This was really only part one of a two-part sit. I was given a warm welcome and provided with detailed information about the house, the pets, and the area, complete with OS maps. Islay is a delightful dog who is easy to manage. The three hens are just lovely and spend their day pecking around the large garden like three old ladies out shopping and provide three fresh eggs every day There were a few challenges but excellent communication with Richard and Caroline meant we were able to get everything sorted out quickly. A four day break away and then back for a second 11 days. It is a real privilege to stay in this beautiful house in such a peaceful location- but close to Amesbury, Salisbury and all necessary shops. Yes, a car is needed here. I can wholeheartedly recommend this as a wonderful sit.
We had the opportunity to care for Reola and Bob's home and pets for a pleasant few days over New Years 2022. Reola and Bob always responded promptly to any questions, and their home was extremely clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, their two cats remained mostly reclusive during the 4 or 5 days ...possibly because they had their fill of strangers just prior to our arrival with the house being on the market and getting shown. Nonetheless the kitties were sweet, and Penelope twice visited us in the night and accepted a bit of affection. Hopefully, all are settled in their new home! Louisa, Dave, Marwood and Boty welcomed me into their cosy home with a hot cup of tea and chat, with clear instructions on how everything worked. Little, but very thoughtful touches, of fresh flowers and fresh milk in the fridge speaks to how kind and lovely Louisa and Dave are. Their home was the perfect space to paint, read and have many cuddles in front of the fire with Marwood and Boty - who were such affectionate little cats. I will honestly miss looking after these two as they were so gentle, kind and entertaining with such unique personalities. I enjoyed exploring the local area, visiting Wells and Glastonbury on beautifully crisp sunny January days! A wonderful house sitting experience and a very peaceful start to the year. Grateful for the experience!
Sitting for Garvan, Kevin, and regal Fred was truly an absolute joy. Fred is a laid-back pup and loves being around you. He also loves his walks and being outside — he’ll show you around! Garvan and Kevin’s home is beautiful and in a great area with all necessities nearby — and close to downtown too! I felt really comfortable in all ways. Thank you so very much to all of you for the memorable time there and for your kindness. I miss you, Fred! I hope to return soon!

First time taking my pup Hazel to the groomers with Meadowlake on 288 and to sum it all up, Melissa did amazing! My little poodle was very matted and honestly thought she would have to be shaved but that wasn’t the case. Melissa was able to style her to look like teddy bear and her little short tail was also styled beautifully. I appreciate the care and comfort given to Hazel. EDIT: Courtney gave me a call and very professionally and personally made things right with us regarding our issue I previously complained about below. Everyone we ever talk to is so nice and helpful and we LOVE getting our dog groomed here. She made me aware of the changes they made to ensure this doesn’t happen to us or anyone else going forward. If you ever consider making a grooming appointment here, I highly recommend Joy or Melissa. They get it right every time and pay great attention to the notes we give. Our dog looks incredible. Thank you Courtney, Dawn, and everyone else that has helped us! …… This is specifically regarding RESERVATIONS and the 288 location. This does not have to do with daycare/lodging or the grooming quality itself. The grooming quality is actually fantastic if you can get in with Joy or Melissa. The problem I have is that I’ve come in on the weekend for my dog’s grooming appointment TWICE with nobody inside working or taking customers at 8am. However, this is the time that the customer portal told us both times AND it’s the time that reservations told us over the phone both times! The first time it happened, we said okay mistakes happen, there was a miscommunication or something. My husband sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone to come and finally around 9am somebody arrived. Last week when we scheduled my dog’s grooming appointment over the phone again, for a weekend slot, my husband was told to drop off at 8am. He mentioned that he was told that before but nobody was there and the reservations person ASSURED him that drop off began at 8am and someone would be there. Later when I received an email asking to confirm the appointment, it logged me into my portal and AGAIN said 8am. My husband was there at 8:05 this morning. You know the rest. It is a waste of our time to go out there to an empty building when we have an appointment and have to either wait or assume people will be there sometime later and come back again. Fix your portal. Fix reservations. Or fix your employee schedule. You don’t have to have drop off at 8am, I just want to be told the correct information! Please!
Great customer service, I went to look at the place for Sassy to go to while we go out of town but she hadn't had one of her shots. Maybe next time.

