What a joy and an honor it was to have Phyllis and Jerry care for my home and my pets. I could write an epistle to describe in detail how much they did and how well they accomplished each responsibility. Our correspondence began many months ahead of my posted dates. Throughout this time, we stayed connected, and as we got closer, we shared more details about my home and care for the pets. Response time was prompt, friendly and courteous. They were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had to adjust my flight time and date. They arrived early on my departure day so we could have time for orientation, lunch, and conversation. Phyllis and Jerry were meticulous in following the instructions I left for cat and home care. They were dedicated to assuring me that things at home were going well by sending pictures of the cats included with special vignettes. They were respectful of my home and took great care of everything as if it were their own. For example, when the hose unexpectedly burst in the back yard on a hot day, they carried water in a bucket to my young Arbor Vitae trees. They are the kind of people who go the “extra mile” based on their high values and elevated work ethics. When I returned home, everything was glistening and spotless. The carpets had been vacuumed, the laundry completed, the dishwasher and waste baskets emptied, the stove shined, and the kitty litter was scooped and cleaned. My fur babies were happy and relaxed, an indication that they had excellent care while I was away. A delightful surprise was the colorful Autumn gift basket and note they left on the counter. I highly recommend Phyllis and Jerry in every way. They exceeded my expectations and fulfilled every task. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, and both have had a wide variety of experiences that translate into good common sense and wise decisions. It was truly my privilege to have the opportunity to meet them and to benefit from all they had to offer me, my home, and my cats.

We were very lucky & thrilled to be able to welcome back Jim & Lana to look after our three boys and the house for a second time and for our longest trip away so far (5 weeks). It is a real pleasure when away for such an extended period (for us at least) to have the comfort of knowing the boys are happy and the house cared for. Even better to come home to chilled doggies & a clean house. Jim & Lana are great communicators, very experienced with property & pets and lovely people, who again made us feel at ease and definitely bonded with our boys. No surprise at all that they have so many fantastic reviews on top of ours and we absolutely recommend them, while also hoping that our future vacation plans and their commitments coincide again and we can welcome them back. I think Brooke took good care of Kylie … from the pictures, Kylie looked comfortable and attached. Brooke communicated but also arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected. Significant oil spilled from her car in front of our home and the neighbors.

Rae treated our dogs and home like they were her own. She was wonderful!

Absolutely fabulous experience! Bridgette's husband John helped us out with a crisis by couriering a lockbox key that I forgot which was mission-critical. Thank you so much for your help! Then, when we returned, our two Bengal cats were in high spirits; romping and playing through the house. Clearly, they were quite happy with the care that they had received in our absence. Coupled with the frequent photos Bridgette and John sent over the extended weekend, we were extremely pleased with how the sit went. It is also worth noting that our return trip did not go well. We were subjected to a series of boarding planes / deplaning / rescheduling / reboarding / deplaning again... Throughout it all, John and Bridgette were in constant communication to ensure that the cats' well-being was attended to. We finally arrived home around 2:00 and John and Bridgette had just left... We are so looking forward to having Bridgette and John again and hope that we are fortunate enough that they might be available for our next trip! These people are the best! So easy going and clearly took great care of Duke!

Lisa was an amazing care giver and sitter for our home. We would most certainly invite her back. She came in a day early to learn the routine of the pets and put up with a chaotic household full of our family as we prepared for our trip. Couldn't be more grateful for her watching over our home. Wrigley, our dog, still stands outside the guest bedroom each night since we returned home, hoping Lisa might be there. There is no better review than that.

Martin is a reliable young man who took great care of our three dogs over the weekend. We came home to a clean and tidy house and, most importantly, three happy dogs.

We had the pleasure of hosting Karen and Thomas for 3 nights. We were able to coordinate a meet-and-greet before we departed on our trip, and answer any questions about the house and pets. Karen and Thomas took exceptional care of our home and pups! We have one senior dog, and they took perfect care of her giving extra potty beaks. They left the house very clean and it was like they weren't even here! It was a pleasure hosing them for their first zeewoi experience, and I recommend them for any stay! Thank you for taking such good care of our home, plants, and dogs.

Sarah was a great sitter. My cat warmed up to her right away, and she had no problem giving her medication. She left my apartment clean and tidy! Thanks Sarah!

Joel was respectful and very good about communicating with us before and during his sit. He had a family emergency after the first night and had to leave early, but we appreciated that he drove back to our house the next day to feed our cats. When we arrived home, our cats were healthy and satisfied. My only complaints are that their separate feeders were left open, so they likely ate each other’s food (they have different diets), and their litter boxes were quite full. I am sure Joel would have been a great sitter had he not had to deal with his emergency.

Another phenomenonal sit by Mike and Kathy! These two are some of the most genuine, caring people I have met in a long time. My dogs are THRILLED to see them! Your home and pets are in loving hands when you host Mike & Kathy. 🤩
