My dog Blaze goes absolutely insane with excitement when I mention going to Peaceful Pup to see Lauren! He normally has separation anxiety when it comes to leaving me, however, when we arrive at Peaceful Pups, he leaps out of the car and runs right to the door. He has a wonderful time and I totally trust Lauren with my fur baby!

As a first time dog owner my family and I were nervous to trust anyone with our puppy. However, we felt an immediate connection with Lauren. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. My dog loved her from their first interaction. She has helped us with tips, walking, boarding, and she has been so easy to work with. We feel extremely lucky to have found her and would highly recommend her!

We had a large party and we wanted to eliminate the worry that comes with non dog owners and doors being inadvertently left open. So we asked our vet for a sitting service. Peaceful pups was recommended. And after meeting Lauren, we found a perfect and safe place for our dog. It was our first worry free party in ages. And our dog came home happy and tired from all the fun she had. Thank you Lauren!

I cannot sing the praises of Peaceful Pups Dog Care loudly enough. My dog had a rough passage prior to coming to my home. He endured losing a leg in Hurrican Marie in Puerto Rico. Peaceful Pups has worked with me to overcome his reactive quirks so he can have a much better life. I never worry for a second when he is in Lauren's care. She is a dog whisperer extraordinare. My dog howls when he knows she is coming. Praise from a pup who has had a tough time. THAT says it all!!

After a not so great experience with another daycare service; I took my Maltipoo Malcolm to Pumpkin Paws Pet Service. I wanted to socialize my 6 month old puppy in a safe environment. Well, we got that and more. Once they saw Malcolm was relatively reserved, they busted out a ball toy. Malcolm LOVES balls. That’s all he needed to get him going. Malcolm had such a good time here. The other dogs were friendly as well, so I never felt my little guy would be physically harmed. They post pictures and videos. They are communicative. I am Sadden that we moved away and are unable to visit Pumkin Paws again. I have not been able to find another safe and welcoming daycare for my little guy since. Thank you Pumpkin Paws!!

The absolute best- they've been without exception professional and capable for the year we've been using their services, and they were able to quickly adapt and confidently administer medication to a tricky cat following a last minute vet visit right before a vacation. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and affordable cat care.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Pumkin Paws! They have taken wonderful care of our Goldendoodle. They have been really flexible. Our needs change weekly and they have adjusted their walks as necessary. The staff is friendly and courteous and we have never thought twice about allowing them in our home.

My daughter is new to this place but she seems happy with them. Today was a good day for my daughters dog leia seems to be coming along. Chad sent my son in law a video of leia getting along with the other dogs. I think that was great.

My dog got away from this facility I had to file a police report and pay a hefty fee to get my dog back weeks later it was an absolute nightmare I do not recommend this place!

Pedro is an excellent dog walker. I have recommended him many times to neighbors and friends without hesitation. He is very attentive, reliable, and caring. I have a senior dog that Pedro has been taking care of (because a great dog walker does more than just walk your dog) for the last four years. He is incredibly patient and loving as she begins to slow down in her golden years. I’m grateful everday I leave the apartment knowing Pedro will be there to exercise and spend time with my beloved dog.

I couldn't be happier with Pedro and Hot Paws Pet Care. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. BOTTOM LINE: You can't go wrong with Hot Paws Pet Care. P.S. While Pedro is our every day walker, I have met two other walkers with Hot Paws Pet Care and both were great, too! It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. SO appreciate Hot Paws Pet Care's commitment to its clients and the fact that it always puts the dogs first! THANK YOU!

We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!

Pedro has been taking care of our Jack Russell since 2013 and she absolutely loves him. Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!

I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. He promptly gave me updates every time he completed a walk and kept me up to date on his mood. I even got to FaceTime with my dog which I think help put both our minds at ease. Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.

As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.

My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.