Choosing Meadowlake for daycare for my border collie was the best decision I've ever made! Not only is facility and pricing amazing, but the staff is just phenomenal. Every single person that works here is kind, professional and genuinely loves dogs. They take such great care of Kirby that it literally makes my heart melt. She is beyond excited every time we are pulling into the parking lot. Like trying to jump out the window excited! Lol She gets all of the love, playtime, mental stimulation and energy exertion a border collie could ever want at daycare while I am working full time. This makes us both super happy! I simply cannot rave enough about this place. Not to mention the fun parties and discovery daycare options. I recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone looking to board, train or put their dog into daycare!
my girls spent 2 nights here last weekend - they came home healthy and happy (no coughing/good poops/not stressed or anxious)! they also did a fab job on their baths - came home fluffy fresh! well worth the drive!

Leona and staff are wonderful. I love taking my dogs to this local neighborhood place when we travel. They probably care for them better than we do :) and the dogs always seem calm and happy like they had an enjoyable stay.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE You Lucky Dog!! My pup is truly lucky to be able to hang out with his friends every day while the hoomans are at work. Our Bits can be a difficult pup sometimes and doesn’t trust just anyone. Every morning when we pull into the parking lot, he bounces around excitedly barking because he loves going to daycare every day! The staff are amazing and friendly! They take the best care of my little man and I trust their care and judgement completely. The cost is WELL worth the peace of mind we have knowing he is in good hands.

I absolutely love getting to board my dog Cassiopeia here. She’s always very excited to go and she always comes back looking very happy and healthy!! The staff are super nice and they treat the dogs as if they were their own pets. One of my favorite things is how if you check the Instagram story you can see constant updates on your pet whenever they play outside :) Excellent place with a great theme and staff!!
Earlier this year, I got my first puppy. As any new dog owner, I am trying to do everything possible to socialize and manage her energy levels. I took her to Super Paws for an evaluation when she was 3 months old, and they accepted her into the facility. She is now 6 months old and has consistently gone to daycare for 6–10 hours a day, either once or twice a week. The staff is great and super nice! My pup loves going to Super Paws and is always happy when I drop her off/pick her up. Additionally, I have done some bath and nail trimming services with Super Paws, and I have had no issues. They post a lot on their IG stories, and I always catch a glimpse of my pup having a blast. It’s great to support this small business in my neighborhood that takes such great care of my pup. Pictures in the review are screenshots from their IG stories.
We have been to Super Paws with our other pups, and now it’s Ollie’s time. He is such a high energy pup and is always getting himself in trouble because he gets bored. We took him to Super Paws and the picture below is how he was after pick up! So exhausted from all the play time he got. We recently moved so it is a bit far away from us, but it is totally worth it.
We love Super Paws! They have taken great care of our Pyrenees girls many times over the last 3 years. Our dogs are excited to go to Super Paws and always come home happy. Our family loves the photos posted to Instagram so we can see our dogs while we are away. The photos always show them outside playing and having fun. The online system to book boarding stays is fantastic. Super Paws responds quickly to texts and emails. We recently needed to board a foster dog we had rescued from BARC with Super Paws and they were so friendly and helpful, letting him join our girls for boarding with only a few days notice. You should give Super Paws a try!
Awful experience. My dog was boarded for 5 nights and came home with a big wound on his nose. I am also guessing that he was kept inside a room for a long period of time. His 13 year old german shepherd, potty trained well. He came back with his bed with multiple pee spot. He was not taken out of regular bathroom breaks for him to pee on his bed.
We just boarded our dogs for the first time ever, and our experience at Super Paws was awesome! Our dogs had a great time, and we loved being able to keep up with them on Super Paws Instagram. Amanda and the staff were also such a pleasure to work with. We forgot to bring our dog food, added grooming on at the last minute, then ended up needing to pick our dogs up early, but everyone was so accommodating throughout it all. At the end, they gave us a goodie bag including hand-made bandanas with our dogs’ names on them. They really go the extra mile at Super Paws, and we would 1000% board with them again. :)
My dog Lucas enjoys staying at Super Paws . They are flexible and help you to find the most convenient deals . Lucas has stayed at Super Paws for a few times now , so far everything is great . All that I need is to have peace in mind when I left my buddy behind, So far I get it every time .
My pup stayed at Super Paws for five days and she had a blast. She can be unsure of people and some dogs sometimes but she quickly made friends and felt comfortable. I loved getting photos of Vera through Super Paws’s social media. Amanda was also so patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. I love that the dogs have so much space to run and that there are multiple options for sleeping arrangements. And the best part is that Vera came home absolutely pooped from her weekend of fun. This is my new go-to for boarding and day care!
Friendly Staff, but seem's disorganized. Employees from one shift to another didn't seem to know how the dogs had been doing. Communication or a white board on behavior and or issues would be useful BIGGEST ISSUE - apparently one of my dogs had diarrhea (either from stress or maybe a treat she was not used to). Although they washed her bed, they sent her home with feces all over her backside - which we didn't notice until we got home. They also DID NOT tell us she had issues when we picked her up. At a minimum they should have cleaned her up and let us know what had happened and how long it had been going on for.
We love Super Paws. Our dogs have been boarding here for about 5 years. Love the daily instagram photo updates and they always come home tuckered out. ❤️
Jazz always has a great time at Rover Oaks. She has friends that she loves to play with, and she is always excited when she comes. She has a better social life than me..lol! The staff is fantastic, responsive and highly skilled. Each of them care about the dogs, and there is enough staff to look after all the dogs safely. They know how to properly assess dog behaviors and they update with me about how Jazz is doing. They are very easy to talk to and very friendly. They work hard, and I appreciate their efforts and I always look forward to seeing them. They make managing my life much easier. The front desk staff answers all of my questions and they are very polite and professional. The management is superior! Every manager that I have interacted with is professional, and welcoming. I’m confident that Jazz, who is a high energy rescue dog, is well taken care of.
I’ve been taking my dogs to Rover Oaks for about a year now. First dog I took was my Missy who we picked up from the streets but a very well behaved dog at that. She passed her daycare eval with flying colors and the whole process was so easy. She’s had so many great days at day care and being able to see her on video is a huge plus. We recently rescued another dog, Olive. Olive has had a rougher life than Missy for sure and is more difficult behavior wise - but Rover Oaks has taken great care of her and made her a part of their family! I leave my dogs at the care of Rover Oaks employees with a peace of mind. Knowing my dogs will always be well taken care of is a huge relief. They have both been boarded there as well and they always look happy to go back. This is how you can tell your pet is well treated. Thank you Rover Oaks for being great with our dogs. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Charlie, my corgi, absolutely LOVES daycare at Rover Oaks! He gets so excited every time we arrive, and it's easy to see why. Angel, Julie, and John (the manager of daycare) are amazing—they make sure he has the best time every visit. The fun photo shoots are a great bonus too; I love getting adorable pictures of Charlie in themed costumes! The staff truly goes above and beyond, and it’s comforting to know he’s in such loving and capable hands. Thank you, Rover Oaks, for making Charlie’s days so special! 🐾

