, they scanned her for a chip, and she didn’t have one. They told me there was nothing else they could do, but sent me over to Lucky Dog. Once I arrived at Lucky Dog, I took the sweet pup in and told the receptionist what had happened. She was very kind. First thing she did was double scan the pup for a chip, but she didn’t have one. She told me that she wanted to help, but they were already taking care of two other strays. She told me I did the right thing, and that she’d see what she could do. I just couldn’t live with myself if that pup were to be hit by a car. I would’ve kept her with me until the owners were found, but I own small exotic pets, and wouldn’t have space for her. However, after waiting for just a bit, another receptionist walked in. She was able to take this dog in and keep her cool until her owners were found. It was such a relief. I would also like to mention that it was 90°+ this day. It was quite literally a sauna outside, and was definitely not a suitable place for a big fuzzy pup to be wandering around! Overall, I’m just so glad this place was able to help. Huge thanks to the receptionists that day. You are both lifesavers, and are doing incredible things. Thank you again.
Great place for boarding,day care and grooming. My dog just loves this place and they take really good care of him. All inclusive boarding- they don't nickel-and-dine you. Dog needs daily meds - no extra charge. Food needs to be refrigerated - no extra charge. Dogs get to socialize with other dogs all day. Great, competitively priced grooming.
Heather did a horrible job on my poor Ruby. I would not recommend them.

My dog had his first day of daycare today and he received an amazing report card! I love being able to check in on him via the cameras (you do have to purchase access through an app via your smart device). The staff is beyond friendly and willing to answer any questions. A few weeks ago I took Beckett for his temperament test and it was such a simple and easy process as well as handling the paperwork for his enrollment! I look forward to boarding and more daycare visits! Thank you Lucky Dog for being a true gem of Garden City.
Great experience with Lucky Dog daycare. All the employees are awesome, especially Sara. Our dogs were well taken care of. One of ours was categorized as a "flight risk" with a sign on his kennel. LOL I am glad that they take that extra step to make sure he stays where he needs to be in order to be kept safe. Our dogs will definitely be visiting them again for boarding.

Unfortunately, Agatha was an older dog and went into kidney failure. Stacy, the owner of Lucky Dog, is the most amazing person and helped me so much. I was able to adopt Coco from them in June of 2023. She brings me so much joy. I can't say enough about the kindness of Stacy. She is just amazing. Heather grooms Coco, and well, she is fantastic with Coco. I am blessed to have met them and wouldn't go anywhere else. I come from Taylor to Garden City, not because I have too but because THEY are the best!!!
My dog pulls me in right up to where he enters the play area, always excited to go! A 1.5 year old lab, he is still fired up when I pick him up, of course only until he eats, then is out which is the goal. Staff is fantastic!!!

Most of the employees are super nice. I unfortunately ended up with Bella, who wasn't to friendly to me at all. First time there to drop off my cat, and I was not happy with her attitude. I felt very uneasy about leaving my cat there. I asked if I could get a camera in his room, and got denied, she told me only for dogs. Which I was very disappointed, that all animals owners should have access to a camera in their rooms. I hope some of the key points, I mentioned be taken care of. I will return again. Thanks again for taking care of my cat.
The staff was incredibly kind, and the facility was nice. Unfortunately my dog did come home with very dark yellow/ green urine. And started having accidents all over my home. Which ended in a very expensive vet bill, and him having a UTI. I’m unsure if this was caused from stress, or not having enough potty breaks, but they told me many times he was doing just fine. I would recommend if your pup does well being away from home and kenneled, but unfortunately we don’t feel like it was a good fit for our pup considering the circumstances when he arrived home.
I love this place so much! I’ve used them before with my older dogs. This time I used them for my VERY hyper puppy. I had flight issues and they were more than ok to keeping her longer. I felt so comfortable with them taking my puppy Mavis. The workers are so nice! Mavis will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much I needed that peace of mind! Mavis thanks you too! :)

Great place for your dog boarding daycare or overnight the staff is great and they know my Dog Mickey by name. He's been going there ever since he was 3 months old. He's a Labrador, German shepherd, rockwilder mix with Hound also.
