What a wonderful sit. Kay and Richard were very welcoming. The dogs are great, all with different personalities. They always wanted lots of cuddles. Very sweet. Tilly and Saffy would growl towards each other at times, but once separated they would calm down. Great house and location.
Justine is lovely and I really enjoyed my time caring for her house and her fur family. The house is beautiful and comfortable and Clyde, Mia, Sydney, and the fish are all wonderful. Justine is easy to communicate with, relaxed, and has everything set up to make it straightforward and easy sit. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.
Steve and Ann were a delight to sit for. They were super communicative (both before and during the sit) and gave clear instructions/offered recommendations in the neighborhood that made the stay easy and welcoming. I lived in Portland for a bit and was even pleasantly surprised by some food recs. Their house is a magical retreat full of personality and life and the kitties are perfect companions for a winter week hideaway. Gizmo warmed up to me right away and spent the week on my lap (or laying on my face). Fiona is a little more aloof at first but makes her presence known by popping a squat on the kitchen stool and offering up a little nose tap if you request it. They are such sweet little siblings and are pampered just as they deserve to be. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone :)
Jessica’s gang of pets were incredible!! They were all so cuddly and easy to be around. Jess gave us great instructions and made the house so comfortable for Zach and I. I would 1000% recommend this sit!
This was such a nice sit! Catharina and Kemal are super friendly, very responsive and helpful, they give you all needed information and instructions for taking care of Pixel in advance and answer any questions. We went for a joint walk with Pixel as a handover and it was so fun and helpful to get to know her. And of course Pixel is such a nice dog, she’s very calm and cuddly at home. Outside nothing escapes her attention and she tries to check everything on the streets of Neukölln to see if it’s editable, but it’s manageable and was never a problem on a walk. She’s also friendly and calm with other dogs and responds to commands, so overall it was an easy experience to care for her. And of course I’ll miss those eyes and cuddles, she really is lovely! The apartment itself is also very spacious and stylish, has everything you need and I enjoyed spending a few days there. Thanks Catharina and Pixel for your time!
We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with Ms. Rogue, Shadow, and the three musketeers goldfish in Palomar Park. Rogue is so amazingly sweet and such a great companion. Shadow is so friendly and the goldfish!...who knew fish could have such personality! Nikki and Michael offered their very comfortable home to us without reservation; we truly felt right at home, and we are so appreciative of their very generous hospitality. We look forward to returning and enjoying their sweet, furry friends and gorgeous home again soon!
