Shelley was so AMAZING, that I am a bit reluctant to share this review so that we can always keep her for ourselves. But we wont. So here it goes. In all seriousness, she went above an beyond anything we have ever hoped so. We could tell from the video calls, pics and clips she sent that Rogelio did not even missed us for a minute. A dream come true, as you always want your puppy to be happy. The house was left immaculate, all plants were shining. Our flight back got delayed on the handover day, so she even came back at 9PM to walk him one more time even-though she had another sit not too close to our place. We are super grateful for Kathy who handled our elderly cat with thyroid medication needs so well. We had total confidence in her care. She kept us up-to-date, looked after the house as well, and left everything in perfect condition going above and beyond. Matilda is not an easy kitty :) and Kathy was amazing!
We had a couple bumps in the beginning because our listing wasn’t read thoroughly. Four wheel drive is absolutely required in our neighborhood in the winter, but fortunately, we were able to figure it out. The pets were well cared for and the house was very tidy when we got home.
We loved sitting for Nero and Luna, they are very easy to care for and really enjoyed their company🤍 They both love when it's time to eat. Sometimes Luna finishes Nero's food because he's too excited to go outside and then he comes back hungry asking for more🤣 best to put his food away and give it to him again later when he's back from his walk. Nero is a great communicator, loves cuddles almost as much as he loves his independence - he will sleep with you if you let him. Luna is the relaxed sister who loves being indoors, sleeping and not being bothered - she allows you to pet her but if you do it wrong you might get a scratch. She has the cutest little miau. The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. It's in a great location near everything you might need and has a lovely garden full of 7 different type of berries. Gabrielle is very kind and attentive. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and she quickly got it resolved despite the distance. We would love to care for Luna, Nero and Gabrielle's house again any time✨🤍