My baby had a great time here. He played and had a bath after traveling, and he still smells nice and not like a corn chip….so that’s exciting. They seemed to really like dogs and be happy to care for them. I couldn’t see the back, but it looked like a big place and my dog was worn out so it’s probably pretty big back there. Didn’t smell weird or like pet mess.
We just picked our animal up this morning and she has an issue with her eye. This place dismissed it as an allergy and expected full payment. We had a simple request to keep our dog away from others. We were never able to see her on the webcam so no real way to determine that, but the dismissive nature in which we were given our dog back, leads me to believe these instructions weren’t followed. Now, we have a vet bill after boarding our dog here. The first stop after picking up a pet after being boarded should not be the vet.NEVER again will we use this place.
TERRIBLE GROOMING!! Staff is friendly but the groomer is awful. This is the 2nd time they’ve done a poor job on my mini schnauzer. He will not be going back. I asked for schnauzer cut with hooded eyebrows and a short skirt. As you can see, my dog has NO definition or skirt at all! It’s like they took the clippers and shaved him completely down. He even has bald spots on his chest! Aside from the beard, which was poorly done as well, he doesn’t look like a schnauzer. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Owner and staff were kind patient and understanding with my reactive Rottweiler. They accommodate dogs who are not social to other dogs by letting them go out solo. Rosie seemed to have a good stay. Thank you!

5 Stars!! We LOVE Comfy Creatures! Jennifer takes amazing care of our girls each time we’re gone. She sends pictures and updates that help us know they are ok. The dogs love her and she “gets” them which is so reassuring when we are away from them. Dagmar is super professional and helpful with all the bookings. She took the time try different caregivers to find the one that our dogs connected the best with. All the staff takes a personal interest in the customer and their pets. Definite five star experience and highly recommend them!
I have used Comfy Creatures for about 8 months now and I love their services for my two dogs. I have had a few last minute needs and they are so accommodating! Their handlers are experienced and gentle and my dogs LOVE Dawn. She is very thorough with explaining to me what happened while she was at my home taking care of my girls. I love Comfy Creatures because one of my dogs is very skittish around other dogs and I can't trust that she will be safe at a dog day care. With Comfy Creatures, I can ensure my dogs' safety and comfort throughout the day when I am gone long days. I never worry when they are in Dawn's hands. The service is very affordable as well. I'm very happy with the service I received from Dagmar and Comfy Creatures. We got very personal updates and pictures. Our sitter Mareike welcomed our two dogs (one with special medical needs and is deaf) into her home and made them a part of the family. It was very comforting to know they were in a family setting with a lot of individual attention. Comfy Creatures was also very accommodating when I needed to pick them up early because of an emergency. These are wonderful people and a very special company.
We have been using comfy creatures for a few years now. Candy is our sitter and she is wonderful. Our dogs and cats love her and get so excited when she arrives. Recently my husband and I went on vacation for the first time since getting the dogs. I felt relaxed while I was away knowing that candy cares for my babies exactly the way that I do. Some of the dogs have allergies and medical problems, and require medications and complicated diets, candy handles it all perfectly. We are so thankful for comfy creatures care!

We've used Comfy Creatures for about six months and are really happy with their service. It is very easy to schedule walks, and we have the same person come to our home to walk our dog each day. Jennifer is so kind and patient with our dog, who is a lovable rescue but comes with some quirks! We have used two other companies in the past, and we don't have any of the same issues we used to deal with (wondering if they would show up, or losing our keys). We leave our house each day knowing that our dog will be well taken care of, and that gives us a lot of peace of mind.

Karissa, Rick, and Susan are absolutely the best people to take care of my pups when we’re out of town! They’re professional, dependable, kind, and genuinely take care of your pets as if they’re their own. Recently, I was out of town for a little more than a week and every day, they sent me detailed updates with pics three times a day. They watered my plants and swept the porch. I noticed upon returning that the house was just as clean as I left it. One of my pups has social anxiety and doesn’t like strangers despite how much I tried to help her overcome it but with Cozy Care Pet Services, she was happily running around begging for belly rubs a few days in. She completely got over her shyness which is nothing short of miraculous for us to witness! They were so happy and well taken care of, beyond what we imagined! Now I can leave on any trip with the peace of mind that my fur children are in good hands! We’ve previously had horrible experiences in dog boarding at a few places with “rave reviews”. I’m grateful that we have such a wonderful service near us and recommend them to anyone else in need of pet sitting. Karissa goes the extra mile for her customers and we can tell she genuinely loves dogs and her job. That’s a rarity to find amongst other businesses that value money over the pets wellbeing.
