Jackie and John are wonderful people and pet parents. Peggy, their gorgeous and loving Kerry Blue Terrier, was among the easiest and best behaved dogs one could ask for. Their home is artfully decorated and in a very desirable location just off the Charleston peninsula. You should not hesitate to apply! What a fun sit.
Dimitri and Viviane welcome me in their home with a lovely lunch, and one of their daughter's took me to the park near by before they went to the airport, so would feel secure with Mocha off the lead. Mocha is a lovely 1 year + old, very playful, very loving, but sometime she gets a little anxious in the evenings, which they instructed me on how to handle. Mocha turned out to have an ear infection on my 3rd day of sitting, and Viviane (Dimitri's wife) was super supportive and communicate in no time so I was able to take her to her vet near by, and she got medicated for the infection which was obviously leaving her a little nervous. all worked out fine and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in their home. Btw, the massive movie screen in the room I stayed was like being in a private cinema, thank you!
Great place to house sit. Susie's house is near the Stour river so nice walks and the beach and town centre are easy to get to and there are lots of amenities nearby. The house has a gym, pool, pool table and an enormous garden so never a dull moment. The chickens are easy to look after but the main attraction is the dogs who love attention but are happy just chilling out when that has to stop. They walk nicely and play well with other dogs so no unnecessary dramas. Susie is easy to communicate with and made the sit very relaxing. I would highly recommend.
Had a lovely weekend with Bryn and Ruby at Jennifer’s place in Kingston apon Thames. Jen is great, she made me feel very welcome and her house is very comfortable. The greyhounds are gorgeous - super chilled, easy to look after and generally happy to snooze all day. Having the park across the road is really handy and the Kingston area has great charm. Would recommend! :)
It was a great stay with well behaved dogs!
Samantha and Cory were great communicators, and they provided a very comfortable environment for us as pet sitters. Interaction with them was always friendly and clear. Byelka is a an affectionate and playful cat....a delight to be with. She's easy to care for and to be around. The apartment is in a lovely, walkable area. This was a great pet sit experience all around.