I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. My boy Goose loves going with the Well Rounded Hound team for the day! The days of the week he’s going with them, he’s constantly looking out the window for the bus to arrive. You can tell this crew loves the dogs they look after every day. My dog gets to socialize with other pups while spending all morning and afternoon outside.. the pick up and drop off service is so great! The staff is super friendly and patient with my hyper boy. I can’t say enough good things, my dog always comes back home nice and pooped!

I am so happy my friend referred me to well rounded hound! The people are so wonderful with the dogs especially with my Bella. I never had any issues with anyone or with the other dogs. In the beginning, I even tracked Bella to see if she was ok. And of course she was having the best time ever. I communicate a lot with Jackie and she is absolutely the best. I can't think of any company/retailer/store I've been happier to find in the past several years that we use on a consistent basis. Doggy Deuce has been our pooper scooping service for many many years, 3 dogs and counting. We now use them for pet sitting while we're away on vacation or just for overnights. While we're away, we get pictures of them, updates on how they're doing and Chris even goes the extra mile and offers to bring in our mail and take care of the pool while we're gone. I challenge anyone to find a small business that offers such service! Also, when I'm looking for any other service recommendation, (window washing, pool closing, carpet cleaning, etc.) Chris from Doggy Deuce always knows the best businesses to call upon. He's part of a big network of local businesses that have proven to be trustworthy and capable; the best can always recommend the best. Doggy Deuce is also an active advocate for pet adoption and strongly care about the welfare of animals. And the office staff is extremely attentive and available, returning emails and calls with very quick turnaround. This company is the real deal. I've recommended them to 3 other families on my block who now also use them! Our pets are our family, our house is our home, and I wouldn't trust either of them to anyone but Doggy Deuce. I'd be happy to offer a personal recommendation to anyone who reaches out.

We have been using them for a couple of years now. Our last trip away I scheduled them to visit my home twice a day for 3 days to take care of my 15-1/2 yr old Yorkie who is partially blind and deaf. On the final day of service I received an invoice I could not open so I emailed them back and requested it sent in a different format. The following day on our way home from our trip I received a call from Becky advising me that unfortunately, she mixed up the dates and no one visited my home to take care of my dog for 3 days. She proceeded to explain she was sick the day she took my appointment and probably shouldn't have been making appointments. What I don't understand is how an invoice is sent for the correct dates, but yet the dates were mixed up. These people are lucky my dog was alive. Barely alive, but she was! The dog was without water for 3 days. One more day and I doubt she would've survived. This is a huge mistake! This is a life we are talking about here. These mistakes cannot happen. I was very upset and angry and refused to further speak to them. There is nothing they can do to make this OK other than REFUND me my money they took without providing services! I would never recommend them to anyone!

I have been using doggie deuce now for over four years and they are amazing! I use them for both dog boarding and pooper scooper and they are super dependable, accommodating and (in my opinion) reasonably priced. Chris (the owner) and Jen (the manager) are super nice and you get a sense that they truly love what they do and the dogs. My dogs actually look happy when they leave to stay there while we are on vacation. While the dogs are there- they send pictures and updates which is awesome. I cannot say enough how much I love them and how much easier it is having them in our life. If you love your dogs as much as we do- you definitely want to give them a try the next time you are going away.

In addition to loving and caring for my own personal dogs, I spend much of my time rescuing animals in need. As a result, my yard tends to suffer. I enlisted the help of Doggy Deuce a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. The service is extremely reliable and the staff is friendly and pleasant.

I have been using Doggie Deuce for my dog Chase. They are incredible in so many ways. They care for my pet as much as I do. They are reliable, trustworthy, honest, caring and I would use no one else for my boy. I use them as a walker and also for a stay when I am away. Unfortunately this company has yet again failed to properly trained or communicate with their new staff. Once again one of the their employees have left my gate open for my two pit bulls which are not dog friendly. They were instructed since the beginning to call my phone before they came so we can ensure the dogs were inside, but they failed to do that too. If he was confused as I was told. He should have called the office, myself or rescheduled. I find it very disturbing and hard to understand the lack of common sense of this person. He not only put my dogs in danger but other dogs too.

