Margot and Kris were great sitters for our cats Sammy and Lalie. Communication with them beforehand went very smoothly. When they arrived, the cats very quickly took to them and we had some nice conversations. While our cat Sammy isn't the pickiest, Lalie was almost immediately happy to be cuddly with Margot in They sent us plenty of pictures of the cats while we were gone and when we came home, we found the cats as relaxed as they can be after we have been gone and the house looked great. We would love to have them stay at our home again.
This was our second time having Cecilia and Gustavo take care of our four cats and our house, so we already knew how wonderful they are! They clearly love cats and are sensitive to their needs and distinct personalities. After the first day, our two very shy cats relaxed and hung out in the living room with them. We received many enjoyable updates, photos and videos. They also kept the house very clean, even cleaning rooms that they hadn’t used. They kept careful track of the water level in the pool, keeping us informed. And they made us a delicious meal upon our return! We consider ourselves lucky to have gotten to know such a lovely young couple and now consider them good friends. They are serious, hard-working and responsible. We can’t wait to see them again!

This place is a wonderful example of how to run a dog day care centre. Well organised and run with the safety of the dogs paramount. Shirley is supported by a wonderful team who all made my training a very worthwhile experience. The course is well structured which provides plenty of safe, supervised practice with the dogs. A great experience and comes highly recommended to anyone who wishes to become a day care provider.
Attended the 3 day training course for opening. Highly professional and wealth of knowledge. Practical training was to a high standard. Lovely to see such well trained staff, happy dogs and a well run daycare centre. I attended the dog day care trainers course here and absolutely loved it! Shirley is so knowledgable and down to earth, no question goes unanswered. The centre is fantastic with well trained staff who make sure no dog is ever left out, any dog is lucky to be a part of Safepaws!
Excellent my dog comes home thoroughly exhausted. I can now take him for walks and he will integrate with other dogs. He says he loves going. How they get him to nap at lunchtime!! Is a 5 star in my eyes. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who has a dog staff so patient and love their job. Long may they keep going.
I’ve used safe paws since my dog has been 12 weeks old. He loves his day each week and is now 7 years old and still acts like he is 12 weeks of age every time he goes through the door. Fantastic service and wonderful staff

I was anxious about leaving my pup with strangers as he is very timid around new people. But when I collected him he was so happy and playing with the resident dogs! The owners couldn’t be lovelier and I would highly recommend!
This was the first time we have left our 15 month old ALD with anyone other than family. We only left her a few days but when we went back to collect her, she had already made herself at home and was quite happy amongst the other doggy residents - I was so pleased and can’t recommend Alison & Fraser highly enough. Alison and Fraser even had time to sent me a pic of Roxy chilling on the top of the sofa 💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾. Thank you again Alison & Fraser for taking such good care of our girl. Alison and Fraser are great with wee Dolly. She loves it there as it's more like another home for her. We feel she's sage, cared for and indeed loved there.
Our buddy been visiting for days n sleepovers for 2years now its a second home to him now our wee bonnie also visiting too, Alison and frazer treat the dogs as their own, brilliant place for boarding be it day or night also holidays wouldn't put my dogs anywhere else big safe secure property, I can go to work or on holiday knowing my babies are looked after.

Like me you probably love to holiday with your dog, but there are times when they just can't come along. I would highly recommend Barking Mad for those occasions when you have a special event, need that foreign sun or to visit family & friends abroad. Jakki, Trudi and the team are very professional and genuinely care about dogs. With them I have the confidence that our dog Diesel will be well looked after for the times when he can't tag along. He goes willingly when collected, stays in someone's home, his routine is maintained, comes home in great condition and settles quickly. We like to think that he goes on holiday too, just without us!
Brilliant service. Raven is always so well looked after by the team from start to finish, I have never had a moments worry while she has been with them. She comes home healthy and happy. The hosts always put in a post card in her return bag just to let us know what she has been up too and if she behaved her self!! They all always seem to go above and beyond a basic service.