Karissa and her team are beyond amazing! 5 stars can’t even do what they do justice. They came and loved my dogs so much! They don’t just let them out, they stay and play with them a little and give them some love. When my 17 year old doggy wasn’t doing his best, they would even stay with them the whole time for his last year 😭 made me feel soooo much better leaving him when I had to work long hours. We have loved our time with Karissa and the Cozy care team. Sadly, we are moving out of their travel range and will no longer be able to use their services. We are so bummed! Karissa and her team gave us peace of mind while we traveled. They took amazing care of our 3 black labs and sent daily picture updates. I can’t rave enough about Cozy Care Pet Services. We contacted them a few months ago about whether or not they might be able to watch our dog for a day or so while we went to the hospital have our baby. Karissa and her team were super flexible and ended up being able to accommodate us in their schedule, which allowed us to surprise our family when the baby was born this past weekend! My family had planned on watching our dog for us, so they were completely shocked and delighted when we FaceTimed them from the hospital with our new baby already in our arms. A huge thank you to Karissa and crew and we HIGHLY recommend them for all your pet care needs in the future!
Karissa and her team do a great job, from training, to pet sitting, to yard pick up and everything in between. She came to help us train our 2 dogs. One is quite older and I thought she was too old to train but Karissa was able to help get her to stop barking! She gives a lot of tips and helpful tricks to aid in everything you need. I highly recommend their services and I will be using them again!
This is an amazing company! We hired them to take care of our chickens while we were out of town and they could not have done a better job. Karissa and her team were so helpful. We got detailed updates and pictures every single visit. Before we left we were concerned about leaving one of our chickens who has been having some issues, and they agreed to do additional visits to check on her (added very last minute). I felt like she cared about our chickens as much as we do! Will definitely be booking them again.
Update- Karissa and her crew have been excellent the 4 times we have contracted with them, to visit, feed, and care for our Cane Corso, Millie, at our home in Livonia; several times it was on short notice. Karissa and her associate, Bill, helped us, all, know our beloved Millie would be well loved and cared for while we were away-from our first call to the completed pet report card upon our return to let us know how our dog behaved on all important levels, throughout. They asked us many good questions, were very open and thorough, gave us timely updates with pics, stayed in communication, gave our mastiff lots of love, affection, play, treats and went above and beyond in every way! So grateful for the excellent care and peace of mind we had while we were away! My bird dogs are very energetic and are not easy at times to take care of, but Karissa and her team have done a fantastic job at making sure they are safe and having fun. The updates I get after each visit are very thorough and I can tell that they really care about my pets. Cozy Care is reliable and professional. I have had a couple emergencies necessitating last minute requests and one of the members of the team has been able to step in. I would highly recommend Cozy Care.
I am so thankful for Cozy Care Pet Services! We recently rescued our newest addition to the family, Jack.. which was great! Except we were given the opportunity to rescue him at the most inopportune time. 2 weeks before we left for our honeymoon 😅 We knew we couldn’t send him to a boarding facility like we had planned with 2 out of 3 of our babies. We just knew it would be way too stressful for him and may set him back/scare him. After a little google search and reading through reviews, I decided to reach out to Cozy Care to see if they would be able to help us. The communication throughout the whole process was great! Karissa was able to figure out how to make it happen in such short notice. After meeting with Karissa and the crew, we canceled our plans to send our other babies to the boarding facility and decided to keep everyone home under their care. We are so glad we did! Jack needed a couple of visits before we left to get used to everyone, but he eventually came around. He even had a training session with Karissa and after one day, learned how to sit and lay down with a little treat bribing and persistence! The pictures and updates for every visit with the pups were great! We were thousands of miles away and felt such peace knowing they were being loved on and taken care of so well. Karissa always had great recommendations for Jack to help with his anxiety. They knew exactly what to do! I would HIGHLY recommend Cozy Care to anyone looking for drop in visits, in-home boarding or training. We will definitely be repeat customers and forever thankful that they were able to take on such a big assignment so last minute. Thank you Cozy Care!!