The staff is incredibly attentive and clearly passionate about animals. It really feels like this resort treats every pet like family. Rover Oaks is simply the best! My dog, Oliver, has boarded with them a few times and they do such an amazing job taking care of him. The staff are so friendly and you can tell they really care about your pet’s experience while boarding. I know Oliver likes staying because he’s always so excited when we pull into the parking lot!! Also, the “Paw-gress” reports are so cute and such a fun attribute to receive at the end of your pet’s stay. Thank you Rover Oaks for all that you do!! :)

Also, Rover Oaks is a 1 stop shop because we did puppy training and continue to do doggy daycare and grooming. 10/10 would recommend!
We lodged our miniature Aussie here and were blown away by how well he was taken care of. Between play times and photo/ text updates, we know he enjoyed himself and never had to wonder if he was safe. I would recommend Rover Oaks to anyone! Your pet is in good hands there.
First time boarding our dogs, a 7 month old Cavalier King Charles and 7 1/2 year old German Shepard. We've never boarded.any dog as we always had someone stay with them so we were a little concerned how they would do, We visited quite a few places before deciding on Rover Oaks but immediately knew this is where we wanted to keep them. Employees seemed very professional and everything appeared very well organized. The dogs seemed to be very happy, adjusted well, and were well taken care of. We loved being able to watch them on the camera also.
Rover oaks is a second home to my baby, if for any reason I have to go out of town I know exactly where I would leave him without a second thought. The staff is just so loving and friendly, I know that they would take the best care of my King. He always has so much fun there and I love the photos and report cards they leave at the end of his visit, makes me feel so much better about leaving him there. My Dogs Benzi and Enzo have been coming here since they were puppies. They are now 5 & 4 years old and it is still their HAPPY PLACE! They have done just about every service the resort has to offer and it has always been extremely smooth to book, drop off and even receive update pictures! Thank you to the amazing team for going above and beyond to ensure my pets are comfortable and loved. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies other than Rover Oaks! 🩵
The owner (Rebecca) is personable and helpful. She and her team took great care of our cat while we were away for a whole month. They provided regular updates. Scheduling new visits over the upcoming holiday was a breeze using their app. Rebecca even left some homemade mackerel treats for our cat on her last visit. We've had a great experience with the Skyline team and highly recommend working with them.

