Leah (Lulu) was a fantastic house sitter! She was extremely prepared from the start by asking a checklist of questions during our interview. She made sure to arrive on time for the sit (she actually got into town the night before) and took a lot notes as we showed her around the house before we left. Our cats were well taken care of and Lulu sent us daily pictures and videos. The cats had a lot of play time with Lulu!!! There were a few small mechanical issues at the house, and Lulu dealt with them very well, which we greatly appreciated. The house was left in excellent shape, very clean and tidy. If we have the chance, we would definitely ask Lulu to housesit again!!!

Mary
Mary and Tom thoughtfully prepared their home for my sit. I arrived a few hours early and they showed me the ropes. Tom even set up a unique profile on their streaming services for me. They also cleared out closet and drawer space to make sure I was comfortable. They have many automations to ensure the animals and garden are easy to care of. The property itself is amazing. It feels like a rural farm, but you are minutes away from anything you need. The garden provided all the strawberries, lettuce, snap peas and cucumber I could possibly eat. And while the chickens were low on production, Mary had eggs from the neighbors' chickens for me to enjoy.

The pets are full of personality. Joy is, well, as a joy. She is amazingly well trained and a welcome companion. All the cats eventually warmed up to me, but Maggie and Walter were fighting over my lap by day two. Feeding time is a little bit of a challenge at first, as 3 of the cats are very food motivated, but once we got in a rhythm it was pretty easy.
There is lots to explore in the area and Tom and Mary included some of there favorite spots in the Welcome Guide.
Thank you Tom and Mary for a wonderful stay!

Jenny
Lovely house & gardens, very warm & comfortable. Eddy was very cute & no trouble at all, often hidden in one of her three beds!! There are plenty of walks all around Steyning which is a lovely village. Jenny & Geoff made us very welcome & had a very thorough manual that covered every question. Would love to revisit ourselves!!

Krista
I loved doing this sit. Floyd is a rambunctious dog and loves to play and get your attention. But also like to sleep and will cuddle on the couch as well. The house is close to public transportation and about 20 walk to the grocery. Chris and Krista left good notes around the house to make this sit simple and comfortable. I would recommend this sit.

Am and Dan
This was a lovely home in a beautiful area and looking after a gorgeous, cheeky, foofy cat called Lincoln. Amrita and Dan are really warm, organised and always approachable. They provide a lot of helpful information before the stay and remained communicative throughout.
Lincoln is adorable. A wonderful experience all round. Kath 😃

Maggie
Maggie invited me to meet her and her cats few days before her departure as she was leaving early in the morning. We had a really nice talk and communication with her was on spot during and prior to the sit. Maggie gave me clear instructions on how to look after her babies and on the day of the housesit I arrived into a comfortable and clean flat located near a nice park and convenient transportation to the city centre.

Eskel, Milva, and Shani were such pleasure to look after as they were all friendly towards me since day one. Milva is a calm cat that enjoys strokes and cuddles and Shani and Eskel really like playing with their cat toys. I particularly bonded with Eskel and he was following me around the flat, always curious about what I was doing and he was often asking for some love and cuddles. They all slept sometimes on the bed with me as I was leaving the door open for them and I enjoyed their company very much.

I had so much fun sitting the three kitties and I can't wait to come back soon 😊😻 If you get the chance to look after Milva, Eskel, and Shani, don't wait a minute and accept!

Elena
Thank you Elena and Tim for letting us take care of Frankie and Bollo while enjoying your beautiful house.

Frankie and Bollo are so loving and so well behaved. Their personalities and interactions are hilarious, they will make you laugh all the time! The house on the other hand is just beautiful. It has stunning views of the sunrise and lots of little corners to enjoy a coffee or a book with the dogs sitting by your side.

Both Elena and Tim are great people. Communication was very smooth and the guide they provided us had everything we needed to know. We also enjoyed exploring the area with all the tips that they gave us.

We would definitely pet sit for them again and we would recommend anyone to do so.