I have utilized several pet boarding facilities. By far, Britt’s Bow Wow is the best.They kept me updated on my pet’s progress, and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs when my flight was delayed. I cannot see myself using anyone else now that I have experienced their level of care!
Took phenomenal care of our cat for 2 weeks and handled international shipping spectacularly. Airline had a strike the day our cat was to arrive. They had an agent meet out cat, ensuring he was taken care of, and they met us next day at our vehicle. I was worried my cat would be sick and scraggly looking and angry. He looked healthy and was happy. The transition for him has been so smooth. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of Goose!! ❤️
I have a difficult dog but Britt's took excellent care of her and had no problems. When I picked up my dog, she liked the owner so much she seemed reluctant to leave. I was relieved to know my dog had been so well cared for! I would recommend Britt's to anyone.
The staff I met at the Britt's Bow Wow Bed and Biscuit truly cares for the animals. They did NOT have the "I'm just working here for now type attitude." And, Ronda, the kennel owner, is A-MAZING!!! Even though she was recently bit by an aggressive dog at her kennel, she had compassion and understanding about that incident, and she was willing to help board our two German Shepherds. A true testament of her awsomeness could also be seen when we were leaving. Our male dog has significant separation anxiety. Despite him clearly being upset and very anxious with us leaving him. Her patience, understanding and helpfulness went FAR BEYOND expectations. Her staff was also supportive, helpful and understanding. Finally, our largest Shepherds new discovery is rolling down our car window at will, so I keep the child lock on. But, while I was saying goodbye to Ronda, he pressed the child lock off, rolled the window down, jumped out of the window, and ran towards us. Ronda looked like she saw a ghost 😳and remained as stiff as a board. I think she stopped breathing for two minutes as I gathered his fatty neck with NO collar or leash! Our shepherd did not snap, bite, or lunge at her. He just sniffed her as to say, "Congratulations Ronda, you passed and you're good with me."😉 Again, Ronda is A-MAZING! If you want your animal well-cared for do NOT hesitate to cancel any other kennel reservations, drive as far as you must and book your animal's stay at Britt's BOW WOW and BISCUIT!!
My pittie absolutely loves this place. They always check for updated vaccines, and they are so nice 🥰. They offer playtime, grooming, and baths. The baths are pricey, in my opinion ($50), so I've never got one... I'm not sure if it goes by size though (I have a 1 year old pup over 60lbs). Love love this place my pittie has stayed here 4 times so far. **So update I still love this place but I was just informed starting August 1st, 2024, prices go from $28 per night to $45 per night. I really wasn't expecting such a jump.
They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. We dropped our dog off Friday night and picked him up Monday at about 330 PM. As I was leaving the building with my dog, I noticed there was a bloody spot on his neck. First of all we never received a call saying he was hurt or there was a problem. Second they take off their collars while in the kennel so they had to of noticed before he was brought back to me. They said it looked like an allergic reaction to a sting or his food, so they gave him 3 benadryl which did nothing after over an hour. We then took him to the Animal Hospital, and the veterinarian discovered he had a hot spot from being over heated. The vet had to shave the area and give him the cone of shame, as well as antibiotics totalling almost $400. On our way home from the vet Renee called, and made several excuses for what happened. Which is also when we discovered they only use air conditioners when the ventilation system isn't working. Using only fans blowing around hot air. We will never be using this facility again. Our dogs health and safety was not their priority.
Britts is the only place we will leave our Roxie. She gets so excited when we pull up to the office. She loves her stays there and we love not having to worry if she is being taken care of. Thank you for loving our Roxie and always taking such good care of her.
