Had a great housesit here for the wkend. Jane is very nice and welcoming and made me feel at home in her flat. Roxy is absolutely lovely so well behaved and such a pleasant natured dog. Perranporth is a nice seaside town. From Janes you are 10 min walk to town and about 7 min walk to the awesome Perranporth beach where i walked Roxy everyday. I would recommend this sit to you all
Sitting for Kathy and Richard was an all around wonderful experience. We absolutely recommend this opportunity. From the beginning, communication was friendly and informative, the Welcome Packet was thorough, and when we arrived at their beautiful home, Kathy and Richard were instantly warm and welcoming. Their dogs, Lottie and Molly, quickly became sweet, adorable companions. Lottie is a spunky senior with lots of energy. She easily kept up, even on longer walks. She stands quiet and quite content while getting her neck and ears scratched. Molly is personality-plus and loves all the attention. She happily wiggles onto your lap and before you know it, she’s covering the the keyboard of your iPad :) and just wants a belly rub. Richard and Kathy left us with a good list of nearby walks, many along the nearby Norfolk coast, which is spectacular, even in winter. We spent evenings in the family room with Lottie and Molly where they usually rested after their nice walk. The dogs are very well behaved in the car, and when we visited local pubs, their sweet disposition got lots of welcome attention from other patrons, and a treat or two from a kind server. Kathy and Richard’s home is large yet warm, and the attached apartment where we stayed was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. We are confident any future sitters will have just as enjoyable a stay in Kathy and Richard’s lovely home, and will have everything needed to care for and make fun memories with Lottie and Molly.
Christina was very welcoming and accommodating, she was quick to respond and assist when needed. Both Basil and Pal love to be petted, Basil likes to play ball and Buddy, the elusive cat, warms up to you in a couple of days. We highly recommend this house sit.
We had a wonderful time sitting for Teri & Steven! They have a beautiful home with incredible views over the lake, and their kitties Max and Luis were the cuddliest cats ever. If you love cats, you will love this sit! The boys were such wonderful company (and the back deck area so lovely) that we didn't really want to leave and loved returning home whenever we popped out! We did not have a car and this sit is still really convenient if you want to visit the city- buses stop right out front and take you right into downtown, and Ubers are easy to book and reasonably priced. Thanks so much for choosing us Teri & Steven, hopefully we cross paths again in the future!
We had such a great time taking care of Gus. He is so sweet and easy going. Amy was super kind and helped us with everything. All the indications were clear and we had no problem at all. The location of the apartment is excellent which allowed us to visit the city of Manchester also while we were there taking care of Gus.
I had a great week looking after Keith and Blossom in Richmond. Oona and Michael made me feel very welcome to their comfortable and stylish home. Keith is a lovely, lively spaniel, and it was great fun to explore the woods and parks with him. Blossom is an affectionate and agile old cat, who loves to sit on your lap and keep you company. The area is wonderful, a range of shops very close by, and beautiful woods and parks just a minute's walk away. I would definitely recommend a sit with Keith and Blossom, and would love to go back.