This review is long over due but Skyline Pet Care did such an amazing job for my kitty. I was honestly very worried and skeptical about having people over at my home but I needed pet services since I was going out of town and could not leave my baby alone. They did such an amazing job, as you can see my baby Ponzu was so happy to have someone over. She is very shy but did amazing! I will definitely be booking with them again. Also they were very understanding of my procedures regarding parking and registering their car at my apartment complex! Thank you again for taking care of Ponzu!
Even though their schedule was busy Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure to still come by at the designated times! I couldn't asked for a better sitter to take care of our 14 yr old dog. She showed love and care in both our dog and our cat (our cat wasn't even part of the sitting arrangement but she made sure she had food in her bowl, water, and was happy). Will definitely use again!

I had an excellent experience when Rebecca came to visit and care for my dog Storm! I received timely picture/video updates and Rebecca demonstrated awesome communication skills, also following all instructions left for Storm's care. I felt very safe and that Storm was in good hands, which was a huge relief for me as I had to be away for an extended amount of time that day. Would definitely use this service again based on this positive experience.

My dogs have been groomed at The Pink Paws Pet Spa since the day it was opened 8 years ago. Prior to that, Sandy and Silvia worked for a pet grooming facility only five minutes from me, where I first met them. When they opened their own place, there was never a question that I would follow them! I don't even live in Pearland, but the trip is well worth the drive! My babies are always perfectly groomed and look gorgeous. I know they are treated well while in the care of these two fabulous ladies and the staff!

Sandy P. is the owner and is so very sweet. You can tell that she takes pride in her business. It's always clean and my dogs are never afraid or anxious to go there. The boarding spaces are always clean and neat and Sandy ensures that dogs have plenty of water and go out as needed. She has been very flexible when I am in need of her services to board my dogs on short notice. Grooming services are also great and all services are very reasonably priced. I have been taking my dogs there since the summer and will definitely continue.
Pink Paws does an excellent job with my dog. The only complaint I have is not knowing when my dog might be ready. I bring him in before 9am and I have gotten the call to come pick him up anywhere from 2pm-5pm which means he's there all day. I don't feel comfortable going anywhere because I have no idea when the call might come in to come pick him up. That's the only negative I have. My dog comes out with the best haircut he's ever had, smells wonderful for a few days straight and they seem to really know how to give my dog a good experience. I understand the groomers don't want to stress your dog out so they give them frequent breaks but pretty much all day is just to much for me personally. I tried another local groomer and yes my dog was out after about 2-3 hours but got one of the worst haircuts....soooo.....back to Pink Paws we go! They really treat your dogs wonderfully!
@ Rick Boon... There is not and never has been anyone by the name of Rosario working at this pink paws pet salon. Im sorry what happened to your dog but Pink Paws didn't do it. I have been coming to this location for years and my sister before me. We know the groomers personally and they treat all of the dogs like they are their own children. I have only had first class service with this groomer. They always go over and beyond. When someone took my dog and tried to get her groomed at Pink Paws, the owner held my dog and called me to pick her up. They work with my schedule allowing me to drop off my dog earlier than when they open so I can get to work on time. A++ in my book!
Was throughly disappointed with the customer service I received. I have a miniature poodle and normally take her to Pets Mart. I decided to try out this place as It was more convenient and closer to my home. Immediately when I walked in I noticed the lady at the front desk was annoyed. I then greeted her and asked if they had any availability for today. She proceeded to tell me no in a blunt rude manner. I then asked well may I see the prices and packages to schedule for another day. Without providing me with this information she looks at my dog and begins to ask a series of questions as to where do I normally go, how often did I take my poodle. Then she starts to give me every reason why she can’t groom my poodle saying oh she’s matted, and that she wasn’t sure what she could do. I politely told her never mind and that I would continue to go to Pets Mart since they were the more trained professionals. I’ve never had such piss poor customer service.
Easy to schedule appointment. Friendly knowledgeable groomer that my shaky scared dog responded to positively. Excellent grooming for my dog breed and nail trim. I like that I don’t have to leave him for hours and hours his grooming done in under 2 hours and ready for pickup. Pricing is competitive with other grooming services in this area. It was overall just great for my pet and also for me.
Wonderful wonderful my dogs seem to do well with there shampoos no itching. The lady who owns this establishment is very nice. They need a fence due to a pit bull of neighbors running around and so you have to really what if you're going to let your animals use the restroom.
Pink Paws have done consistent, excellent grooming for several years They can take care of both our 14-tear dog as well as our 1-year old puppy easily. I haven't used their pet hotel, but I suspect they are just as good.