We've been using Britt's for years and had been satisfied with the services until our most recent experience. I went to drop off our pup after scheduling an appointment online and receiving a confirmation call. When I arrived, our reservation was not found. Thankfully, we were able to sort it out. My issue is the treatment and disposition of the employee at the front desk. She was rude, abrasive and even rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she was doing okay. Apparently, there have been staffing issues and she was upset that one of the other employees had called off. I mostly understood, however, it is unfair to take the anger out on unsuspecting customers. If we had not been headed to the airport at that moment I would have made other accommodations for my pup. I mentioned the issue upon pickup and there wasn't any resolution. Based on her behavior, we will not be returning to Britt's and I cannot in good faith recommend them to friends and family.
We boarded two puppies for their first time. They were well taken care of and seem like they were happy there. We will use them again
I booked 3 months in advance and they lost my reservation, never put it in the system even though I have a call record of the reservation and they basically told me too bad, they have 50 dogs for spring break and are completely booked. The owner never responded to my calls and emails just told the girl at the desk to tell me they're full. Unprofessional, unacceptable, and very disappointing. So much for my 10k vacation that I cant get refunded now because all the kennels are now booked. Dont book too early or they'll lose your reservation, better yet don't book at all. I'm considering my next steps.
My dog has never left home. This was his first experience away from me. Staff was very friendly and took good care of my dog. I will use them again the place was clean and the prices are very reasonable. They sent me pictures everyday to let me know how my dog was doing. I would highly recommend them.
My hubby and I have been going to them for years. 1st when we lost our min pin Sissy and just recently with our baby girl Bella that recently passed. They are very caring people and have always been nothing but professional. From dropping our girl off for cremation to picking her up the next day. Great place to board your dogs. I liked that I was able to visit before the first boarding and they showed me where they would be staying. They are very detail oriented and listen to what your dogs needs are. I had my dogs walked one day and they made sure that they went out together as I requested. I enjoy that they will also send update pictures during their stay. They take good care of my dogs and I will continue to take them back.
Took my sons Bearded Dragon here to have him cremated. They were so caring and did a wonderful job. I have taken many pets to them since the early 90s. very poor staff members that will harm your animals. They need to be reported to peta So now I will give you the story. There is a home about 200’ from them as the teen age girl was walking the dog it got off the leash and ran over to AAA. She followed behind the dog and there was a male employee outside that walked past the dog as he wagged his tail sniffing the ground as the employee turned back and began stabbing the dog. While stabbing him the employee stated he got bit. First off who does that? Who takes the life of an animal unless your life was on the line. I want everyone to know the type of people that AAA employees. He murdered this poor dog. He should be in prisoned. This was the must disputing act and he did this infront of a teen age girl. I hope they know that there is a video and it’s going to go viral. So if you love animals if you love your pet don’t bring them here or you may never see them alive again they have proven they don’t care about the life of your animal

What more can I say to the AAA Pet Services staff other than THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. They handled everything with care and grace. My Baby got her wings and she's in Heaven now. The Services, the Urn, the little ceremony everything was great and I could send my Lady La La home the right way. I highly recommend them.
We really like and trust AAA Pet Services and have been taking our dogs there for years. Their staff is friendly and have always taken good care of our pets. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
Very compassionate, understanding and kind on my hardest day in handling the cremation of my cat. The cremation process of my cat was fast and handled with compassion. Highly recommended in your time of need.
I have used AAA four times over the last twenty years for cremation services for elderly rescued pets that passed away. They also offer home pickup for an additional fee, which, if you're in an emotional state and shouldn't be driving if a pet passes at home, it becomes a valuable service. Employees are empathetic and do their best to provide a smooth experience during a very emotional time.
This place is phenomenal. They simultaneously put extreme attentive care into how much they love dogs, all while running an extremely efficient service. They screen every dog with required temperament testing. They require updated medical records. All for the safety of all the dogs. I've had to board my dog for a week twice now and have been very satisfied. I LOVE their website. It's very easy to navigate and is a joy to use. They upload adorable daily reports on how your dog is doing, with pictures, etc. I love the live webcam feature. We could stalk our dog while out of the country, lol! Twice now, my plane arrived back super late, but they allowed me to pick up my dog any time. The prices are reasonable. The staff are exceptional. Heavily recommend this place.
