It was a pleasure to meet Nick and Jess and to look after Poppy and Suki. The sit was easily arranged. They made me feel welcome and relaxed. They left their home very clean and tidy for me whilst preparing 2 small children for a holiday which I was very impressed by! They were happy for me to arrive the day before they left and leave the morning after they arrived back to fit with my travel times. A lovely home in an up-and-coming area with quick easy access into central London by overground. The garden was easy to look after with use of the hose. Poppy and Suki are 2 adventurous and affectionate beauties I enjoyed spending time with. I had a great 2 weeks and would be very happy to return in future.
I had an amazing time with Snuggles and Beans in Scheveningen. These two cats were an absolute joy to have around. Little Beans was so curious, and I could pet him right away. Snuggles was a bit shy at first, but quickly opened up. They're just the cutest and so much fun. They'd nap together and then have these playful bursts of energy, running around and playing together in the apartment. Before I met them in person, I had a video call with Hadley and Madelon. When I arrived, they had already left but left me a detailed note with all the info I needed. Their welcome guide was super clear too. Hadley and Madelon were incredibly kind and always available to help with any questions I had. They really wanted me to feel at home, which was so nice. When they got back, they even had a little present for me and gave me a ride to the central station, which was a huge help because I had a lot of stuff with me. The apartment itself is fantastic, with plenty of natural light. It's perfect for working from home, and there's even an office with an extra screen. Plus, it's just a 3-minute walk to the beach, with shops and everything you need nearby. The bus to the central station stops right outside the door. I had an awesome time with Snuggles and Beans during this housesit, and I really missed them after. You get attached to them so quickly! I hope I can see them again in the future. Thanks a lot, Hadley and Madelon! I can't recommend this housesit enough!
Laura was a perfect host, her home is beautiful, she made me pumpkin bread and made me feel very welcome and at home. Her pup Jack and I had a wonderful time together, I can’t wait to come back to spend more time with him.
Whisky was an absolute darling to look after. Alessia also had a lovely home and was great to communicate with.
Nellie was awesome the whole time! She is great on walks, no pulling at all, will give you lots of cuddles, and is just overall super sweet. Grace’s house was also great! Super close to some restaurants and coffee shops, still super close to downtown, and the farm sera market on sunday was super fun! Highly recommend this sit!
Dafna was very communicative and helpful before and during the sit. She left clear directions which were easy to follow. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location in La Jolla Village. The cats were friendly, especially Lemon. This was a great sitting experience in a beautiful party of the country!