Doggy Deuce watches my pup when I go out of town and she has so much fun. They take such great care of her and make sure she is treated like a princess.

I’ve used paws and play twice now for boarding. My dog is incredibly happy whenever I pick her up and it’s clear that the folks working here really love dogs. I just dropped her off for another stay, and Chris came around and scooped her up with no issues at all, which is the first time I’ve ever dropped her off for boarding without her having any sort of separation anxiety. I could not recommend this place more

I was nervous for a longer overnight stay for our Yorkie, it was his first time. The staff was incredible and on top of it. We booked the regular kennel crates but our pup had never been in a crate before and after the first night they noticed our pup was in distress and we were out of country and they went into action and moved him to a private room automatically to settle him for the rest of his stay. We were so appreciative they took special care and attention to him while we were gone. Then the next time we came back from an overnight stay Teddy SPRINTED to the door and was SO excited to be back 🥹😍. We knew he felt comfortable there and we will keep coming back.

We have been using paws and play since it’s inception for our Airedale Brody. The owner Matt along with his staff has always been very responsible and is always caring for each dog that arrives. The staff is polite, courteous and always is happy to see Brody giving him a huge Welcome every time he arrives. Brody responds immediately when Paws and Play is mentioned and can’t wait to jump in the car and start his day!! He loves the experience and we couldn’t be happier with the care he gets. The best ever and couldn’t ask for more !!!

This was our first time boarding our dog with Paws & Play and we couldnt have been happier! The immediate warmth upon greeting by several staff helped our anxious pup and the check in process was smooth and easy. We loved how we could scroll daily photos of the dogs and see how our guy was doing! Our dog can be slow to warm up but he did really well and we heard stories at check out of him playing with some new friends! I would definitely recommend this Resort to anyone with a dog they want to know will be in great hands! The add on features are great and the space was super clean. Also he came home smelling so good! Thanks Paws & Play! Will be back for sure.

I left my dog for two days in boarding while I was out of state. When I picked up my dog he had a bloody lip and a cut. I called to ask what happened and staff was adamant that 'nothing happened' and he was never in any altercation with other dogs at the facility. When I brought my dog to the vet, they stated that he was definitely cut by something. Upon finding out this information, the staff at paws and play stated that my dog must have 'done it to himself' when he was groomed. Now, I'd like to state that i have a very rough dog who doesn't know his own size and strength. I don't doubt that he probably cut himself on a crate or while he was being groomed. My issue is that this was never brought to my attention. They claimed they 'didn't notice' the cut upon his departure. I believe they don't check the dogs before they leave, which is a huge issue because they don't stay with the dogs overnight. How can they be sure the dog is 100% okay? I have no ill will towards the staff or establishment, I just believe this was unprofessional. But, I'm glad my dog is okay and that all it was was a small cut. This could have been avoided had someone just let me know about the cut. I hope they begin to keep owners informed and not just in the dark about their dogs.

We bring our dog here 1x/week to get him out of the house and with other dogs. He has loved it from the very first day and gets so excited any time my husband drops him off (and doesn’t like leaving when I get him haha). The staff is always so kind and you can tell they each truly love the dogs that go there. They know so many by the owners that pick them up and always say great things about our dog. They are a gem! We are sending our dog for boarding in April and had tons of questions and Tiffany answered each one and took her time to make sure I was comfortable knowing everything about how that side of their business works!

I can not overstate how fantastic Paws and Play is! Our buddy Charlie goes there for daycare once a week and for boarding a few times a year. We hate when we have to travel without him, but we never worry about him because we know he is loved and cared for by the crew at Paws and Play. The staff is wonderful - sweet, caring and super capable. The operation is organized and professional. The staff clearly has the expertise and experience to safely handle the dogs they care for and the facility is the best in the area by far, immaculately clean with beautiful boarding rooms and fun play areas. I respect and appreciate that Paws and Play has strictly enforced rules (vaccinations, reservations, etc.) for the safety of all the dogs. Thanks to everyone at Paws and Play for giving Charlie such a great place to hang out!

