I really enjoyed taking care of Pearl and Pandy. They are adorable cats and very easy to take care of.
Beatrice's place in Greystones is perfect to relax and enjoy nice walks along the beach and cliffs.
Thank you, Beatrice!

We spent a lovely weekend looking after Archie. He was so affectionate and relaxed with us. Emily made us feel welcome in her clean and tidy house in this beautiful village with lots of great eateries and walks.

We had such a fun time at Jackie’s place! We were welcomed very warmly and everything was explained very well. The house is gorgeous, just 2 minutes from the beach and surrounded by hiking trails.

The dogs were so cute 🥰, adorable and listened very well. Chico just followed us every where from the minute we entered the house. Lily loves to get on two legs and give you a hug and kisses 😘 Molly is very calm and loves to cuddle with her beautiful white and soft hair :)

The cats are very gentle and loving, the just love to get brushed and cuddled.

Foggy the 🐢 was hibernating when we were there so we didn’t see him a lot but he seemed like a very nice turtle :p

Thank you for everything, we really loved our sit and recommend it to anyone who loves dogs, cats and sunny days!

We would absolutely do this sit again! Rachel and Graham picked at the airport when we landed and made us a delicious home cooked meal. We got a thorough tour of the home and property and a run down of all the pets' needs before we went to bed. Bingo, Tablet, and Puzzle were such a blast! Each one has her own personality, and all are very well-behaved. It's clear they've been properly trained (Puzzle & Tablet both recall well and "heel" when out walking. Like all hounds, Bingo has her own mind, but comes to "biscuit" and "hungry" without a problem. :) We loved snuggling with them on the couch in the evenings and taking long walks around the property and extensive trail system (adjacent). Lucky and Christopher warmed up to us and allowed us to hand feed treats and give chin scratches.

The 1700's house is truly lovely and unique. Even in winter, the house was warm and had a cozy, lived-in feel. Our room was spacious and the en suite bath luxurious with its rain shower-head and heated towel rack! The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the feather duvet. The wifi was strong everywhere (which made remote working easy). We met a few workers and the postal delivery during our stay who were happy to give us restaurant suggestions. Being from abroad, we were especially grateful for the use of a vehicle which we used to park at a nearby tram stop and go into central Edinburgh. Ratho village doesn't have many services, but the Bridge Inn restaurant, café, pharmacy, and small grocery had all the essentials we could need, and their staff were very friendly to us! This was a treat of a house/pet sit and we're so glad Rachel and Graham entrusted their home and critter care to us!
