Ian and Jayka were the best house and pet sitters we could ask for, especially considering it was our first time using zeewoi and leaving our fur child Buddy for FIVE weeks. From reading their profile, to communicating with them by email to meeting them in person, Jayka and Ian displayed the qualities we were looking for in someone we could entrust our pet and our house for such a long time - reliable, trustworthy, pleasant, easy-going, clearly animal lovers and exuding a calm, competent and reassuring air of "we got this!" Jayka and Ian stayed in touch with us the entire time we were away, sending pictures of Buddy clearly enjoying his time with his new friends (hiking, walking, chilling at home being serenaded by Ian) that sometimes we wondered if he would remember us when we got home :). Ian and Jayka took exceptional care of our home like it was their own, and in fact left it cleaner than we ever would - sorry about all the shedding! Their thoughtfulness was evident in the little details on the day they left - bed made, laundry done, house clean, a sweet present AND turkey soup for the weary travellers. We are so pleased with our first experience with zeewoi and its ALL because of Ian and Jayka. You have set the bar high and we will always come to you first whenever we need to leave our home or our precious Buddy behind. Thank you Jayka and Ian for taking the biggest stress off our minds and helping make our trip enjoyable and tension-free!
Sarah and her daughter met all of our expectations. Sarah was able to come over prior to committing so we could meet. She was very flexible on timing and was respectful of our home. Sarah sent two adorable photos of Maple. We felt very comfortable leaving Maple with Sarah. I would highly recommend.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Brody and Lee's exceptional in-home pet sitting service over the Thanksgiving holiday. From the moment Brody and Lee arrived on their scout visit, I knew Elia was in good hands. They welcomed her with open arms, and their warm and caring demeanor immediately put me at ease. It was evident that they have a genuine love for animals, and Elia sensed it too. Throughout their stay, Brody and Lee maintained excellent communication with me. They provided regular updates and photos of Elia's activities, which not only reassured me but also allowed me to share in her adventures while I was away. I returned home to a pup who was clearly well-cared-for. I could see that she had a wonderful time during her stay with Brody and Lee in the comfort of her own home. I would highly recommend Brody and Lee for pet and house sitting services. Their dedication, tidiness, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals make them stand out. I can't thank them enough for providing such a positive experience for Elia during the Thanksgiving holiday while staying at my house to watch over her. Lainey house-sat our two older dachshunds for us recently and she was the best. With her past training and experience working at a vet, we felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with her and they absolutely adored her. She kept in close touch, sending updates and photos/videos daily, making sure they were walked, fed, and let out frequently, and asking all the right questions about their needs. Her prices are also very fair. She's our go-to person from now on.
Lainey and Alpine Pet Care is everything I was hoping it would be! We needed someone to take care of our pups while we went on a weekend trip, and when family couldn’t help we turned to Alpine Pet Care! Lainey was immediately on top of how she could tend to our needs and the needs of our 3 dogs. With finicky eating habits and 3 very different personalities, all of our doggos were in love with Lainey. We've been boarding our dogs for years with our vet. We got a cat earlier this year, and boarding all three became too much of an expense. Not only were Lainey's drop-ins better for us economically, it was also less stress for everyone! Lainey sent us daily videos during the drop-ins, and it was nice knowing our pets were being taken care of in their environment. We will definitely be using their services in the future, and would definitely recommend.
Laney (owner) is amazing. She started watching my in-laws senior dogs a while back, and took extremely good care of them and all their needs. When they got a new puppy, both her and Jessica have been, again, incredible in the care they’ve provided for the crazy ball of energy that is now roaming the house. Recently, I had to go on out of town, and my to go friends that would normally care for my cat were not available. I felt extremely comfortable contacting Laney and asking her if she could come take care of my little boy. 100% would recommend Alpine Pet Care to anyone who wants reliable people to take care of their beloved pet. They’re always communicative, and will send pictures or videos on a regular basis, to make sure you always know how happy your fur baby is, even in your absence. The prices are more than fair for the work they provide, and they’re extremely trustworthy. I trust very few people to care for my kitty when I’m not around, and they’re definitely part of those very few.
If there is a time where trusting someone with your pets is needed I will recommend trying Laine. She was quick to respond and during the week when we were away she took good care of our two cats. We also appreciated greatly the multiple video showing our cats interacting with her.
Lainey assisted us in getting our last dog, who we adored. We just told her what we wanted and what we could pay and she went to work. She found our little Annie who was the perfect dog for us.