I've taken my 10 month old puppy there now four times. Staff is very friendly. When I walked in the first two times it smelled very much like dog feces I watched on the camera the other day my dog getting humped by four dogs. There was no one outside to stop this behavior. When he came home, he had scratches all underneath his groin area. And when I took him There the last time he laid down in the lobby and didn't wanna go in. I should've went with my instincts. Now he's very sick with kennel cough. I'm not really happy about this situation because it's his first time going to Daycare. Yes he's vaccinated for Bordetella and everything else they require. I will not be returning
Absolutely love them. I've done several overseas trips (2-3 weeks) and feel so comfortable leaving my dog with 4 Seasons resort. The fact my dog runs to them speaks itself. It is fun to peek occasionally from the live cameras what my boy is up to. Thank you for all you do!
I think this place is likely very good with dogs that are well socialized, but I do not recommend them for dogs requiring “ private play”. It appeared through video she wasn’t able to get outside much. My thought is staffing is probably difficult with dogs needing the personal attention. I won’t be back simply because of my high maintenance pooch ( lol) The staff that are available were great and patient. Prices are comparable, place is clean

4 seasons was so fantastic! They took care of my little Mr. for 10 days, with daily report cards & even a photo with Santa! The staff always greeted him by name & he was eager to go play. We will be using them in the future!
Boarded our pup at four seasons for a little over two weeks. We rescued our pup about 8 years ago, but she still has some nervous tendencies/quirks - and she was a little uneasy for the first few days of her boarding experience. Patti kept us in the loop on how she was doing - and our dog felt at home in no time, and even received a special birthday treat! The frequent communication with Patti put our minds at ease during our vacation, and we came home to a very happy pup. Thank you Patti and Four Seasons staff - Sophie is looking forward to her next visit!!

Amazing service! They cut my 8 month old GSD nails and bathed outstandingly. I have been unable to do her nails only once months ago and it was a nightmare. And the bathing result was better than expected (5star). Highly recommend. Great informative website too.
I never got a chance to see where my baby was kept which concerned me the entire time I was away. Plus, I paid for a bath before pickup and it wasn't done. So I had to wait. They rushed through the process and gave her back to me wet. I paid $190 for 2 nights.
Pet Nanny has been a great partner for taking care of our cats when we are out of town. Michele has been visiting several times, she takes care of all and informs daily on the cats. Great peace of mind.
Pet nanny does a great job of Watching our animals and keeping us informed. The midday services we receive are generally quite good. And if there is a snag, Janice the owner makes things right.
We have loved our experiences with Pet Nanny! Dani has taken excellent care of our two cats over long stretches of time and always keeps us updated via text with pictures. Dani also took the time to meet our cats and learn the ins and outs of our home before watching them for the first time. Highly recommend!
I've had many years of great experiences with Pet Nanny and the owner Jan Conner. She's always ready to provide the care we need during our long travels in Europe. We've been able to enjoy our time away worry free. Jan's employees are totally reliable and take great care with pets, mail and plants. I was so happy to see all of plants healthy when I returned home and our macaw was perfectly healthy and content as well. The sitter Jenn always kept us informed and we enjoyed working with her.
Pet Nanny provided excellent care of our dog while we were out of town. It was easy and efficient to request care. The provider, Monique, was thorough in care of our pet and in considering our owner need for occasional communication. We will use Pet Nanny service again.
I can’t express enough how wonderful The Pet-Nanny service was. We met our caregiver Nikki prior to our trip and she spent time greeting the dogs so they were comfortable with her. She sent us texts and pictures every time she came to take care of them, took them for walks and always updated us on how they were doing. When we got home there were detailed sheets of the boys activity for each day, a welcome home card and Nikki even left a rose. Our boys had such a good time with Nikki they were kinda moaping around missing her. I think they were a little disappointed when we got home and they realized she wasn’t coming over -LOL. The pet nanny delivered notch service and I would highly recommend them
We have been using Pet Nanny for a while now. I had various pet sitters from Pet nanny over the years and every one of them were great. Currently we are having Dani sit our pets while we were on vacation a few times. We are so happy to have Dani look after our pets as she does a splendid job. Keep up the great work.
I have used the services of Pet Nanny for 15 years. Jan and her workers have provided the best of care for the several dogs and cats that I have owned over the years. There was never a worry as to the care my pets received as they left notes, text messages, and photos to keep me informed while I was away. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services in the future.