Paws and Friends have taken care of my girl for over 12 years. Whether it is Day Care, Boarding or Grooming they are the best around. My dog starts jumping around if she even hears me call them on the phone. She loves going there, which shows me they are doing a great job. Highly recommend them.
I have a year and a half aged puppy that has nonstop energy. She is very sensitive and other places make her very depressed (when there is not a lot of mingling/just kennel runs) when she comes back home. Our vet recommended Paws & Friends (she worked there as a teen!) and several friends had recommended them too. We went to do an evaluation from 8am-12pm and Sally was over the moon. The open play option is perfect for us. I can’t wait to book. The dogs are let out to run and play together from 7am-12pm, then they come in to rest/eat until 2pm and then they play again until 7pm where they zonk out for the night (after 10 hours of play)! Grooming is included (baths, nail clips, etc). I am very excited. It is more than where we are coming from cost-wise, but it will be money well spent. This place gives off great vibes and you can tell it is a fantastic choice, not just highly recommended.
Awesome staff and groomer. It was super easy to make an appointment for grooming. I had my schnauzer groomed and she looks adorable.
Our dog, Dexter, loves to go to Paws & Friends and they take such good care of him. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Dexter is our third dog to go to Paws & Friends and just like the other two, he loves it and the staff.
I took my puppy Charlie in for grooming and when I got home, he was licking and gnawing at his feet because the groomer cut way too close to his skin and it got irritated, so I took him to the vet the next day. All of his paws were very inflamed and red so he had to take steroids since it became dermatitis. His testicles were also very red and swollen. He was also acting strange and scared that night and the day after the grooming so I'm worried about how he was treated during the grooming, even if they say they treat all pets with love and care. The groomer was also a bit rude when I dropped him off. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back.
Great team, good pricing. My cat was happy when I picked him up after 12 days of boarding (not true of another boarding place for a shorter stay. Wish they would share a few updates or photos during his stay.
Nice and close to home. No frills. Super friendly. My dog dances in the door every time and is sad to leave. They get to play all day on GRASS not concrete like many places which is heaven for my pup!
Paws and Friends takes very good care of its clients. They treat our dogs as if they are their own. It does not take long for them to groom our dogs. As a matter of fact this is the best pet grooming place that I have ever been to. And I have had pets for at least the last 20 years or so. Now that I have found this place I probably will never go anywhere else. Please keep up the good work.
10/10 in my opinion!!! We called PSPC about 3 days before our trip… I don’t recommend being so last minute like I was lol. She took great care of our Ol’ Man 🐾 They provide great communication and updates about what’s going on with your pet. They were even gracious enough to bring our packages inside while we were away. I’d 100% recommend PSPC for your future pet sitting and boarding!!!
Pint sized Pet Care is a wonderful environment for our Mika Nuk Nuk . Kiera's is very patient with Mika. She allows her to run and really be social toward other dogs .. They all play together, Mika knows when it’s time to go with her friends.. A very good place to bring your pet to.. Pint Sized is wonderful..
This mother daughter duo has watched our little Finn twice, both on last minute notice. They are amazing! You get picture and video updates of your pet throughout their stay. I’m always comfortable that Finn will be taken care of once I drop him off. Amazing care for your four-legged babies!
It’s was my very first time using an in home boarder for my baby Nola while I went on a quick trip, but I felt relieved as Kieyera was so welcoming! I loved that fact that she was very flexible in working with my very busy schedule for drop off and she treated Nola as her own. I appreciated the daily updates and pictures to ease my anxiety while I was away! I will definitely be using Pint Sized Pet Care again.
Savannah has been going has been going to Pint Size Pet Care since December 2021 and Im absolutely thrilled. Kiyera is always professional, timely, available and takes great care of Savannah. I took my dog here for a week and he received upmost care! I felt my dog would be at safe place from the moment I dropped him off. Received daily messages about my puppy and was positive he was in the right hands! 10/10
