Collin and Grethe were my first experience with zeewoi and I was a bit nervous, but they quickly put my mind at ease and were the perfect sitters! We met in person prior to the sit and my pups were immediately comfortable with them. They were extremely communicative and proactive to ensure both parties had all the info needed for a smooth sit. They updated me daily with pictures and updates, taking the pups on several adventures to their new usual spots and some new ones! I could tell both my dogs were smitten with them and completely taken care of. My house was in pristine condition when I arrived home, and they even changed the sheets and did some laundry so I could relax and settle back in after my trip. We ran into a few hiccups with my fridge acting up while I was gone and they were beyond helpful working with the maintenance team and accommodating the unexpected issue! My older dog was also exhibiting some unusual one day symptoms and although she didn't need to go to the vet, the communication around the issue and compassion they handled it with was amazing. Beyond being great sitters, Collin and Grethe are also kind, interesting, and adventurous! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for organized, communicative, and compassionate sitters!