Pet Nanny has done a super job for us and our cat, Molly. Our particular caregiver for our recent vacation was Katie and she was fantastic! She is competent, kind, caring and totally charming - sent us videos every day of Molly doing her Molly thing! When we walked through the door, I was pretty certain Molly would have been happier to see Katie instead of us!! With Pet Nanny, your pet(s) and your home are in safe, good hands! I contacted Pet Nanny via email asking about a dog walker while we are on vacation. (A family member is staying with our dog, but was unable to walk her.) I let her know our dog's breed and informed her that she was a rescue. (Pet Nanny's photos only showed pedigree dogs, which is why I inquired.) She replied, "We don’t have any dog walkers in the area until summer." That seemed odd. No services until summer? Then I asked about house-sitting for our dog, as we were looking into that as well. Considering her previous reply that her services are not available until summer, I also asked if she was comfortable with all breeds Jan replied, "House sitters are not available, sitters have families and some work." Really? A pet nanny with absolutely NO openings for any service for months on end? What kind of "business" is that? I then replied, "So none of your services are available until summer?" and she never responded again. Why not just say that you don't work with all breeds? I was asking for services 2 months from now. If it isn't the breed, then how does this business function?
My dog was treated like family. I left my bigger girl here for 6 days and bought all the special add ones for her. They also have an option for a go home bath , and wow was she soft when I picked her up. I absolutely love the staff here, they really make you feel like they've known you forever. This is the best daycare and boarding in downriver in my opinion. the set up and amenities. It's just beautiful. And it's also right by the airport so it was convenient with our travel. I have nothing but praise for Halliday. I can't wait to bring my pooches for their Halloween party. Thank you for all that you do.
I've been bringing my pup here the last 2 months to prep him for boarding (which we just returned from vacation.) My pup has loved doggy day care. They are very good with him and also very re-assuring for pup parents. It was our first time boarding him for a few days and Carrie was nice enough to send me pics and give me an update on how he was doing! My dog has never been happier. I would recommend this place again and again, and 😊with continuing to bring my pup here. At least you know your fur friend is safe, and very well taken care of. For boarding the day they leave they will also wash everything that was brought with them. I thought that was really cool. 😁
Halliday's is great! My dog has some reactive issues with other dogs, so finding a boarding facility that understands and has solutions to help make him comfortable is such a relief for me. All of the staffers are so nice, friendly and they treat him so well!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about both locations. They treat my dog like he was one of their own pets. They are always so excited to see him when he comes through the door and when I pick him up, he is always so happy. It’s hard to find a place to trust your pet with while you’re away but you can rest assured they will be in good hands at Halliday’s.
My dog loves it here. It is a little expensive but worth the money. He gets excellent care, and we are always comfortable leaving him here knowing he gets the best of care!
I board my puppy here and he loves it everytime we drop him off. I can only imagine the staff spoil him. We have also boarded my daughters cat here which went very well.
10/10 would recommend. I was very nervous to board as one is a little special needing multiple medications and they have literally not left my side in over a year due to the pandemic. My girls came home happy and clean. Staff didn’t get annoyed when I called the first day to see how they were doing. And were very polite answering my nervous questions. They even hand fed my one eyed pirate puppy because she was too nervous to eat. Will be booking with them again for future needs.
When I go on vacation, my dog goes on vacation at Halliday's! I've used them for the past 3 years and will be using them for many more. I trust them with my best friend!
They took great care of my dog and I am thankful for the updates they were kind enough to send me while I was away because I was missing my baby. They need to work on attention to detail and communication. What I was expecting to pay was already discussed over email and I thought that’s what I was agreeing to at the time of drop off but I guess I added a package on there and spent an extra $100. I also told them that my dog was on a strict diet and could only have what I brought due to allergies. My fiancé told me that she got a special treat every night any ways and that she had loose stool and then was straining to poop. I’m just glad her allergies aren’t worse and only caused gastro issues. For one dog I spent almost $550 for 10 days, and while I understand that’s a fair price for some, I did not see that the result was worth the price and is the most I’ve ever paid for boarding for my dog.
Staff is excellent and knowledgeable and care about my dog. Take great care of her and very affordable to.
