She is utterly reliable, extremely flexible around dates, very caring towards the cats, super clean and tidy - my kitchen was cleaner by a lot than how I left it and Ionica had washed and hung out sheets towels tea towels etc. She is friendly and interesting and at the same time self-sufficient.
