Michelle is a lovely, trustworthy person, and connected with our dogs and cats. However, I was disappointed with the way the house looked when we returned. On the surface it all looked fine, but I kept finding bits of her hair in the bathroom and kitchen for a few days after she left. On the pet side, it looked like she never filled the cats' water (or if she did, they drank it all the day we arrived ) home). But on a positive note, she encouraged our puppy to go outside by himself (in our fenced yard) to do his business, which he was a little scared to do before. Also on the plus side, Michelle was very kind to fit us in last minute between 2 other sits and she had to take buses and trains on both ends of her sit here. She is very dedicated, but missed some of the details, despite the instructions in the welcome guide. I think she would do great in a house without stairs; I think that might have been a disincentive to do a good cleaning before she left. Once we texted her, she reliably sent photos of the animals while we were away. I believe Michelle is trustworthy and reliable, just not as clean and detail oriented as other sitters we've had in the past.
