Overall, Cheryl was great. I only gave four stars for pet care but let me explain. I went away for 3 weeks. There was a heat wave the entire time I was away, and I was so afraid my newly planted back yard would wilt to death. Therfore, I leaned on Cheryl heavily to water my back yard plants and shrubs, which is a time-consuming job. She sent videos of my back yard along the way to show me how things were looking. As well as the outside, she also watered my indoor plants regularly. I returned home to see all my new shrubs and plants thriving despite the high 90 degree temps. I also returned to a wonderfully clean house and a satisfied kitty. The main issue around the pet care was that Cheryl believed my kitty should be fed more than I have been feeding him for the past 11 years (based on vet's recommendation) . Despite our email communication regarding her concerns he was not fed enough, and me clearly stating to keep to the feeding directions I'd left, Cheryl disregarded this and fed him more anyway. Although I'd left more than enough cat food to cover the time I was away, the last week she ran out of cat food and needed to buy more. I felt Cheryl was not tuned in to my cat's behavior. While she interpreted my cat was hungry whenever he meowed, much of the time he simply wants/needs/responds well to some gentle talking to with affectionate touching (massages, hair brushing, rubbing his belly), or just a few minutes of interactive play. Yet if food is offered, he will never turn it down. During Cheryl's housesit, I emphasized the yard watering. Because I felt like this was a big inconvenience and burden to place on anyone, I didn't want to emphasize that my sweet cat also required alot of attention. I knew my kitty could make it through 3 weeks on less than his usual amount of loving, but my yard would not survive a heat wave without watering! Because of my choice, I take some responsibility for the perceived lack of attention in the pet department.

Dorian and John are just the best people and sitters! If I could, I would give them 1,000 stars! They loved Luna (who can be standoffish), took excellent care of our house, were easy to communicate with, and had a kind easy vibe that floated around the house after they left. We were so pleased with the service they offered to us. Thank you Dorian & John!!

Knowing that Mike was on duty caring for our house and our dogs made for a relaxing time away from home. He and his wife Lisa made an effort to meet up with us and our dogs several days before the sit. Mike also stayed an extra day when I realized I was a day off with our return date. It was a treat to return home to a clean house and a pair of happy dogs. We highly recommend Mike.

Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

Words cannot express how wonderful a sitter and human being that Chi is. Not only did she arrive at our house when it was not at its best and not complain, she took exceptional care of our furries, both of whom have health care needs and require twice daily meds. Chi was very communicative from the beginning and with her experience got us organized to provide what she needed to be successful during her stay at our home. Anticipating that we would be harried in preparing ourselves, our doggies and home for the trip, she kept us focused and reminded us of any updates needed to our house manual to ensure a smooth transition. While we were away, she sent photos and videos in a way that left us with no doubt that she was the best caregiver for our pampered and persnickety duo. When she had questions, she reached out and we worked to resolve any issues as best we could as quickly as we could. As I noted before, our house was not at its best, yet she managed during the stay and left us helpful notes on things we needed to take care of upon our return. The house was also clean and ready for our return. What was best about Chi was her flexibility to meet with us before our trip so that we could all get acquainted, including the doggies, and that she really took time to bond with them and spend time while they were together. It really made all the difference in terms of their comfort level in that we left early in the morning and arrived home very late, a week later. They were both excited and happy to see us but not at all stressed or harried, the hallmarks of a great sit for our two. We would highly recommend Chi to others as a trusted pet and house sitter, and would not hesitate to ask her to sit for our Sophia and Larry in the future should the need arise.

Divya & Deepesh are wonderful sitters! I could tell that our cat bonded with them right away, and we felt totally comfortable leaving her in their care. They sent us an update each morning, and were very communicative and responsible. They are kind, caring, organized, and clean and I would highly recommend them for any sit.

Dawn and Christian were fantastic pet sitters. I was able to meet them beforehand since they are local, and they arrived on time the day I departed and communicated very well throughout the stay. I got updates each day and Dawn was always quick to respond if I asked any questions. I also got pictures and could tell my pets were in love. My home was clean and tidy and pets were healthy and happy when I got home. I highly recommend them!

Dianna was a great sitter for Poe and our home, once again. She keeps Poe busy by taking him to the park and walking on the trails in addition to his normal walks around the neighborhood. She sends updates and keeps us informed about how he is doing and what he is up to. Poe really loves Dianna and Roger and it is so nice to be confident that he is well taken care of when we are away. Dianna and Roger are our top choice whenever we need to leave Poe. We highly recommend them!

Emily was truly lovely lady to have look after our adored labrador & our home, I would have no hesitation in recommending her for the future.

Well, Diesel has a new girlfriend now who he ADORES, and it's Christen!!! Can we just keep her forever? She was absolutely THE BEST and we cannot wait to have her back again. Diesel keeps begging us to take another trip so that he can see her LOLOL. Christen is just the sweetest, most self sufficient, warm and loving person and we feel extremely fortunate to have found her through zeewoi. Our Diesel is a 118 pound German Shepherd that usually prefers men, but he immediately bonded with Christen at the initial meet & greet. I knew that he would be in the best hands, and he was such a happy boy in all of the pictures and updates she sent us. Our house was in perfect condition upon returning, and our angel boy was calm and content. He really, really loves her and so do we! TEN STARS!!!
