Cat Sitters in Alondra Park, CA

When I first saw Dottie’s profile she sounded like a dream. Her profile was saturated with zen, full of a life of children + animals, public service/volunteer work + she was a traveler/explorer of the world with her career. With all of those she was a quick vet! I couldn't help but think what a *interesting* woman - I must speak with her! After speaking to her, I felt so assured she could handle anything + her presence was calming, warm, saturated in gratitude + peacefulness (which is something I try to aspire to in the theme of my apartment). When she said she connected with my apartment (my patio, etc) + I knew it would be a great match! We started communicating before my trip + she was sending lovely messages, meditations, thoughtful passages + sayings which I LOVED. She even sent a sweet thoughtful card (as my mom had just passed) - kinder than most people I know! I had to push back my trip start date + asked if she wanted to stay with me but she instead was very accommodating + made alternate arrangements + came by the day I was leaving. She sent pictures of the kitties daily + when there was a hail storm she rescued my Nutella, girl cat, from the patio. She was scared + Dottie brought her back in. Any little thing I asked she was great with. I loaded her with a lot of information at the get go + about packages coming in + she was very easy going about it all. We bonded early on over shared life experiences, similar paths we are both on in this last year so when I saw the gifts she left me upon her departing it brightened my day oh so much! We both love art + in her gifts she left some things I can use in my future art which was oh so thoughtful! She also left sweet notes (she is SO good at this!) + a custom gift that was oh so perfectly in tune with my life path now. She also left snacks + a few things I am now using (since I arrived to a fridge with not much). After the toughest year of my life (my mom’s recent passing) these sweet, caring gestures go so far for me. Really. Dottie’s presence is a gift in itself. She cares for all things, people, animals, homes + respects everything! Her kindness is boundless + her thoughtfulness even more so. P.S. I arrived at a super clean home, one where I did not need to do a THING. God bless this woman! I only wish she was local + we could have her more often. Dottie, you were such a blessing to us! Elly and Tyler are exceptional - both as sitters and human beings. They took excellent care of my two labs, both of whom take multiple medications with each meal. Elly, Tyler and their sweet little boy gave Rosko and Chuy lots of love, affection and plenty of walks and swims. I came home, exhausted from an international trip, to a clean house, even clean sheets on the beds!

Brittney was honestly so sweet, super tidy, AMAZING communication and gave me the most frequent and best updates with pictures of the rabbits I’ve ever ever had. Would have have back in a heartbeat!

James and Irene came to look after our spaniel Barley and to house sit. They were very helpful as we decided to leave a day earlier than planned so they changed their plans so they could be with Barley when we left, and we had plenty of time to show them round etc. They sent us photographs and videos during the week of a very happy Barley, who was obviously having a wonderful time with them! We returned home to a happy dog and a very clean and tidy house - they had even managed to clean some areas of the fridge which are virtually impossible to get to without completely taking it all apart! It was great to meet them both and would not hesitate to invite them back if they are in the UK again Many thanks!

Monica and Liam are very warm and welcoming people. You can tell how much they love dogs. We were very happy to have them stay. They took good care of our pup and our home while we were gone for two weeks. We do have a well behaved pup, but he can trick people into a false sense of security. He did sneak out once during their visit and was spotted by a neighbor being walked off leash.

Lea was a perfect dog/house sitter. Maisie and Ponto loved her. She was very communicative if a problem, helped when I needed a favour and kept the house neat and tidy. She is a responsible, punctual, interesting and kind young lady. My husband would not hesitate to recommend her.

Blake once again took excellent care of our pets and home. She watched our dog and cat for over 3 weeks. She administered daily medications to our dog, took her for walks, played with her and kept her safe. Our aloof cat got pampered by being brushed. and warmed up to her very quickly. She sent us photos and videos while we were away. When we returned, our pets were happy and healthy. Our plants looked better than they did when we left. Blake also responsibly handled a few surprises that happened with the house. We are nervous pet parents, and we trust Blake wholeheartedly. We didn't have to worry at all while we were away. After we returned, Blake took the time to debrief us on details that will help make future pet/house sitting experiences as good as possible. We are incredibly grateful for her care.

Amy and Brent were AMAZING! My cats took to them right away. Amy and Brent sent me photos and updates multiple times per day-and they were amazing photos! I might even frame a few! (and they did ask me how often I wanted the updates as well and followed my desires.) They treated my house with the utmost respect as well. The house was clean and tidy when we got home. They played interactive games with the cats multiple times per day, so I know they were entertained and active while I was away. Bottom line, Amy and Brent did an incredible job. I fee like if my 3 cats could talk, they’d ask why we came home so soon; I really think they didn’t’ miss us! And my housekeeper probably felt the same way :-)

I’m so thankful that Bri and Dillon hung with Potato. They did a great job with him. I hope to have them back soon!

Nicolas and Milan were excellent sitters for our dog Boone ! They arrived on time , and their communication was great . We were so happy to receive photos and updates about Boone while we were away . They took great care of our home and left it clean and tidy . We would 100% have them come stay again! Thank you both for your great care of Boone and for being so easy going and great to work with !

Morgan was an absolute dream house sitter and care taker for Hudson! She was very communicative, kind and great with Hud plus she left my home spotless. I sing her praises!

Amanda is an excellent dog and house sitter. She communicated regularly and took great care of Wrigley and our home. We would love to have her back!