Robert currently walks our 2 year old American Rottweiler weekly and they are a fantastic pair together. Alberto walked my black lab for a full year. He did a great job, even with my dog not being comfortable with men he was able to form a great relationship with him. Additionally, if I needed a last minute walk he was always able to fit my dog in. The only down side I wish they did have was GPS navigation but other than that the app was easy to use and helpful. I would recommend paws in flux.

Roberto is an outstanding professional who is extremely skilled handling dogs and puppies! I am beyond lucky to receive help from him, caring for my puppy when I would go into work once a week. I was very lucky to have found Paws and Flux, also. Robert and his team are pleasureable, professional, respectable, and trustworthy. Robert was very understanding and accomodating when I needed to extend my stay. Gabriela took care of my girls. She is a lovely and sweet young lady. She send me pictures and updates of my girls. I had seperation anxiety leaving my girls for the first time and if I texted Gabriela she responded right away and comforted me with my anxiety. Love Paws and Flux! Went on a tour here and took our dogs for evaluations. The facility is gorgeous and very well kept. We saw a video of our dogs on social media which was fine. I also called to check on my dogs before they posted the video since it was their first doggy daycare. In the video, we didn’t love the volume of dogs in the play area. The dogs did great with their evaluation and the staff is absolutely lovely. We just noticed our dogs looked overwhelmed with all the other dogs there (it was close to 30 total that day). We were told max capacity is 75 dogs in a play area and they have appropriate staffing when they get to those volumes. I think it’s just a personal preference that we want our dogs in a smaller group environment so they aren’t overwhelmed. If it weren’t for the volume of dogs that go to this daycare, we would’ve used them daily but it just didn’t feel like a good fit for our pups

Our dog Lucy has stayed with K 9 Resorts a couple of times. One short weekend and then a two week stay while we are out of the country. When we picked her up on our return, she was excited, friendly, and very happy. All indications to us is our dog had a good time, looked healthy, and smelled fresh and clean from her pick up day bath. We are going away in late October and Lucy will definitely be staying at K 9 Resorts. By the way, after that Original short day, Lucy seemed excited when she went through the door going in for the two weeks stay, she liked the place, and that’s a great sign. Sawyer loves hanging out with his doggie friends. The staff always takes such good care of him and he comes home happy and tired! We recently left him for 3 weeks and we worried about the length of time, but he came home happy and healthy.

My baby boy loves this place like a second home! It’s spotless and the staff is incredible (especially the assistant manager Lynette). As an over protective millennial dog mom I trust K9 resorts 100%. You can tell that everyone genuinely loves the dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he's happy and safe playing with his friends while I’m working. I have tried other camps before but none compare!

I can’t begin to say how thrilled we are w/ K9 resorts/ Emerson! The facility spotless, and each person there ultra-friendly and accommodating! They are all dog lovers- and doggone it! 🤗 It shows!! - great experience! The video of the dogs in the play-setting made one feel extra- secure and happy our Bentley was so wonderfully cared- for. We have been using K9 Resorts in Fairfield for over 5 years and recently had to switch to the Emerson location due to renovations. They were so incredible in helping us with our reservations. Their facility is top notch and the staff is so sweet. We left our girl in loving hands.

K9 Resorts of Emerson is a top notch facility. I had 2 dogs who have never boarded before stay at this location for 4 nights and they were well cared for, played with, and looked after with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I feel completely comfortable with the staff, facilities, and service at K9 Resorts of Emerson. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of dog boarding services. Today was our 1st time at going to K9 Resorts in Emerson for an evaluation for Day camp and possibly boarding for a future vacation . This place is beautiful , looks and smells clean . My two small pups were rescues , and it was our 1st time being apart from each other . The staff were so professional and kind , the answered all my questions, and were great with our fur babies!! They came out sooo happy !! I know they had a great time at camp , making new pup AND staff friends !! I will definitely bring them back for more socializing and fun . Definitely recommend !!
