Ellen took great care with all the dogs and even took two to the local pub with our permission. Very happy to leave the pets and house in her care.

Neil and Sarah are absolute gems, and we were so happy to have them back to look after our cats. We felt completely at ease knowing our cats were in such capable and loving hands. We couldn't have asked for better pet sitters, and we look forward to having them care for our cats again in the future.

Hayley was our first sitter and we were more than pleased. The dogs were well looked after, she sent us lovely pics, kept in touch and left the house tidy and clean. We were delighted to have found her. Thanks so much Hayley :)

James & Roxy were fantastic again in ensuring that Percy was super well looked after and happy. They were really helpful and kind in putting out the bins whilst we were away and left the house super clean and tidy. We’d very happily have them to house sit again.

Dominic and Jenny have been absolutely amazing all the way through from their application until they’ve left. We’ve had a call before arriving to meet each other and they’ve asked all the questions about Blue’s needs as well as about the house. While they’ve been at our place, they’ve sent us photos and updates and they even left some flowers for Diana before leaving the house. They are great sitters and we would leave Blue in their care anytime - we even invited them back but they will be away during that time. Thanks again to both of you for taking such great care of our home and out fluff ball!

Abigail looked after my two cats for a long weekend. She went above and beyond by arriving at the flat early in the morning before I had to leave, allowing me to show her everything in person, even though I had offered to explain it via pictures or video. The flat was left clean and tidy, and she even washed the bedding and towels, although I hadn't requested that. The cats seemed relaxed and happy (after calming down from the incident described below), so I’m sure she showered them with plenty of love and attention. However, there was a significant mishap: the kitchen window was left wide open. My cats, who are indoor cats, could easily have jumped out (and had been, as they were “wild” and Sky had a little dirt in their fur) Fortunately, it had been raining, so they were inside when I got home, hours after Abigail had left. I was shocked, especially since there are roads on both sides of the flat. I had specifically mentioned that the window should only be opened under constant supervision. I understand it was a mistake, and overall, she did a good job. However, I can’t give 5/5, as this was one of the most important things. I’m just relieved the cats were home and safe. In the future, I’ll make sure to over emphasise the importance of keeping the window closed—or secure it in a way that sitters cannot open it. 😬

Zoe was amazing. She arrived early so we could introduce her to Ruby and show her local walks. We were able to explain household procedures and routines and get to know her. During the sit she kept in touch with us from time to time, sending photos. She looked after Ruby very well and took her on excursions. She cared for the house well, even ensuring there were basic food items for our return. And she mowed the lawn! We would be pleased to see her again, and by the time she left she felt like a good friend. Zoe is friendly, adaptable and caring, one of best!

Sarah is the perfect house sitter! The pets were so well loved and cared for. I received regular updates throughout the entire process which thanks to Sarah was seamless. We returned to happy animals and an immaculate house, could not have asked for more!! Thank you so much Sarah and Nancy!

Barry and Kathleen are lovely people who genuinely love dogs. They are a responsible, friendly, kind and down to earth couple. We returned home to a very tidy and clean house. They communicated regularly with us while we were away to let us know how the dogs were. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Simon and Lizzy were wonderful pet sitters from start to finish. I had the pleasure of getting to know them over dinner before my departure, and even took a walk with Simon (although they had been driving for hours and were surely quite tired) to show him the trail for the pup walk. They're both lovely, gracious, gentle people who kept me posted about my doggies' wellbeing, took excellent care of them (evidenced by their high spirits and relaxed state when I returned) and left my home utterly spotless upon departure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitters, and am so grateful that my doggies and home were in good hands. Thank you both! Many hugs from me, Tazzie and Tulah!
