We sensed immediately that Lee and Tom would be a trustworthy couple and made a quick decision in their favour. Communication was easy and they forthcoming when negotiating when to arrive at our place. We had two pleasant encounters with them before leaving and felt quite reassured by then. In fact, we felt we had quite a lot to say to each other and regretted not meeting them on our return because their flight left before we were due home. During our holiday the occasional message from Lee regarding Mimi's (as well as their own) wellbeing set our minds at rest and we were easily able to leave them to it. When in doubt or a problem occured, we communicated via whatsapp and all was well. On returning from a relaxing holiday, a very relaxed cat approached us with a friendly attitude saying something like this: "Oh, you're back? That's nice. Well, I was well taken care of." As we could gather from a journal Lee noted down for us (there were some worries concerning Mimi's food and water intake as well as output before we left), they made quite an effort in encouraging Mimi to eat which is not an easy task. The house was clean, all the linen and towels washed upon return, plenty of food in the fridge. We were happy that Tom & Lee obviously had pleasure in making contact with the neighbourhood and some parishioners and in being here. We certainly recommend them as experienced animal-people and house-keepers!

Brandon was great! The cats and plants all seemed well cared for and thee house was clean when we got home. And there were even home baked cookies when we returned. Highly recommend!

Gus was fantastic - a great communicator and very capable of taking care of our home, yard and pets while we were on a two-week trip. He even dealt with an unexpected situation with the gas company, which we really appreciated. We were able to just have fun on our vacation and not worry!

Manel was delighful to work and communicate with during my recent trip. Manel communicated regularly in the time leading up to his sit, he was attentive to instructions during our walk through, even reminded me that we could take the dogs for a walk! Manel stayed in touch with me while I was away, with photos of the pups, and left my home very clean and tidy!! I'd highly recommend Manel for your dog sitting needs.

Sofia was a lovely person to have staying in our home to look after Bailey and the house. She kept the house very tidy and looked after Bailey very well (Bailey is already missing her). Sofia’s English was excellent so made communicating with her before and during our trip very easy. She sent regular updates and photos when we were away, which gave us great comfort that all was well at home. I would definitely recommend Sofia as a reliable house and pet sitter.

Caterina and her family looked after Laphie, Charlie and our Chicken (sadly there was only one on this occasion as we had had a visit from Mr Fox before their arrival) while we were away in August. We were out of signal for much of the time so we knew we needed a Housesitter who we could rely on to look after the house and animals even when we were out of touch. Caterina and Nelson were extremely competent and did a great job. They even fixed a couple of things while they were with us! They left the house in great condition (and even left us a few lovely gifts from Portugal). I would be happy for them to sit for us again and would recommend them to others.

Mariana and Gustavo took such good care of my home and my beloved dog, Lenny, while I was away. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were both incredibly kind and responsible individuals. Lenny, who can be quite shy around new people, warmed up to them quickly. When we arrived home it was clear that Lenny saw them as good and trusted friends as if she had known them for years. Mariana and Gustavo took the time to understand her needs and routines, ensuring she felt comfortable and loved throughout their stay. They sent updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind knowing that Lenny was in such good hands. Not only did they take excellent care of Lenny, but they also left my home spotless. It was such a relief to return to a clean and well-maintained house. I highly recommend Mariana and Gustavo to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring housesitters. They treated my home and my dog with the utmost respect and care. Thank you, Mariana and Gustavo, for everything!

Victor and Ciel were beyond expectations! they sent us updates and pictures of the cats every day and were very comunicative. They are super responsible, my niece came to catsit after them and they left her great instructions and spoke to her to make sure everything would be fine with the house and cats. They gave attention to the cats and I could be calm that they are being taken care of. Ciel knows alot about cats and has a great attitude with them, he even helped me understand a health situation of one of my cats. They are very clean and tidy! They left the house alot cleaner than it was. I highly recommend Victor and Ciel, they are my first experience in the application, and I couldn't be happier.

Goncalo was such an amazing pet and house sitter. He was in contact with us the entire time we were on our holiday. When we came back home our apartment was in the same situation as we left it and most importantly our kitty was perfectly happy. We will be contacting him next time we need a pet sitter and would recommend 10/10.

João and Jessy were excellent sitters. The house was just as clean--maybe cleaner!--when we got home. And the dogs clearly had a wonderful time with them. They were easy to communicate with, super flexible, and very attentive. I would 100% recommend them and will happily have them back any time! Thank you both! <3

Kat and Toshi were absolutely fantastic! They took great care of our dog, ensuring she was well-fed, exercised, and happy the entire time. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our home was left spotless, and our pet seemed relaxed and content when we returned. We highly recommend Kat and Toshi for anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Wendy took excellent care of our cats and was a real trooper under difficult circumstances. On day 3 of a 10-day trip, our water heater stopped working. Wendy was able to shut off the unit and coordinate with us by phone to allow a plumber to access the house and diagnose the problem. It turned out that we needed a new water heater, which wasn't installed until the last day of Wendy's sit. We're so grateful that she took care of our cats despite the lack of hot water for a week!
