We were so impressed by Sue. Not only is she a very warm and friendly person, she is very calm and organised. In fact she is probably unflappable! She had to deal with a few problems while we were away including a broken washing machine but she was marvellously efficient and had this sorted by the time we came back. Communication was great and she was so helpful in arriving earlier than planned so that we could get to Heathrow in good time. Our cat, Albie, had clearly been well looked after and the house was beautifully clean and tidy. She went above and beyond by not only laundering the sheets but ironing them too. She also left us the most delicious cooked dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all I cannot recommend Sue highly enough. If you have the opportunity to have her sit for you you will be very lucky indeed!
