Nancy and Kevin are awesome! As pet parents who also use the site for their own pup, they were so communicative and on top of everything as they know what it's like to be on the other end. I think we also lucked out as our dogs appear to have the same personality, so I didn't have to worry about how they would adjust to her quirks. Our house looked the same as we left it and a huge plus was being asked by them what our communication style was and adapting to that instead of either providing too much/too little of updates. We appreciated them and would always welcome another sit in the future.

What a joy and an honor it was to have Phyllis and Jerry care for my home and my pets. I could write an epistle to describe in detail how much they did and how well they accomplished each responsibility. Our correspondence began many months ahead of my posted dates. Throughout this time, we stayed connected, and as we got closer, we shared more details about my home and care for the pets. Response time was prompt, friendly and courteous. They were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had to adjust my flight time and date. They arrived early on my departure day so we could have time for orientation, lunch, and conversation. Phyllis and Jerry were meticulous in following the instructions I left for cat and home care. They were dedicated to assuring me that things at home were going well by sending pictures of the cats included with special vignettes. They were respectful of my home and took great care of everything as if it were their own. For example, when the hose unexpectedly burst in the back yard on a hot day, they carried water in a bucket to my young Arbor Vitae trees. They are the kind of people who go the “extra mile” based on their high values and elevated work ethics. When I returned home, everything was glistening and spotless. The carpets had been vacuumed, the laundry completed, the dishwasher and waste baskets emptied, the stove shined, and the kitty litter was scooped and cleaned. My fur babies were happy and relaxed, an indication that they had excellent care while I was away. A delightful surprise was the colorful Autumn gift basket and note they left on the counter. I highly recommend Phyllis and Jerry in every way. They exceeded my expectations and fulfilled every task. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, and both have had a wide variety of experiences that translate into good common sense and wise decisions. It was truly my privilege to have the opportunity to meet them and to benefit from all they had to offer me, my home, and my cats.

Kelly and Tyler were wonderful pet caregivers and house sitters. They communicated well with us before and after the sit, and took great care of our dog, cat and goats. We returned to a tidy house and happy, relaxed animals. They asked good questions and connected so well with our pets.

Viky is an excellent petsitter! She sent plenty of updates about both my cat and my dog so I was confident they were being well taken care of while I was away. She is very responsible and reliable with both the pets and the apartment. I would definitely recommend Viky for your housesitter needs!

Esther and Mark house/pet sat for us while we were in Iceland for our honeymoon. We were so glad we picked them for such an important time! They were proactive with communicating, booked their travel with wiggle room in case we were delayed and kept us up to do with pictures while we were away. The fur kids were all happy and well taken care of and they even left the house cleaner than when we arrived. We would love to have them sit for us again anytime 🙂

Sarah was fantastic! She made this trip so effortless and worry free. I think my apartment was cleaner when I came home than when I left! I look forward to having her sit again!

Absolutely fabulous experience! Bridgette's husband John helped us out with a crisis by couriering a lockbox key that I forgot which was mission-critical. Thank you so much for your help! Then, when we returned, our two Bengal cats were in high spirits; romping and playing through the house. Clearly, they were quite happy with the care that they had received in our absence. Coupled with the frequent photos Bridgette and John sent over the extended weekend, we were extremely pleased with how the sit went. It is also worth noting that our return trip did not go well. We were subjected to a series of boarding planes / deplaning / rescheduling / reboarding / deplaning again... Throughout it all, John and Bridgette were in constant communication to ensure that the cats' well-being was attended to. We finally arrived home around 2:00 and John and Bridgette had just left... We are so looking forward to having Bridgette and John again and hope that we are fortunate enough that they might be available for our next trip! These people are the best! Ash traveled a LONG way for this sit and still managed to be right on time -- a great indication of the professionalism/reliability that was to come. Our off-grid mountain home requires a fairly detailed orientation, and Ash didn't miss a thing. And our indefatigable mountain dog was even tired when we got home -- not an easy thing to accomplish.

Laura and Scott were the best pet sitters you could ask for! Communication was great from the time the sit was confirmed and thru out the sit. Laura sent me daily photos and texts. They did everything we asked and then more! Highly recommend and hope that they will come back and do another sit for us sometime!

We booked Joanne and Rick in January. We had a great interview and booked them at that time. I kept in touch through the next couple of months. Joanne was very responsive and a great communicator. When they showed up at the scheduled time, we hit it off right away. Indy was very 'taken' with Joanne and I knew it was going to be fine. I asked for a picture or two each day. They took Indy on hikes almost everyday and I got great photos of him and the beautiful scenery. The house was just as I left it, neat and tidy. It was a pleasure to have them stay in our house. I felt that it was going to be a good sit and it was. I would definitely recommend Joanne and Rick and would have them back any time.

We are so lucky to have found Joy for last-minute pet care! Joy looked after our three dogs, two chickens, and dozens of plants while we traveled for a long weekend. She loves animals and has so much experience caring for them. She is very organized, tidy, and self-sufficient. Joy is a breeze to communicate and coordinate arrival and departure with. We came home to a clean home and happy pups! We are so grateful.

Joel was respectful and very good about communicating with us before and during his sit. He had a family emergency after the first night and had to leave early, but we appreciated that he drove back to our house the next day to feed our cats. When we arrived home, our cats were healthy and satisfied. My only complaints are that their separate feeders were left open, so they likely ate each other’s food (they have different diets), and their litter boxes were quite full. I am sure Joel would have been a great sitter had he not had to deal with his emergency.
