Courtney and Michael were just perfect! They were friendly and easy to chat with and we felt immediately comfortable leaving our house and pets in their hands. They provided daily updates and left no trace - I'm pretty sure our house was cleaner when we got home than when we left! I'm super happy they are local as I will definitely be calling on them again.

Esther was a lovely pet & house sitter!! She was very organized and communicative. She sent me photos of my cats every evening, which is important to me-- just seeing them happy and interacting!! She let me know when she had questions / if anything came up. My house was left tidy and the cats seemed very well taken care of. 10/10 would have her as a sitter again. Thank you Esther!

Deb was absolutely the best house/ petsitter. She was friendly and gentle with my dogs who adored her. Nothing was too much trouble for Deb and she kindly cleaned my house and tidied my garden for which I was very grateful having recently fractured my wrist and injured my back. Deb thinks independently and is very responsible. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for future sits.

Kayla was fantastic! My dogs loved her and were so happy when I got home. She also left my house way cleaner than I left it! Would recommend her to anyone! Thanks so much, Kayla!

Melissa was great as always. She has stayed at our home 3-4 times and always does a great job.

Yuki and Zoey were not responsible for Karma, our Airedale up. They were to water plants indoor and out, feed the wild birds daily, and check for deliveries. They accomplished these tasks to expectation. I'm giving them a 4-star in the 'Clean and tidy' category because they left in the late afternoon and yet did not wash the bed linens (used two bedrooms) or towels upon leaving. Other than that all was satisfactory. I would recommend to clearly articulate what is expected in the way of cleaning after themselves to anybody using Yuki. Other than that I recommend his care for house sitting.

Marc and Kathryn were awesome sitters for Charlie. They were super attentive and caring, sending photos and checking in. They took care of our home and left it spotless. We’re so grateful to them, and would highly recommend.

Stephanie was the best! She took amazing care of our two large labradors - Franklin and Sky. They didn't want her to leave! The house was cleaner than when we left, and Stephanie kept in great touch throughout our month-long trip - so we didn't worry about a thing. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

They were great. Communicated well before during and as leaving. The house was just as we left it. And the dogs were happy. They reported they played ball and walked the dogs (minding our concerns for heat), fed the dogs in the ways we requested, etc. very pleased!

I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site! Thank you, Tracey, for everything. Jasz and her friend were super friendly and communicative. They have dogs, so they know the ins and outs of pet care and took great care of Callie. I'd definitely have them back!

Katrina watched our 4 cats & house for six days in January. She not only is a 5-star sitter on every level, she also sent us incredible photos (some in our profile now, with her permission), and gifted us a no-anxiety trip. In addition, we had recently adopted a new puppy who had taken a lot of attention away from the cats. When we returned they had adjusted so much better with all the attention Katrina gave them (no pup around), and since then our integration of pup with cats is going better as a result. Highly recommend Katrina for upcoming sits.
