Rich & Charlotte and their 3 adorable kids were the last minute perfect find for us (when two other sitters cancelled just 4 days before our holiday start). They are really nice, modest, caring and fun family. We found them very responsible and conscientious and had a good communication with them throughout. They went out of their way to make sure that our 9 cats and a dog were taken care of and safe, especially our 5 wondering cats who wore gpses and required being monitored via an app and charged when necessary, which was quite a challenge at times. Rich even went looking for one of our girls late at night with a torch when she didn't come back for the night reporting that she was well and safe! They also made sure our dog was walked twice a day and had enough exercise. She clearly adored them and the kids and had a great time with them! They also looked after of our house and treated it as their own, as well as the garden and left everything tidy on their departure. We owe them a great holiday and piece of mind. We would love to have them again in the future. Thank you so much guys! Highly recommended!
In a single word - perfect. Jane was communicative, responsive, caring, clean and tidy, helpful - it could not have gone better from our point of view. There is such a marvellous peace of mind when you leave home with the feeling that even if something DID go wrong, that someone practical and sensible would be on hand. Thankfully nothing at all went wrong. We could see from messages received throughout our holiday that the cats were being loved and spoiled, and when we came home it was clear that everything and everyone had been dealt with just as we would have wished. Thoroughly recommend without reservation.
